每年冬天都會去一次從化泡温泉，這次元旦假期發現了一家新店。盲選但是體驗非常不錯，首先是老闆和老闆娘人很好，非常熱情，有什麼需求都幾乎會立馬收到海底撈式的響應，待人也是一團和氣，讓人很舒服。 其次是裝修風格簡約又高級，我住宿一般看設計，採光，行李搬運方便程度，視野，衞生，智能化程度以及投影/電視夠不夠智能，好不好使等等，而這家在這些方面都做得很好。酒店大堂的設計很亮堂，很討喜。我訂的是樓頂的房間，站在陽台甚至能看到山下面的流溪河。 還有想説的是這家的投影無敵的，反正我在市區裏去的那些私人影院的片庫和這裏沒法比。 要實在要挑些遺憾的點的話可能是泡湯池不算大，但考慮到我的房間本就是個大床房，兩個人泡倒是綽綽有餘。另外附近外賣選擇不多，但也有個美宜佳半小時內能到。 綜上，體驗很不錯，玩的挺開心也沒咋用手機拍照，就附上一張送到房間門口的早餐吧。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Wooded Homestay! The owner is incredibly down-to-earth and kind, and we didn’t even realize she owned the place until she told us, which made her even more endearing. The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained, and it was lovely to see the ladies gardening and taking care of the property throughout the day. Our room was immaculate, and the snacks were a delightful touch. The painting activity was so calming and charming. Even with a small language barrier, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The owner even upgraded us to a better room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise—we truly appreciated it. All the staff, especially the person who checked us in, were incredibly sweet and caring, even carrying our heavy luggage to our room in the heat. You can really feel the love and pride everyone puts into their work, and the whole atmosphere is warm, cheerful, and inviting. There is some nice malls nearby! Which the staff can kindly advise you on, and downloading DIDI makes it so much cheaper and easier to transport to these places!! We wholeheartedly recommend the Wooded Homestay to anyone, even as a foreigner. It felt like a little home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back! :3

Bu otelin bir aile ve çocuklar için bu kadar mükemmel olacağını tahmin edemezdim. 2 ve 4 yaşında iki çocuğum var. Odaların durumu mükemmeldi, temizdi ve ferahtı. Hava iyi değildi ama bu yerin tadını çıkarmak için sorun değildi çünkü normal yüzme havuzları gibi değil, mağara havuzları gibi kapalı havuzları vardı 😝 Mağaranın tavanında doğadaki gibi delikler vardı, bu da iç mekan atmosferinin yapay mağarayı havalandırmasını sağlıyor. Ayrıca iki farklı çocuk odası var. Bunlar ebeveynlerin çocuklarını gözlemlemesi için kolay ve rahat. Dahası, bir sürü fotoğraf noktası var 😍 Son olarak, çıkış yaptığımızda otelin çocuklara yönelik sanat ve el sanatları ve yemek pişirme dersleri sunduğunu gördük. Başından sonuna kadar keyif aldık. Tekrar buraya gelmeye istekliyim.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We visited just before the National Holiday in October, and we traveled with our friends and their kids. The hotel accommodated our group of 15 and made everyone feel so comfortable. 🍦 the hotel staff gave our kids ice cream—they loved that! 🍺 we bought cold beers in the lobby and carried them out to the pool and beautiful grounds 🛋️ our room had a beautiful seating area with a majong table where we played games every night 🐇 the kids were so entertained by the peacocks, bunnies, roosters, and guinea pigs 💦 the hot springs were private and relaxing 🧊 the air conditioning in our rooms was strong, and we were very comfortable 🥟 breakfast was delicious - there was a generous buffet that worked well for both our low-carb friends and our vegetarian friends 🛝 the water park across the road was amazing! We walked there easily and enjoyed the great prices: kids under 1.5 meters were free with an adult ticket ⛰️ we got a Didi and in 20 minutes we were at Dafengmen Scenic Area where the kids splashed in the river and climbed the waterfall Finally, and most importantly, we appreciated the care and support from the proprietress Qingqing. Although we did not speak Chinese, she communicated with us through WeChat and she helped us with so many things. She helped me put the ******* address into my phone to receive food deliveries to the hotel, she made ice for us, and she let us put a few items in the refrigerator to stay fresh. We will return to YaXuan B&B for sure!

