I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive. Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. 設施：房間很乾凈，設施新，有電動馬桶🚽，浴缸大，帶衣帽間。 衞生：乾淨整潔，毛巾雪白！ 環境：周邊有超市，餐廳少，距離杜甫草堂走路600米。 服務：熱情❤️！ 第一天入住，前台帥哥很熱情，做了房間升級，安排了有浴缸的房間，進酒店行李員主動幫忙把行李拉到房間門口（非常感謝），還送了迎賓水果，第二天我們又延住一天，前台小姐姐很熱情的幫忙，聯繫了旅拍的攝影師，順利完成了一小時的拍攝。 然後下午又安排了茶藝活動和杜甫草堂的參觀！ 導遊解説員是宜賓小妹妹，長得漂亮還會背很多杜甫的詩，講解的非常細緻。給個贊👍。 早餐： 菜品豐富 吃到了成都的串串，地道的擔擔麪（太好吃了😋），水果和點心豐富， 芒果慕斯值得推薦。早餐廳的煮麪阿姨，會主動問好，餐廳服務員及時收餐盤，整體氣氛很和諧！ 酒店房間照片都是俺家那口子拍的，看着挺專業的哈哈哈！ 好的酒店，努力經營的店家都值得我們消費者去推廣和鼓勵！

Amazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw: No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

I was pleasantly surprised that they gave us free breakfast upon check-in, which was very good as we were not sure what or where to eat for breakfast. The check-in staff, Emily Huang, even helped us with installing WeChat but not sure why couldn't setup. Upon realising that Alipay has a messaging function, she texted me on all the relevant information on where to eat & what to do around the hotel. The room is very spacious & clean. Bed & pillow are very comfortable. All the things that we needed were available in the room, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer, room slipper & safe box. The only setback was I could only used the hotel wifi to access email & nothing else. As I extended my stay to my company's trip, a male front-desk staff helped me to extend my access-card & helped me to request a change of bed sheet. The breakfast were mostly local food. Fruits & dessert options were a bit limited. Otherwise, the spread was sufficient. The hotel is within walking distance to IFS and Tai Ku Li with lots of restaurants & street food. It is about an hour from Tianfu airport & slightly more than an hour to the Chengdu East HSR station. It is about 10min walk to the Chunxi Metro station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Four Points by Sheraton.

I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

設施：雖然是開業六年的酒店了，但是裝修除了房間的椅子有點嘎吱響外其他還是處於比較新的狀態。 服務：晚上有夜宵提供，但我們在樓下喝酒就沒有要。樓下的酒吧咖啡店還不錯，住店還可以打折。入住時還給了浴球。 美中不足是走廊隔音稍微有點差，晚上有人從走廊過的時候聽的非常清楚；如果要延遲一個小時退房還要單獨給60。

Our family trip with three families turned out to be a delightful experience. The hot spring and its beautiful surroundings made the visit truly enjoyable. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The mutton pot with fungus tray was so delicious that we ordered it twice on both days—it’s definitely a must-try dish. The handmade noodles were also very tasty. Overall, it was a worthwhile place to visit in the cold season.

Great location. We like hotels with some character and personality and this one has lots of it. Our room was huge and enjoyed having the balcony. The hotel listing says both Asian and Western options are available for breakfast but this is not true. Only a very small ******* style breakfast offered . The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great coffee from machine at reception. Take Exit A from metro stop as it brings you up on correct side of road.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklamaydı! Ulusal Gün tatilinden faydalanarak Chengdu'yu gezdik ve en büyük çocuğumuzla birlikte Ritz-Carlton Otel'de kaldık. Executive Twin oda rezervasyonu yaptırdık ve uşağımız Ella'ya düşünceli düzenlemeleri için çok minnettarız. Çocuğumuzla seyahat ettiğimizi bildiği için önceden ek yataklar ayarlamıştı. Otel ayrıca bagaj muhafaza ve servis hizmeti de sağladı. Executive oda kahvaltı, öğle ve akşam yemeğini içeriyordu, bu da inanılmaz derecede kullanışlıydı. Bazen, bir gün süren geziden sonra çok yorgun oluyorduk ve otelde doyurucu bir yemek yiyebiliyorduk. Birkaç gün çok çabuk geçti! Tekrar görüşmek üzere!

The location was perfect—right next to the river, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk around the village. At night, the view was stunning: the bridge was beautifully lit, and the river shimmered with lights, creating a serene atmosphere. The owner was exceptionally friendly, even accompanying us to a nearby convenience store to buy food and preparing a Halal breakfast for us. The room was cozy, equipped with a smart toilet and heated beds—much appreciated in the cold weather. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for my family.
