跟家人來了一趟周邊小旅行，在烏鎮景區外發現了這家酒店，剛開始看這個房子的外觀感覺還一般，哪知道進去別具洞天，震撼了我一把，從沒體驗過這麼有腔調的酒店。進去大門是兩扇古樸具有歷史感小門，藏族文化的轉經筒，求簽台，再進去就是一副巨大的財神扎基拉姆畫像，中間超大的香鼎，各種老物件等等，真的是移步一景，處處都是特色，老闆人也特別熱情，一一給我們介紹了這些特色物件的來源和文化，跟老闆聊了很久，感覺老闆是個特別好客且熱情的人，開這家酒店的初衷不為別的，就是為了廣結天下好友，做自己興趣愛好的事情。後面閑下來的時候，我又整體逛了下，地下室特色酒吧，一樓茶堂，二樓酒店包廂，三樓侘寂風客房，四樓經書閣，整體逛了一圈，每層給人的感覺都耳目一新。 客房區又是特別私密的空間，入駐進去客房整體古樸散發木頭香味的傢俱，這是我從來沒有體驗過的客房，床墊超級柔軟舒適，晚上睡覺特別安靜，幾分鐘就入睡了，第二天早上起來老闆又給我們準備了非遺手工粽子，特色酸菜筍絲麪，現磨豆漿，都特別美味，給我新的一天注入了滿滿能量，真的非常感謝酒店老闆讓我這趟小旅行意外的收穫滿滿，下次來烏鎮必須再來百福緣酒店，祝老闆生意興隆！

Excellent stay! Room was huge (thanks for the room upgrade) and fitted with a king bed and a beautiful bathtub. As the hotel is located within the scenic area, guests check in is at the wuzhen tourist centre, where the porter will arrange for the luggage to be delivered to the hotel. Guest can explore the water village by taking the free tourist tram ride (unlimited for hotel guests). There are several designated tram stops which you can board or alight to explore. The tram ride also brings you right to the hotel’s doorstep. Guest can also book the limited slots for the Wuzhen morning market, where they serve breakfast in the olden days. Otherwise, guest can also head over to the market at own expense. Hotel breakfast is superb with great variety.

Fantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

The hotel is located within 西栅, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff escorted us to our room and gave a helpful brief on the amenities and hotel facilities—great service. We even had a memorable encounter with a black swan that swam near our room!

Such a great location for exploring Inside the scenic area of Wuzhen, and the hotel was located conveniently close to the entrance to the scenic area. It was definitely worth paying the extra to be staying inside the scenic zone given that in the early morning and at night all the crowds disappeared and left the beauty of Wuzhen unspoiled (they use facial recognition to give us unlimited access in and out of the scenic zone during our stay). They also had a helpful luggage service which took our suitcases to and from the hotel (from The scenic zone visitor Centre) for us. The staff were very friendly though were limited with English but with the help of translation apps we got on just fine. They were also very helpful with free bottled water, we would definitely go back!

I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and well-taken-care-of. In particular, front desk staff member Ms. Liu went above and beyond to assist us as foreign visitors — her professionalism, friendly assistance, and clear communication were outstanding. The room was comfortable, the facilities well maintained, and everything ran smoothly which is ideal for a business traveler. I hope to stay here again on my next trip and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service and a hassle-free stay.

The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch.

Stayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs. Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine. Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied. Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much. Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs. The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view. Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.

Genel olarak Wuzhen, ticari bir köydür ve Antik Su Kasabası olarak abartılmıştır. Otelin kendisi ısıtılmamıştır ancak odada ısıtıcı vardır. Ancak oda oldukça geniş olduğundan ısınması biraz zaman alır. Rahat yatak, temiz ve duman/sigara kokusu yok. Sigaraya karşı aşırı hassas olduğumuz için bu bizim için çok önemlidir. Tuvalet soğuk hissedilir ancak sıcak su iyidir. Otelin temel olanakları - terlik, diş fırçası/diş macunu, sıcak su, vücut sabunu ve şampuan Ev sahibi arkadaş canlısı ve yardımsever. Otel Antik Köy'e birkaç adım uzaklıktadır. Giriş ücreti kişi başı 150 RMB'dir. Manzaralı noktalar 0830-1700, manzaralı alan ise 0830-2200'dir. Sadece benim fikrim - Aşırı değerlendirilmiş ve giriş ücretini ödemeye gerçekten değmez. 60 yaş üstü için %50 indirim. Gelecekte ziyaret edersem bu oteli tekrar düşüneceğim

因為要找南北湖附近的三人間，找到了這家酒 店，優點是房間比較寬敞，兩張床也比較大，適合三人入住，酒店樓下有一條河，住在高區視野開闊，淋浴間有窗，晚上可以看到外面的燈光點點的夜景，花灑水量比較大。還贈送了一套小童洗浴用品套裝，可樂和哇哈哈飲料。最特別的是馬桶沖水可以直接踢前面的按鈕，但衹有馬桶圈加熱功能沒有智能馬桶其他功能。 不足之處一是浴巾比較小而舊，拉低了房間入住感受，二是氣温 0-9°的深冬一樓大堂和早餐廳中央空調壞了，而餐廳裏的立式空調也沒開，辦理入住手續時很冷，早餐很多食物菜品也很快就冷了。三是洗手枱的熱水要放水很久很久才能熱，一度讓我懷疑是否沒熱水或者冷熱標識反了。
