From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, intimate, and beautifully curated, allowing us to slow down and fully enjoy the experience. What impressed us most was the butler service. The host was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always anticipating our needs with genuine care and thoughtfulness. "The best thing about the place is the location. You can walk to the fields and easily drive anywhere you need to go in the area. The car park only fits six cars. The decor makes the rooms seem run down. Bugs can come in through the cracks of the front doors. There’s no soundproofing and heard someone talking very loudly for a long time, as if lecturing two children, when I wanted to rest. Breakfast was terrible, with some dishes not tasting good and guests having to find staff to ask for refills. No water provided at breakfast. The accommodation calls itself a resort but no welcome gift was provided and the spa wasn’t working, both of which were advertised when we booked."

"Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away."

"設施：設施非常好，配套的東西也都是好牌子，非常滿意。 衞生：衞生很乾凈，每天保潔阿姨都會來清掃房間衞生，配備的礦泉水量很足適合我這種愛喝水的人士。 環境：環境很安靜，在一個度假園區內，安保措施也很足每天晚上都能看見警察巡邏摩託，感覺安全感十足，温泉也很不錯。美中不足的就是園區內吃飯比較不方便最近的鎮需要七八公里，離興義市區幾十公里，適合純玩酒店度假的人士。 服務：服務也非常好，得知我們有同行小孩時給我們兩間房都升級為豪華套房，非常滿意前台服務人員的服務態度。 很推薦大家來這家酒店入住，如果還有機會來興義一定還會再來住。"

"This place was amazing! There was a very authentic japanese style to the hotel design and experience! We had fresh fruits awaiting us at the hotel with a free yoga session in the morning. The hotel itself is a bit separated from the downtown area which allowed us to fully immerse in the environment. Breakfast was splendid and they even gave us a goodie bag on our way out!"
