"服務：非常好👍，因為我連續住三晚，所以前台小姐姐在有一間低樓層房後想讓我住的舒適些就讓我出去溜達會把我安排在了酒店的高樓層（8樓）
衞生：新開的酒店，挺乾淨的，打掃衞生也很及時
環境：整個酒店樓層不高，蠻舒適，也安靜，而且交通非常便利。樓下就是一個小街區，對面是人民公園，徒步就能走到寬窄巷子景區，天府廣場，成都博物館。離地鐵站也很近，去哪都方便。不愛坐地鐵的小夥伴過個馬路在人民公園門口就很容易打到的士了。
設施：因為是新開的酒店，所以設施都很新，10樓還有早餐供應。要説稍稍有一點差火的地方就是感應馬桶每次掀蓋太猛，碰到牆體聲音太大了😂。"

"I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience.
The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly!
On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed.
After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience.
The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive.
Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. I would definitely love to come back and stay here ag"

Hotel lobby was filthy asf.

"Hotel is a repurposed and very well renovated apartment building.
Noise insulation from the walls are generally ok. But if the neighbouring room decides to have the TV volume high, you will hear it. But you don't hear footsteps or things like that.
Weakpoint is the door. Noise will come here from here. You can hear from other room's doors slamming against the door frame. But if the guest closes the door considerately, I don't hear it.
Rooms furnishings, smart toilet are all very good.
Laundry facilities are 2 washing machines but only 1 dryer, perhaps one had been sent away for repair.
There are plenty of food shops and mini marts in the area. Hair dressing, dry cleaning too.
Metro station is nearby.

"As first-time visitors to Chengdu, we were overwhelmed by the many hotel options near the central business districts. After some research, we finally decided on this hotel and were very glad we did. We were able to check in early, which was incredibly helpful after a long and tiring flight.
The location is perfect for us. Walking along the Jinjiang River was a highlight, and the night views were stunning. Jiuyanqiao is about a 15-minute walk away, and it took us roughly 25 minutes to walk along Qiantang Road to reach Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. We mainly used DiDi rather than public transport, which was very convenient.
The front desk service was excellent, especially Xiao Yang, who always responded promptly and professionally to our requests. The housekeeping staff were also friendly and accommodating, even with our late cleaning requests. We ended up extending our stay by two more nights and were kindly granted a late check-out as well.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The only downside was some noise from renovation work in the neighboring building, and we could occasionally hear toilet flushing from other rooms.
Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Chengdu."

服務：熱情❤️！ 第一天入住，前台帥哥很熱情，做了房間升級，安排了有浴缸的房間，進酒店行李員主動幫忙把行李拉到房間門口（非常感謝），還送了迎賓水果，第二天我們又延住一天，前台小姐姐很熱情的幫忙，聯繫了旅拍的攝影師，順利完成了一小時的拍攝。 然後下午又安排了茶藝活動和杜甫草堂的參觀！ 導遊解説員是宜賓小妹妹，長得漂亮還會背很多杜甫的詩，講解的非常細緻。給個贊👍。
早餐： 菜品豐富 吃到了成都的串串，地道的擔擔麪（太好吃了😋），水果和點心豐富， 芒果慕斯值得推薦。早餐廳的煮麪阿姨，會主動問好，餐廳服務員及時收餐盤，整體氣氛很和諧！
酒店房間照片都是俺家那口子拍的，看着挺專業的哈哈哈！

MMisafir KullanıcıI wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu. This was the final stop on our China trip, and our experience here truly stood out - it was, without a doubt, the best customer service we received throughout our journey.
While not all staff were fluent in English, those who communicated with us - both in person and via WeChat - were exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and professional.
From the moment we arrived, Cheng Cheng welcomed us so warmly. He kindly assisted with our luggage up to the lobby and our room, and his enthusiasm in welcoming us to Chengdu immediately made us feel at home. After helping us check in, he briefly stepped away but returned shortly after to offer us a room change he had proactively arranged, having noticed an unpleasant food odour in the original room. This level of care and attention to detail meant so much to us. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us with a super friendly smile whenever we crossed paths, always ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our time. Thank you, Cheng Cheng!
We would also like to thank James, who went above and beyond to help us with collecting our parcels - our first time ordering online in China. When our packages were diverted to a collection point, he personally accompanied us there and took the time to explain how the system works. This level of service is truly rare and it seemed so consistent with the whole team at this establishment.
When one of our parcels was mistakenly picked up and opened by someone else, James and Echo, the duty manager, stepped in and liaised with the collection point to track it down and successfully retrieve it. Echo wanted to hand this item to us personally so that we could check the contents were in good condition. We were incredibly impressed and grateful. Echo also helped resolve a couple of delivery hiccups by assisting us in contacting courier customer service, ensuring everything was eventually delivered smoothly. Thank you, James and Echo!
Last but certainly not least, our deepest thanks to Aggie. She was an absolute angel throughout our stay - so kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She would help us with any issues promptly and nothing seemed like a hassle despite all the help we needed. When a couple of our deliveries couldn’t arrive before our departure, Aggie went out of her way to help arrange for the remaining parcels to be sent to us. Her care and dedication were truly exceptional and Hyatt Centric The Ring is so fortunate to have her as part of theteam! Thank you very much for everything, Aggie!
The team’s thoughtfulness was evident in so many small ways as well - bringing parcels up to our room and even leaving a pair of scissors for us to use. These touches did not go unnoticed and made our stay all the more special.
The breakfast was also excellent. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be for housekeeping to pay a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. That said, given the outstanding service we experienced, this was a very minor point, and I have no doubt it would have been promptly addressed had we raised it during our stay. Additionally, we found the laundry detergent used for the bath towels a little harsh and caused dryness for both my husband and me, though this was easily resolved with disposable cotton towels.
Ultimately, it was the people at this hotel who made our stay so memorable. Their warmth, care, and professionalism far outweighed any minor issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be recommending it to family and friends visiting Chengdu.

