"This hotel is a little gem in Lhasa. First of all, it’s got a lift, which is a must at high altitude. They offered us free breakfast for the first night, but when we requested breakfast for the next two nights (paying), they actually offered it for free as well. The breakfast room has amazing views of the Potala palace. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large coffee table, a large leather stool and an armchair by the window. And that window has another stunning view over the palace (if you’re on the 5th floor). The bathroom has everything you need, including shower flip flops (although we brought and used our own pair). Toiletries were good too. There were also slippers for the room. Another nice touch was that they would bring a fruit platter to the room every evening at 19:00. This included jujube, cherry tomatoes, clementines and pears. All brilliantly sweet. The hotel is very close to the big attractions in Lhasa, including the aforementioned Potala palace, Jokhang monastery and Barkor Street. And most importantly, they had oxygen in the bedroom. A must have! Finally, the staff is very helpful. They helped us book a takeaway for dinner on our first night and organised the free breakfasts the next day."

"High standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky."

"I booked this hotel for a three day stay and had an amazing time. The front desk staff and the third-floor restaurant team were incredibly kind, sweet, polite, and respectful. The food was not only super delicious but also reasonably priced. The bathroom and blankets in the room were all spotlessly clean. It’s absolutely worth a visit – I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Lhasa who’s struggling to pick a place to stay. You won’t regret booking here."

"強烈推薦這家民宿！不僅地理位置好，環境優雅，老闆和老闆娘更是熱情好客，實實在在。他們為我推薦的西藏環線6日游，幫我聯繫旅拍，預定布達拉宮1號線門票。。。，所以這些讓我的西藏之旅得以圓滿。另外，民宿免費提供自助洗衣，這對夏天去西藏旅遊特別的重要。此外還免費提供廚房給想自己煮食的客人(我們沒有使用)。 圖1是天臺觀景處拍的布達拉宮，圖2-5是樓下環境優雅的小花園，有魚池，梨樹，桃樹，葡萄架，鞦韆，非常趣致。"

"Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!"

"Lhasa'ya birkaç kez gittim ve bu şimdiye kadar kaldığım en şaşırtıcı oteldi. Ali'nin merkez hattından bisikletle geçtiğim için otele bir düzineden fazla paketi önceden gönderdim ve oteldeki arkadaşlarım hiçbir itiraz olmadan bunların tek tek depolanmasına yardımcı oldular. Çevre: Otelin girişi nehre bakmaktadır ve çevre birinci sınıftır. Yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran bulunmaktadır ve alışveriş ve hazırlık için yakındaki Wanda ve Yonghui süpermarketlerine arabayla yalnızca 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir. Tesisler: Otelin kendine ait yer altı otoparkı vardır ve bu oldukça kullanışlıdır. Ayrıca otelde oksijen tedarik ekipmanı da mevcuttur, böylece ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda oksijeni kendiniz açabilirsiniz. Hijyen: Lobi, avlu, restoran veya oda olsun, oldukça temiz ve hijyenik olduğundan konaklama ve yemek yerken kendinizi rahat hissedebilirsiniz. Hizmet: Meslektaşlarım Yang Rong, Xiaojuan, Gama ve Lamu'ya çok minnettarım. Hizmet çok iyi. Ayrıca odanın iyileştirilmesine yardımcı oldular ve ücretsiz kahvaltı sağladılar. "We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel that still preserves its historical architecture with modern luxuries. We enjoyed the heated floor (it's so comfortable to walk around) and the oxygen machine (a lifesaver when we just reached Lhasa!). Special thanks to Guest Service staff - 次塔 for coordinating breakfast and housekeeping with us throughout our stay, and for helping to safekeep our forgotten item when we checked out! Her warm hospitality helped us ease into the high altitude environment more easily! Oh and don't forget to try the Indian restaurant within the hotel - it's extremely delicious and the price is affordable! We hope to return soon!"
