"Dated hotel, but the stay was still comfortable. Bathtub was nice. We chose to stay here as our flight arrived at night and so that we could go to Malinghe canyon. We enjoyed their free airport pick up service (contact hotel at least 24hrs in advance), which they still provided even though our flight was delayed by 1.5hrs to only arrive at 23:10... Definitely helpful as we didn't not have to compete with the other travellers for a Didi. We only realised that the canyon was closed that day after reaching the scenic spot. Gentle reminder for fellow travellers to check first before heading down to malinghe canyon. Breakfast had variety.. Was just alright."

"酒店很好找，高鐵站打車過去十幾分鍾，到萬峯林打車十幾塊錢也很近。房間衞生不錯，非常乾淨，潔具是ToTo品牌，智能馬桶，衞生間洗澡了獨立，燈光分佈合力，房間在7樓邊上，超大的落地窗，窗對面就是清晰可見的山巒疊峯，景很不錯。我定的是無早房，前台美女很貼心送了一份早餐卷，早餐在13樓，算是豐富，酒店標準常規的都有，味道也還不錯。離店時小姐姐還送了一份酒店的伴手禮，三份小吃+一瓶水，非常貼心和用心，不錯，值得推薦。遺憾忘記拍酒店圖片了，圖是在吃早餐時拍的"

"Easily reachable by taxi, well situated. The room was clean, tidy, and functional. Bathroom and WC door handles were mounted inside out which made it impossible to hang a towel to dry. Breakfast was alright, not much choice for someone with western preference like me, and in my opinion not very western, more like American.
Not a bad hotel to stay a few nights."

"We are very satisfied our 3 nights staying in this hotel.
If we go again, definitely will stay in this hotel again. Our comments:
1. Hotel front office staff are very helpful.
2. Hotel provided free laundry service. House keeping room attendant doing good job in keeping our room clean. They also help us take the clothes out of the dryer when we are outing.
3. The hotel breakfast is diverse, and the prices are very reasonable. Free coffee provided at the lobby.
4. Good location. Less than one kilometer from the hotel, there are several supermarkets (欢乐橙，夢幻城...) as well as street restaurants and fruit shops."

But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. "床挺大的，我和我胖兒子睡一張都沒問題，然後房間也挺大的，乾濕分離浴室，浴室特別大，因為我住了兩天自己造的比較亂，而且沒有讓服務員打掃，不太好意思就發點局部照片了，地理位置方便，打車，點外賣，去各個景點等都特別方便，前台員工態度很好，非常友善，有什麼合理需求給她們説了都會滿足，還有電梯，提行李上下樓很方便，最重要是安靜，晚上基本聽不到什麼聲音，電視也大，滿分，興義是個好地方，人好景美👍🏻以後來度假還住這裏。"

Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

SSlobanBeautiful location ! We took the deluxe family room, which is spacious and well equipped, with a large balcony with an unobstructed view of the karst mountains and sunset. The property includes a beautiful outdoor garden space with sitting room and flowers. There is a self service washing machine and lots of space to hang dry clothing. There is also a small snack/coffee shop that is also operated by the hotel, and offers excellent food and drink choices (both tasty and reasonably priced). Reservation also includes breakfast, which is hand made on demand and delicious. In addition, the service is absolutely impeccable, they brought us room service during a power outage due to a large storm. Both the manager and his wife speak fluent English, which makes it a great find for international travelers as English speakers are a rare find in Guizhou province. Overall the service went above and beyond. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through here.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration.
Room facilities and amenities are very high end.
Value for price is excellent.
Venues and garden landscape is impressive.
We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5
Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5
Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there -
We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

環境：地下車庫停車位置進出有點窄。
酒店對面是小區，旁邊有很多餐館，吃飯方便。
服務：服務人員晚上的服務態度有點不耐煩，白天的態度很好，不知道是不是同一個人。
如果喜歡中式風格的話可以嘗試一下。

Cchunwah LeeWe were very well look after at Fortuna International hotel. Hotel representatives were waiting at the arrival hall of Xingyi’s airport with a luxury 7 seater to bring us to the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good spread of Chinese and western food. We had dinner at their 5th floor restaurant serving Guangdong dishes. Prices were reasonable, food was well prepared. Their front desk staff helped to arrange through WeChat transport services to Panzhou high speed train station for our train to Anshun.
We strongly recommend those who come to Anshun to stay at Fortuna Interchange Hotel.

The car park only fits six cars. The decor makes the rooms seem run down. Bugs can come in through the cracks of the front doors. There’s no soundproofing and heard someone talking very loudly for a long time, as if lecturing two children, when I wanted to rest. Breakfast was terrible, with some dishes not tasting good and guests having to find staff to ask for refills. No water provided at breakfast. The accommodation calls itself a resort but no welcome gift was provided and the spa wasn’t working, both of which were advertised when we booked.

TTom FuzerIt’s a conveniently located hotel for airport and to travel to nearby scenic places. This chain has this odd, European baroque theme, which I always found quite bizarre, given the execution is actually very cheap and amateurish which is the exact opposite of the lavish, often overtly decorated baroque. What is even more odd, the breakfast is only Chinese food, not even coffee is available, let alone pastries or any food that one would associate with Vienna. No problem if it’s a Chinese hotel chain, but what’s the point of this bizarre baroque theme
Otherwise the hotel was clean and reasonably comfortable apart from the usual stale smell of smoke in everything

The house is very well maintain and you can see that the personnel take great care of it. The localisation is perfect to visit Wanfenglin, the Canyon, Xingyi and all places of interest around. The owner, Tang Tang, her family and the girl working with her, Dawn, are amazing people who care so much about their guests. They speak English, especially Dawn who was an English teacher. They are so nice that they made me feel at home. They helped me with everything I needed and made my stay in Wanfenglin an unforgettable experience. I recommend this place so much, I can't imagine a better one !

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hostel's location is great, within the Wanfenglin area. The owners are extremely welcoming and they went out of their way to help me and make me feel at home.
They organized a couple of dinners with the other guests and the atmosphere was great.
Moreover one of them used to be an English teacher so communication is very easy.
