"Had a wonderful stay at this property.
The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.
Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth."

"The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness."

"We enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour."

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

CCharm-Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing.
Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent
Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc
Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room.
Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter.
Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

Good breakfast selection, great views at Reels and rooftop bar (esp sunset), and nice water view from the room. Swimming pool and fitness room early accessible. Very comfortable stay and great value!

MMisafir KullanıcıEverything was excellent except for the parking it’s a bit of a walk, not the end of the world but a long walk and when I was there a car had run into a sign outside the front of the shopping centre which meant I couldn’t access the car park through the shopping centre and I had to go the whole way around the block. It was night time there were people around it was just a bit normal not a dealbreaker but be aware of that. The standout was the staff. They are brilliant. Nothing is too hard, they are polite and happy actually one of the best experiences I’ve had and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve done so for a lot of years Oaks Perth whatever it is that you’re doing as far as Training is concerned and dealing with your staff you are doing a brilliant job. They all seemed happy and contented and not one person made me feel like they were just at work. They really impresses me with positive attitudes and genuine helpfulness so well done for that. My only negative is the stupid car park. Other than that you guys are ticking every box and kicking goals. Keep it up

The view from our room was unblocked and the hotel within a short walking distance to the main shopping belt In Perth. It is also relatively near to the lively botonical garden. The main downside for us was the bed was soft.

Room is large and came with double queen beds and dual basins. 5 mins walk to casinos as we parked our rental cars at the P2 car park. Overall nice stay and we can’t complaint as we paid for Metropol but get to stayed in High Roller hotel …

--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler..
shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful…
Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better…
one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering..
Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled…
The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing!
Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it…
Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..
