One of the best Westin I’ve experienced in China. I had an amazing stay, everything was fantastic from vstart to finish. The hotel offers many activities, especially along the river pool, the rooftop has a stunning view from Haitang Bay with excellent cocktails and music. At the reception and breakfast everyone greets you with a smile, which really makes a difference. A special mention to Chloe, Management Trainee, who took such great care of us. She truly made our experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Tayfun kelebeği başlangıcında vardık. Resepsiyondaki Bella erken giriş yapmamıza izin vererek çok nazik davrandı. Odamızdaki her şey mükemmeldi. 33. kattan manzara harikaydı. Ne yazık ki tayfun nedeniyle, gece boyunca uçakların kalkış ve inişleri gibi uluyan rüzgar çok güçlüydü, otelin hatası değildi. Ne yazık ki yüzme havuzunu ve açık hava su parkını kullanamadık. My stay at the Junyue Hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the surroundings were serene and beautiful. The hotel staff, especially the attentive butler Kobe, made me feel pampered from the moment I arrived. Although there were minor hiccups, the overall experience was delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

If paradise had a check-in desk, it would probably look a lot like The Sanya Edition. From the moment I arrived, the service was so warm and attentive that I half expected them to read my mind (which, thankfully, they didn’t, because most of my thoughts were about whether it’s socially acceptable to eat dessert at breakfast). The food here is a real highlight—whether you’re after something refined or just comfort on a plate, every meal feels like a little celebration. I definitely left with a happier stomach than when I arrived. The personal service is truly exceptional: every member of staff goes above and beyond with genuine thoughtfulness. The concierge and valet team in particular made everything effortless, anticipating needs before I even realized them myself, and always with a smile. And the views? Honestly, unfairly beautiful. Between the shimmering ocean, the lush greenery, and the perfectly designed pool areas, it’s the kind of setting that makes you forget about emails, alarms, and, well, reality in general. In short: stunning surroundings, top-notch food, and service that makes you feel both special and completely relaxed. I came away feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning my “accidental” return. Otel muhteşem. Aile süitinde 8 gece kaldık, oda temiz ve düzenliydi, güzel bir manzarası ve dekorasyonu vardı. Odaları temizlememize yardım ettiği için Wang Shaoling'e (王少玲) çok teşekkürler, ayrıca bir yaşındaki çocuğumuz için her gün havlularla sevimli oyuncaklar yapmıştı. Otel, Yalong Körfezi'ndeki ilk 5 yıldızlı otel olduğu için biraz eski, ancak kesinlikle temiz ve iyi hizmetler sunuyor. Burada kalmakla çok iyi bir seçim yaptığımı hissediyorum. Denizin en güzel manzarasına sahip, çocuğum mini treni çok seviyor!

Very good hotel with high quality amenities and service. Breakfast options were also plentiful and we stayed for 3 nights and yet we still didnt manage to try everything. There is a private beach area but you cant swim due to the strong waves. One important mistake I made was there are 2 Sheratons, one at Haitang Bay and another at Yalong Bay. We went to the wrong hotel at first and had to book a taxi again to go to the correct one. At check in, there were also a few ladies that went to the wrong hotel as well. So for those booking, just make sure you go to the right one on the day.

We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel left an absolutely positive impression. It is very comfortable and cozy, with a high level of service. Special and sincere thanks to Caroline — she responded to all our requests incredibly fast and resolved everything within minutes. Every request was handled quickly and smoothly. Unlike many other hotels, we had no issues connecting a PlayStation: the staff came promptly, set everything up, and connected it to the internet. All of this was possible thanks to Caroline’s attention and care. We would also like to highlight the hotel grounds — they are very well maintained, green, and pleasant for walking. The staff working around the property are extremely attentive: every time we arrived, they immediately offered towels and water, always and without reminders. This level of care was something we truly missed in other hotels. A few suggestions regarding breakfast. We would love to see more European options and clearer zoning — separate areas for European and Chinese cuisine — so that in such a large restaurant it’s easier to find the dishes you’re looking for. It would also be great to add more healthy options: clearly separate freshly squeezed juices from packaged ones and include several sugar-free options, especially yogurts. As for coffee, it would be wonderful to have coffee prepared by a barista instead of machines, with the option of alternative milk such as oat or coconut. One small inconvenience during breakfast was the queues at peak hours, where guests were called loudly by name. Early in the morning this feels a bit uncomfortable, when you just want to start the day calmly. Perhaps this process could be made quieter or better optimized to avoid queues. We would also like to separately mention the room cleaning — it was absolutely excellent, very thorough and attentive to detail. Overall, our experience was extremely positive, and we would be happy to return again.

The location has several hotels nearby, which caused some confusion at first—our driver even dropped us off at the wrong entrance. What surprised me most was that the front desk staff did not speak any English, which is hard to imagine for a hotel that hosts many international guests. We arrived late at night, exhausted, only to find that the room we were given on the lower floor had a broken door lock. This was disappointing, especially since we had requested a higher floor. The next morning, when we opened the balcony slightly, we were immediately bothered by mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the faucet handle was broken, and the breakfast was nothing special. We asked to move to a higher floor the following day. Although the new room felt like a downgrade in some ways, the natural light was much better. Unfortunately, the door lock still had issues, and being on a higher floor meant waiting for the elevator became another inconvenience. That said, the surrounding residential complex was very convenient, with everything you might need close by. Overall, while the location itself was practical, the hotel’s facilities and service left much to be desired.
