"We really liked the apartment. The view is amazing, especially at night. The room interior looks instagrammable. Breakfast, such as home-made sandwiches, are good as well. Miya (the owner) is very friendly and always ready to help. It’s very close to the metro station and easy to travel to Panda Base without any transfers. We celebrated New Year here. It was a bit chilly, as the heating is through AC and the room is quite big. Not much place to put your belongings like a wardrobe or towel holders in the shower. Yet, the advantages outweigh the small disadvantages. Highly recommended!"

"服務：非常好👍，因為我連續住三晚，所以前台小姐姐在有一間低樓層房後想讓我住的舒適些就讓我出去溜達會把我安排在了酒店的高樓層（8樓）衞生：新開的酒店，挺乾淨的，打掃衞生也很及時環境：整個酒店樓層不高，蠻舒適，也安靜，而且交通非常便利。樓下就是一個小街區，對面是人民公園，徒步就能走到寬窄巷子景區，天府廣場，成都博物館。離地鐵站也很近，去哪都方便。不愛坐地鐵的小夥伴過個馬路在人民公園門口就很容易打到的士了。設施：因為是新開的酒店，所以設施都很新，10樓還有早餐供應。要説稍稍有一點差火的地方就是感應馬桶每次掀蓋太猛，碰到牆體聲音太大了😂。"

"A minimalist haven located just a stone’s throw from the WuHou Shrine. The rooms are beautifully designed to evoke a sense of tranquility and all the public areas are exactly as in the photos. The complimentary coffee machine produced a surprisingly excellent cup of freshly ground espresso (far better than usual machine output). Finally have to commend Mr Bei for being extremely helpful, professional and efficient, from the moment of our check-in to our seamless check out."

"I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive. Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel was clean, and the design was absolutely charming and cute. I booked the tatami room with the massage bed, the built-in massage was a game-changer. It offered a whole new level of relief and relaxation after a long day of walking. Highly recommended! Strategic location! You can get to taste various of food and a cozy bar street nearby the hotel. It just 10 mins walk to Chun Xi Road and Tai Koo Li as well!"

MMisafir Kullanıcı設施：房間很乾凈，設施新，有電動馬桶🚽，浴缸大，帶衣帽間。衞生：乾淨整潔，毛巾雪白！環境：周邊有超市，餐廳少，距離杜甫草堂走路600米。服務：熱情❤️！第一天入住，前台帥哥很熱情，做了房間升級，安排了有浴缸的房間，進酒店行李員主動幫忙把行李拉到房間門口（非常感謝），還送了迎賓水果，第二天我們又延住一天，前台小姐姐很熱情的幫忙，聯繫了旅拍的攝影師，順利完成了一小時的拍攝。然後下午又安排了茶藝活動和杜甫草堂的參觀！導遊解説員是宜賓小妹妹，長得漂亮還會背很多杜甫的詩，講解的非常細緻。給個贊👍。早餐：菜品豐富吃到了成都的串串，地道的擔擔麪（太好吃了😋），水果和點心豐富，芒果慕斯值得推薦。早餐廳的煮麪阿姨，會主動問好，餐廳服務員及時收餐盤，整體氣氛很和諧！酒店房間照片都是俺家那口子拍的，看着挺專業的哈哈哈！好的酒店，努力經營的店家都值得我們消費者去推廣和鼓勵！

MMisafir KullanıcıAmazing customer service proficient in Chinese and English! Upgraded our single rooms to double room for free and was welcoming for a late 1am check-in time. Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw: No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey. While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional. From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng! We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment. When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo! Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie! The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special. The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels. Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

II.love.travel.1603This place is awesome beautiful, filled with chinese architectual beauty. This hotel staff are so efficient, friendly, and speaks good english! They are very helpful and attentive to my needs. Even when i was walking lost, they bring me to the right place for breakfaat, they bring my grab food 1 item after another to my room. I am so appreciative of them. Room is super comfy except a little small. It had a great cafe there in hotel servibg great coffee which i find cafes are lacking in Chengdu. I highly recommend this place. And its in great location too. I enjoy the proximately to great foods and Wenshu monastry.

愛愛死你Our family trip with three families turned out to be a delightful experience. The hot spring and its beautiful surroundings made the visit truly enjoyable. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The mutton pot with fungus tray was so delicious that we ordered it twice on both days—it’s definitely a must-try dish. The handmade noodles were also very tasty. Overall, it was a worthwhile place to visit in the cold season.

EEikaChenVery cozy hotel with helpful and passionate staff! It’s one station away from Chunxi Road but the walkway is very smooth. We walked there with luggage in early morning from airport bus and we didn’t feel tired at all. The location is amazing that you do get a benefit of quiet stay. Also many good and nice restaurants around hotel. We even went for a clinic next to hotel for the treatment of knee! After experiencing many hotels (Hanting/holiday inn/bloom) in Chengdu region I do recommend this place to whoever is planning to visit!

MMisafir KullanıcıI recently stayed at the Mehood Elegant Hotel in Chengdu and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and to our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade. This was such a pleasant surprise and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, and the bathroom felt modern and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the little details – smart lighting, plenty of outlets including USB and Type-C, and excellent sound insulation, which made it easy to rest at night. The view from our room was also stunning, especially in the evening. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance of the Wenshu Temple and close to Chunxi Road, which is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Metro stations are nearby as well, making it very convenient to get around Chengdu. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. Throughout our stay, the service stood out. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was providing extra water bottles, recommending places to eat, or just greeting us with a smile. It really made the experience feel five-star. Also they had clothing washing service which was really helpful. If I had to mention small downsides, the elevators could be a bit slow during peak times, and occasionally you could hear noises from the hallway, but neither of these things affected our overall comfort. All in all, the Mehood Elegant Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of elegant design, great location, excellent service, and the generous room upgrade made our stay truly memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would definitely stay here again.

GGaigewomadouburenshideming設施：雖然是開業六年的酒店了，但是裝修除了房間的椅子有點嘎吱響外其他還是處於比較新的狀態。服務：晚上有夜宵提供，但我們在樓下喝酒就沒有要。樓下的酒吧咖啡店還不錯，住店還可以打折。入住時還給了浴球。美中不足是走廊隔音稍微有點差，晚上有人從走廊過的時候聽的非常清楚；如果要延遲一個小時退房還要單獨給60。

KKay BostonGreat location. We like hotels with some character and personality and this one has lots of it. Our room was huge and enjoyed having the balcony. The hotel listing says both Asian and Western options are available for breakfast but this is not true. Only a very small ******* style breakfast offered . The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great coffee from machine at reception. Take Exit A from metro stop as it brings you up on correct side of road.