Beautiful place, very well maintained and clean. Hot springs and pool all excellent. Great place to go with a family, 5 star service and the staff are very well trained and helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay. My only feedback would be the amenities are slightly expensive on site as you would expect from this kind of resort.

Stayed another night at this room and I really liked balcony view and the comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotsprings should have their temperatures controlled a bit better as over 90% we’re just way too hot so we used up so much time to find a pool that wasn’t boiling hot.

Our recent family trip to Skov River Resort near Guangzhou was an absolute delight! Just a comfortable 1.5-hour car ride from the airport, this destination offers a truly unique and immersive experience. Our stay was excellent value, including entrance to their massive water theme park and delicious breakfast for two adults and one child, with our toddler enjoying free admission! We loved the resort's authentic localized vibe—it was refreshing not seeing many Western, Singaporean, or Malaysian tourists, offering a genuine cultural immersion. The environment is superb; both the resort pool and water theme park consistently have ample lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. A subtle mist along the poolside created a wonderfully mystical ambiance. The water theme park is incredible! It features diverse herbal hot springs, perfect for soaking. Kids will love the dedicated area for catching fish and feeding animals. While standard water slides offer thrills, the standout was their unique ”roller coaster” slide spanning several buildings. A huge bonus: the indoor water theme park playground uses warm water, ideal for those who, like me, dislike the cold! The sheer size of the resort provides endless activities. Beyond the water parks, a huge lake offers kayaking, boat rides, and even chopper rides for aerial views. There's also a stunning man-made beach that perfectly simulates a Maldives vibe with fine sand, clear water, and coconut trees. Entertainment is a highlight! Daily performances feature DJs and dancers at the water fountain. The human water jet performance is truly captivating and something we'd never seen before in Singapore! Evenings are spectacular with a combined light and firework show. Choosing a room was fun with so many thematic options, almost all featuring a hot spring tub. We adored our forest theme room with a loft, slide, and a balcony boasting its own hot spring tub. Dining was excellent; we highly recommend the resort's Chinese restaurant over the Western buffet. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious, especially their fried rice! Despite its rural location, nestled among villages, the staff's service was outstanding. When we struggled to find a 6-seater car to the city, they commendably used their contacts to charter two 4-seater cars for us and our luggage. This personalized assistance truly made our departure seamless. Skov River Resort offers an unforgettable blend of adventure, relaxation, and authentic charm. We highly recommend it for a truly remarkable family getaway!

Last week I booked a 3-day stay at the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel for myself through Trip.Com. Though there were few photos of the hotel available, the descriptions and reviews convinced me that this might be a good choice for me—but all I can say, is that the praises and kudos that I read are all understatements of what I found there! I arrived before check in Monday and was greatly assisted by Chen Yunsi, the on-duty butler. My requested upgrade was easily processed and all questions answered clearly. (With electronic translators—as my Putonghua is non-existent! When a problem in the room arose, the maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the problem without delay. I found that the massage therapists for complementary neck and shoulder treatments are very effective—but if you prefer wimpy neck rubs, such as not place for you! The buffet breakfast is combination of Chinese and “westernish” food and drink. Options for coffee were quite limited. A personal situation arose on the third morning, and I was required to leave one day early. Although the situation could easily have become stressful, with the assistance and cooperation of on-duty staff (including: Ke Yan, Cheng Min, Li Min, and Fei Long), I was able to check out, receive my local refund for the upgrade, and also receive my my Trip.com credit fairly quickly. All in all, I found the facilities to be of good quality, condition, and cleanliness; the staff to be exceptionally thoughtful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel and hope to return there with my husband sometime.

We had a great time at Angela Garden. The staff are nice and helpful. The huts and tents are beautiful as advertised. The whole place is clean. The tent is complete with common hotel necessities (toiletries, good and neat shower room, clean and comfortable bed and linens, AC/Shower), and an outdoor (private) hot tub which is the main reason of our short trip. The whole place is Instagramable! Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