Very clean and modern rooms with a delicious breakfast buffet. Staff willing to make coffee for us each morning, free umbrellas, a small garden courtyard to wind down, probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for this price range! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city but away from busy streets, tucked in near a temple and side street eateries yet only a 10 min taxi to popular attractions. One flaw:
No designated car park for taxi. Have to walk 20 metres to a side street, not a big deal but please be aware as it might be hard to find. There is a sign but we didn’t notice at 1am haha. You’re in the right street if you see this entrance -＞

GGaigewomadouburenshideming設施：雖然是開業六年的酒店了，但是裝修除了房間的椅子有點嘎吱響外其他還是處於比較新的狀態。
服務：晚上有夜宵提供，但我們在樓下喝酒就沒有要。樓下的酒吧咖啡店還不錯，住店還可以打折。入住時還給了浴球。
美中不足是走廊隔音稍微有點差，晚上有人從走廊過的時候聽的非常清楚；如果要延遲一個小時退房還要單獨給60。

愛愛死你Our family trip with three families turned out to be a delightful experience.
The hot spring and its beautiful surroundings made the visit truly enjoyable.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The mutton pot with fungus tray was so delicious that we ordered it twice on both days—it’s definitely a must-try dish. The handmade noodles were also very tasty.
Overall, it was a worthwhile place to visit in the cold season.

EEikaChenVery cozy hotel with helpful and passionate staff! It’s one station away from Chunxi Road but the walkway is very smooth. We walked there with luggage in early morning from airport bus and we didn’t feel tired at all. The location is amazing that you do get a benefit of quiet stay. Also many good and nice restaurants around hotel. We even went for a clinic next to hotel for the treatment of knee! After experiencing many hotels (Hanting/holiday inn/bloom) in Chengdu region I do recommend this place to whoever is planning to visit!

Executive Twin oda rezervasyonu yaptırdık ve uşağımız Ella'ya düşünceli düzenlemeleri için çok minnettarız. Çocuğumuzla seyahat ettiğimizi bildiği için önceden ek yataklar ayarlamıştı. Otel ayrıca bagaj muhafaza ve servis hizmeti de sağladı. Executive oda kahvaltı, öğle ve akşam yemeğini içeriyordu, bu da inanılmaz derecede kullanışlıydı. Bazen, bir gün süren geziden sonra çok yorgun oluyorduk ve otelde doyurucu bir yemek yiyebiliyorduk. Birkaç gün çok çabuk geçti! Tekrar görüşmek üzere!

MMisafir KullanıcıI recently stayed at the Mehood Elegant Hotel in Chengdu and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and to our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade. This was such a pleasant surprise and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, and the bathroom felt modern and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the little details – smart lighting, plenty of outlets including USB and Type-C, and excellent sound insulation, which made it easy to rest at night. The view from our room was also stunning, especially in the evening. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s within easy walking distance of the Wenshu Temple and close to Chunxi Road, which is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Metro stations are nearby as well, making it very convenient to get around Chengdu.
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious.
Throughout our stay, the service stood out. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was providing extra water bottles, recommending places to eat, or just greeting us with a smile. It really made the experience feel five-star. Also they had clothing washing service which was really helpful.
If I had to mention small downsides, the elevators could be a bit slow during peak times, and occasionally you could hear noises from the hallway, but neither of these things affected our overall comfort.
All in all, the Mehood Elegant Hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of elegant design, great location, excellent service, and the generous room upgrade made our stay truly memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would definitely stay here again.

KKay BostonGreat location. We like hotels with some character and personality and this one has lots of it. Our room was huge and enjoyed having the balcony. The hotel listing says both Asian and Western options are available for breakfast but this is not true. Only a very small ******* style breakfast offered .
The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great coffee from machine at reception.
Take Exit A from metro stop as it brings you up on correct side of road.
