和兩個朋友的壩上草原之旅，因為選對了民宿，直接升級成今年最難忘的出行！民宿位置選得太妙了，藏在草原深處，避開了景區的人擠人。車子剛停穩，三人就忍不住驚呼——推窗是連綿的綠草原，遠處風車慢悠悠轉着，羊羣像散落的棉團。傍晚搬把椅子在露台坐定，看落日把天空染成橘紅色，夜裡抬頭就是漫天星河，手機根本拍不出那種震撼，三個“打工人”瞬間把壓力拋到了腦後。房間舒適度遠超預期！我們訂的三人間寬敞又乾淨，床品軟得讓人不想起床，獨立衞浴的熱水隨開隨有，連吹風機都是大功率的，細節特別貼心。公共區域的小茶台成了我們的最愛，晚上泡壺茶，聊工作聊生活，伴着窗外的蟲鳴，比在城裡聚餐愜意一百倍。老闆和管家簡直是“草原活地圖”！知道我們想騎馬、看風景，主動推薦了小眾路線，避開了網紅景點的排隊大軍。還提醒我們草原晝夜温差大，讓我們備好外套。晚上居然還組織了篝火小聚，我們和其他住客一起烤紅薯、聊旅行，氛圍輕鬆又熱鬧，三個社恐都忍不住加入了。餐食更是驚艷！現烤的羊排外焦裏嫩，咬一口全是肉香，手把肉配着蘸料，每一口都是地道草原味。早餐的現擠牛奶和剛出鍋的饃饃，暖乎乎的特別舒服，三個吃貨每次都吃到光盤位置也很方便，去騎馬場、百里天路都不算遠，玩累了回來就能躺平看風景。三天時間，我們啥也沒趕，就在草原上散步、看雲、聊天，徹底放空了自己。 已經和朋友約好明年再來！真心推薦給所有去壩上的小夥伴，閉眼沖不踩雷！

地理位置：離大灘鎮中心和馬鎮車程大約20分鐘，離百里天路南口車程大約10分鐘，對面就是雲中草原零距離。比鎮中心安靜太多了，那裡吵得讓人鬧心。但晚上還是有零星的煙花聲音。 酒店環境：院子設計挺好看的，依山而建錯落有致，房間裝修和設施都比較簡單，但也很清爽。 服務：旺季滿房，服務響應有點慢，但都很熱情。每天晚上9點還有篝火晚會。 餐飲：早餐有基本的粥牛奶主食小菜等，味道還可以；餐廳烤羊腿好吃，就是太難等了；酒店裡有家咖啡廳，美式很好喝，咖啡廳的風景也超讚。 其他：酒店裡有個巖石馬場，專業教騎馬的，可以騎馬體驗；酒店門口也有牧民經營的騎馬體驗。

We had a pleasant stay. Communication in English was smooth, which we appreciated as non-Chinese speakers. Our cabin was clean and rustically furnished and had a cosy atmosphere. The staff was helpful and even provided us with a fridge for the room upon request. They also assisted us with booking the activities we were interested in, like horse riding in the grasslands.

到店的時候比較晚了，工作人員給升級了家庭房，非常感謝！工作人員也很熱情，前台的經理（男），文質彬彬，快速解決客户的實際問題與需求；工作人員牛先生也是，有很強的服務意識，給人以賓至如歸之感覺…後面還有動物園，小朋友一定喜歡，唯一拖後腿的就是餐飲，早餐一般般，第二天早餐，可能因為人少，感覺都快不提供了…要啥沒啥！我們簡單的吃一口，返京！而且想着出去吃麻煩，吃了一回晚餐，真的太難吃了！希望改進…其他都挺好，性價比很高！👍🌹🌹

帶家人打卡塞罕壩阿爾卡迪亞酒店，冬日親子游體驗直接拉滿！八旗主題房寬敞舒適，床品柔軟，孩子超喜歡房間裏的草原元素裝飾。周邊遊玩一路驚喜，甘丹託城的民俗展演讓孩子大開眼界，沉浸式瞭解滿蒙文化；烏蘭布統賞雪馬文化節上，駿馬踏雪、蒙古族服飾秀，孩子看得目不轉睛，還和小馬親密互動；多倫冬捕更是全家的快樂源泉，一起鑿冰、等待魚羣，收穫的鮮魚讓酒店加工後，鮮掉眉毛！酒店還貼心準備了小童暖飲和小零食，服務超貼心，全家都玩得超開心！

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

優點:訂的親子房，房間很大，有搖搖馬和小帳篷。洗澡熱水穩定，房間乾淨，保潔大姐每天都有打掃，各種消耗品齊全。所有崗位服務都特別好。草原最好酒店🥰🥰。樓下就是吃飯的地方，離景點近，，直對大舞台，晚上還有放花，很👍🏻。 缺點:房間沒有空調，好像每家酒店都沒有，但是晚上真的真的很熱，七月十幾號，就算是下雨都很熱，最後沒辦法叫了客房送了兩個被單蓋，就這樣都熱🥵。床墊很軟，腰不好的真的很難受。兩宿因為熱+床墊軟沒睡好😂。入住第一天發現被罩上有不乾淨的東西，跟客房説了，第二天幫忙換了。非常感謝。另外提個建議，房間地板磚有鬆動翹起，因為是親子房，建議酒店還是要修繕一下，不然小孩容易絆倒。

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

園區非常大，寵物友好，園區配套遊樂園項目豐富，還有俄羅斯風情街，吃飯地方很多，特別適合週末避暑旅遊，感受草原風光。 酒店房間乾淨，沒有異味，房間很大隔音也不錯，床品也還不錯。 缺點：早餐種類太少，餐廳位置小，用餐高峯期不好找位置。 房間居然沒有熱水，放了好久的水不出熱水，臨時聯繫前台開了旁邊沒人入住的房間洗的澡

真的住的挺好必須給一個大大的好評，性價比也很高。一進入房間，衞生很乾凈，給人一種耳目一新的感覺整個環境的乾淨程度有點超預期，這背後肯定是工作人員的用心與專業在支撐。必須給背後的工作人員點個贊
