"It was a fantastic stay at the hotel — the service staff was very helpful, warm and attentive to our needs. We had a parcel that was sent to the wrong place but then the manager, Xu Shuang, immediately ran to help us collect it which we really appreciate! The location is fantastic too — with malls, pharmacy and food choices nearby! The pictures are part of the food choices for breakfast. Would highly recommend and definitely come back here to stay :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cosy hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent; conveniently situated with many shopping malls, eateries and easy to get didi. Opposite the hotel is the temple especially beautiful at night when litted. The room was new, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Other than the breakfast, they served small tea break and light supper too. They were simple but good enough to fill the stomach. The latter 2 were on the house! Free coffee around the clock too! The hotel facilities were great, from the well-equipped amenities to the inviting common areas. Free laundry washing too. What truly stood out was the service: the staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, an exceptional pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"
