"For starters, I stay at this hotel for many years when it opened up. to my knowledge, this hotel has not had any renovations to the rooms since it’s opening. The carpets are in dire need of replacement, all the electrical outlets do very little to hold even the simplest of charging adapters. They all fall out and you have to use a book or something else to hold the adapter in place. For a foreigner, it is very difficult to find English-speaking staff, when checking in. The breakfast buffet is very limited as I suspect they are maintaining their costs due to lack of gas. The location is great for a small city as it is centrally located near the shopping mall and also some eating places nearby. It is not my choice of hotel in the area now as there is a newer, larger and much cleaner hotel nearby. However, on this day, I was put in a situation where I had to stay there because the other hotel was completely sold out and had been for several days. My recommendation for this hotel is they spend the much needed money for some renovations as it would be a good time since they do not have a ton of guest at the moment. They could section off certain floors of the hotel and start the renovations if possible. It is not a horrible stay just not to the level it was years ago."

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

"作為頻繁出差的旅人，最看重效率與舒適。前台辦理入住迅速專業，房間乾淨整潔無異味，屋內物品擺設整潔，床品舒適度高，一夜安眠。Wi-Fi信號強且免費，對商務人士太友好了，住了這麼多酒店，這家在細節上真正做到了貼心。淋浴水壓充足穩定，工作區燈光設定也合理，辦公舒適。從入住到離店，感受都很不錯陳設也沒有浮誇的裝飾。店員們也很友好，下次出差有機會還來！"

"Everything was just perfect! We stayed in the hotel for one night but we wished to stay more because we could not dream a more comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and the service was 5 star. The suite was really spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was super comfortable and we had a huge bathtub. Highly suggested"

"總體來講，酒店不錯，從風景到硬件設施、該有都有。酒店很大，可以直通城內景區尋找NPC。酒店和城內是聯動的。 辦理入住時的大堂，彰顯富麗堂皇，免費茶水吧為客人設想周到。 無邊泳池適合看夜景，情調十足。池底有一部分還能看到樓下風景。 古色古香的外觀搭配現代化音樂元素，一石二鳥，同步享受現代與古代的文化浪漫。 音樂之家博物館深受孩子喜愛，雖五音不全，但不影響音樂知識的攝取。 二樓中餐廳和五樓自助餐廳都有所消費，中餐菜味偏鹹。 服務員意識都很強，在熱鬧的國慶假期也能保持有條不紊，值得誇誇。 説説其它小缺點，有些也是硬傷： 酒店離最佳觀潮點還是有點距離，換句話説，風景雖好，但不太適合觀潮。 出門都要接駁車，可是接駁車搭載人員有限，就要等。題外話，試圖點過外賣，被告知外賣衹能送到遊客服務中心，自己坐接駁車去服務中心取餐，且看了下方圓5公里，很少有配送，基本送到服務中心都要一小時左右，時間很久。 音樂之家博物館內不空氣循環系統沒做好，有股異味。 待以後開發完善了，再來體驗。"

"The hotel's room is modern and well furnished. The free fee to play at the golf's practice was a pleasant surprise and a great experience. One could have expected a better breakfast's variety: the restaurant gives you a breakfast set which is qualitatively ok, but it is a shame that the restaurant's buffet was not used and remained empty."

"設施很新，老闆和老闆娘都很熱情。老闆是退休的海軍軍官，可厲害了。家裡有很多潛水艇和飛機模型，如果小朋友來的話，老闆會給小朋友科普海洋知識的。門口豎著一塊牌子，這裏還是愛國主義海洋教育基地呢。 家裡弄得非常乾淨，這裏離錢塘江是最近的，在房間裏就可以看見錢塘江。 老闆娘手藝也巨好，早餐不定是什麼驚喜。像是我們住在這，第一天是加了花生紅豆紅棗的粗糧粥和各色小菜花捲饅頭外加小零食。離開的時候，老闆娘就做了韭菜盒。早餐吃的雞蛋都是老母雞當天新下的雞蛋，韭菜也是新鮮摘的。 我們訂了三樓的套房，那真是無死角全景觀潮房，照片都拍不出來，衹有來看了之後才能親自體會這房間有多大。 套房外面還有一個廳，擺了躺椅沙發，居然還有一架望遠鏡。簡直就是小朋友快樂屋。當然大朋友也開心。 老闆老闆娘真的特別熱情好客，我們離開的時候都有點依依不捨，下次來錢塘江，一定還會來這家民宿的!"
