"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out. I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm. As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside. For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"I came for my birthday. Unbelievably, I had forgotten my wallet in my home country (China), they helped me deal with a taxi driver and gave me cash off of my reservation. I had the breakfast one day, which was good, but I had to pay extra since my room price didn't include it, I guess. The location is RIGHT NEXT TO the beach, which is lovely. I could see it from my room and walk to it. Restaurants and shops are very walkable to the location and the point which is beautiful. Must say but also get the breakfast. It's on a few floors of a hotel with multiple hotels on different floors. Beautiful view of the bridge. Drone show every Saturday at 8 and 10 p.m. The restaurant is closed on many days that are not the weekend."

"I had an excellent stay at the L7 Lotte Hotel in Busan and would like to share how satisfied I was with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and efficient. "We were a group of 3 and were pleasantly pleased with the 3 single beds in Ramada. We all had our own space. Spacious enough. The hotel was just a stone away from KTX exit 1 and also metro exit 6. The hotel has a 24-hour laundromat and I love that the dryer dried clothes thoroughly. 2,000won for washing and other 2,000w for drying. 1,000w for their detergent. A total of 5,000w for each wash. 😊 The only downside was no basic amenities were provided except for shower wash, hair wash and hair condition."

"Busan gezim sırasında kalacak bir yer ararken burayı seçtim. Haeundae'nin tam önünde ve küçük bir alan olmasına rağmen güneşin doğuşunu görebiliyorsunuz. Başlangıçta Kore stilini seçtim, ancak standart olması için fazladan para ödedim. Yükseltildim ve içeri girdiğimde oda oldukça genişti. Yatak temiz, yumuşak ve rahattı. Battaniye oldukça ağırdı ama güzeldi. Banyoda küvet ve bide tipi tuvalet bulunmaktadır. Duşta, küvette ve her muslukta su basıncı iyiydi. Personel çok dost canlısıydı ve sahip olduğum her türlü soruyu sordum. Yemekler için yiyecek getirilmesi gibi her küçük ayrıntıyı açıkladı. Bu arada, diş fırçalarını ve ek eşyaları resepsiyondan satın almanız gerekiyor! Yürüyüşçü olduğum için gerekli tüm malzemeleri yanımda taşıdım. Bu otelde kalıyorsanız lütfen bunu aklınızda bulundurun. İyi dinlendim!"

"Dairenin manzarasını ve çocuklu ailelerin ihtiyaçları için rahat ve geniş alanı seviyorum. Daire, mutfak, oturma odası, 2 yatak odası ve balkonda çamaşır makinesi ve jakuzi ile donatılmış geniş bir dairedir. Daire, soğuk kış için tamamen hazır bir şekilde zemin ısıtıcısı ile donatılmıştır. Ödediğimiz ve kaldığımız paraya kesinlikle değer."

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"Great location, just about 5 min from the beach. Room is very functional, however it would be nice to have a closet. Also the lighting is not bright enough, but we were not staying in the room much, so it was ok by us. Swimming pool is very warm, perfect to swim with children. It wasn’t crowded even during peak season. Convenience store and money exchange right downstairs, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right outside of the hotel, walking street and street food is within 3 min walk. Easy check in, check out."
