"Good location. Close to center of Chengdu. The hotel at the high level of the building from 33-47 floor. Very beautiful view from day and light. Room layout is great with nice bathtub. Breakfast is at 33 floor with many Chinese and western food. Swimming pool and small gym at 7 floor are very good options for someone likes exercise during travel."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a ******* delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu."

"We loved our stay. Very convenient location nearby the Railway station that you could reach directly via floor B2. The view was stunning as we had a room on the 36th floor. Beds were a bit hard, but the room was very quiet and we slept well. You have to wear a hat in the swimming pool (68y per hat) and the gym was well-equipped."

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). AAlexandr Ch.We spent 5 unforgettable nights at Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat in Dujiangyan, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. People: The team here is simply amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They provide such a high level of hospitality, always noticing and responding to every need with kindness. Food: Every meal was a delight. From the fresh breakfasts to beautifully crafted dinners, the chef truly has golden hands. The menu combines taste, health, and creativity — each dish felt like a small masterpiece. Rooms: Our room was spotless, cosy, and full of thoughtful details. The design reflects nature and harmony — from decorations to layout — creating a relaxing, beautiful atmosphere. Activities: The daily program is fantastic. We enjoyed light morning exercises, deep meditation sessions, and even had the chance to try calligraphy. My wife also joined some paid artistic mini-workshops and brought back unique handcrafted souvenirs for her friends — such a special experience! Location: The resort has the perfect setting. It is close to the Giant Panda Garden, Jiezi Ancient Town, and Mount Qingcheng, yet the atmosphere is completely peaceful. Surrounded by birdsong, cicadas, and trees, we breathed fresh air every day. The gardens inside the resort are stunning, with many lovely spots for photos and videos. Overall, Hegu Harmony Valley Retreat is a place where hospitality, nature, and culture come together. We left with our hearts full, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

SSchimbaService gave wrong information regarding already booked / included spa services - complimentary fruit basked only arrived after complaints A singular butler robot is taking care of all the food deliveries for a huge hotel with 6 elevators. After the food arrived in the hotel lobby, it took from 30 minutes up to 3 hours to get delivered to the room. Why don’t they send a person to deliver food? Or at least call the room to inform that food was brought, so we could have picked it up ourselves? I am severely disappointed with the level of service for a 5 star hotel.

GgoodmoreninggHeard about this hotel through a friend and overall it’s a comfortable stay. Stay: Good in-room amenities where you can enjoy tea and drinks in the fridge. They also clean the room everyday. Service: The kind staff will greet us and help us with our Taobao package. Some small moments includes providing their homemade herbal cream when i got mosquito bites. Coffee: Their coffee is really nice too and with the stay value to have free coffee every morning is a nice touch (we did not get room with breakfast) Environment: We usually DiDi to all the sight seeing area and there’s food near the corner and local convenience stall so necessity is within reach Can be improved: The hotel’s main air conditional system was affected due to the rainfall in chengdu and our room got abit hot for the last 2 nights. We got in touch with the staff and they are super attentive and even tried their best to handle the situation by getting electrical staff to fix it. It was a mixed emotion as one point I do appreciate their attentiveness while on the other end I do feel that it disrupted the comfort in the last 2 days. But all is well because we do understand these things happen. Just to give context we decided to on the aircon at 28 degrees and have the window open so there’s cooler air coming in which you’ll still sleep well given all the shopping haha! Overall, i’ll still recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and professional, with special thanks to the front desk staff, Tia, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls, and souvenir stores. Popular areas like Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, Taikoo Li, and IFS are all easily accessible, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The international buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of both Western and local Chinese options to suit different preferences. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a prime city-center location. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

AAVJCI was sceptical at first after reading reviews and having many options around Chengdu city. We booked this hotel as our final leg before departure from Chengdu city after completing a tour. From the moment we stepped out of the car to the time we were leaving, nothing short of a royalty treatment. Fresh fruits were delivered to our room, the room itself so spacious with beds that speak of their brand. Breakfast is a wide variety (and trust us when we say wide because we stayed in 6 different hotels throughout our trip). We will definitely come back again. Tips : Just take a DiDi to Chunxi Road or IFS, it may sound nearby but most hotels are at least a good 15mins walk. If you are alone its ok, with young kids it might be tiring to explore if we start off too early

Check-in was smooth and friendly, and to our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade. This was such a pleasant surprise and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, and the bathroom felt modern and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the little details – smart lighting, plenty of outlets including USB and Type-C, and excellent sound insulation, which made it easy to rest at night. The view from our room was also stunning, especially in the evening. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance of the Wenshu Temple and close to Chunxi Road, which is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Metro stations are nearby as well, making it very convenient to get around Chengdu. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. Throughout our stay, the service stood out. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was providing extra water bottles, recommending places to eat, or just greeting us with a smile. It really made the experience feel five-star. Also they had clothing washing service which was really helpful. If I had to mention small downsides, the elevators could be a bit slow during peak times, and occasionally you could hear noises from the hallway, but neither of these things affected our overall comfort. All in all, the Mehood Elegant Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of elegant design, great location, excellent service, and the generous room upgrade made our stay truly memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would definitely stay here again.

MMisafir KullanıcıSuch a beautiful hotel set in a very scenic location. The gym and pool were great as was access to scenic walks into the mountains. You can travel to 4 different locations to see the Great Pandas. Panda Valley is only 20 minutes from the hotel. The food at breakfast and the Thai restaurant is amazing. The staff at the hotel were all very professional and took super care of my family, especially Himmel. He organised everything for us during our stay and sorted out some excellent accommodation in a hot spring room. The staff at the Courtyard bar were also amazing . Very polite and kind to us. The live band was excellent too. We loved this hotel and would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you Himmel and all the excellent staff at the Six Senses Spa Hotel.
