I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

酒店位於六甲山牧場邊，提供JR六甲站（離三宮站一站路）接駁車（3200日元一趟），車程才20多分鐘，對拖着行李的一家人來説這樣比倒兩次纜車兩趟公交上山花一個半小時更方便快捷，價格也差不多。 晚飯自選BBQ（5500日元/人）或者壽喜燒（4500日元/人），4歲小孩半價收費，詳情可以郵件諮詢酒店，一直有員工回覆的。 房間有廚房設施，下次還是自己超市買好肉帶過來燒烤更滿足些。早餐普通，如果能有牧場的鮮牛奶就好了。 小木屋十分舒適乾淨，設施一流，員工們英語都很好，下次還會選擇帶娃來過暑假。

It was absolutely awesome. We really needed this kind of rest after two busy weeks in Japan. We were so happy to relax body and soul. The room was luxurious and spacious; we chose a traditional one. This was our first hot spring experience, so it's hard to compare, but we loved it. All the hot spring rooms are strictly private, which is why we chose this ryokan. We have very large tattoos, and there are no problems with that. The kaiseki dinner is a real ritual and a show that lasts two hours of clear pleasure, everything was incredibly delicious, beautiful, and nutritious. Breakfast was also excellent. I recommend arriving in Arima village in the morning, rather than staying in Kobe or Osaka, to have time to explore it. It's small but charming, with that perfect anime vibe.

Our stay in this hotel was great! I wish we stayed here longer than one evening. Our traditional Japanese room was very spacious and had two separate toilet rooms attached as well as a bathroom. The view from our room was amazing! And sitting area before the huge windows even had a massage chair and a vanity. The shoji doors showed some signs of wear but everything were very clean. Our kaiseki dinner was spectacular and incredibly tasty. But I wish there were some instructions for foreigners how to enjoy it properly. Our server didn't speak English and we didn't speak Japanese so there was a minor misunderstanding but everything was resolved 😅 I'm definitely a fan of such kind of a meal now! We visited all the hot springs that are available in this hotel and it's sister hotel across the river. I liked the silver indoor spring in our hotel and gold outdoor spring in sister-hotel the most. Hot springs are closed after 24:00. And open from 6:00 to 9:00 nest morning. Unfortunately they are closed from 9:00 to 12:00(check out time) which make it impossible to enjoy them in the morning for those who prefer to sleep in(( Would definitely reccommend the stay for relaxing and luxurious experience.

It’s the second time staying in this onsen. It’s overall good. We stayed over the weekend and the onsen was very crowded. Other than that, it was great.

This onsen was pure bliss. The hot spring water was so relaxing, the scenery was stunning, and everything was super clean. I felt completely refreshed afterward. One of the best experiences I’ve had in Japan — highly recommended!

Good and valuable Ryokan experience, they provide shutter services too. Staff are friendly but they do not provide services after 9pm. Did not manage to ask for extra pillow as the front desk are closed in the night. The coffee and drink at the lounge are close at night too. Overall a good experience and worth the price.

The overall experience was very pleasant. Environment was nice. Staffs were helpful and easy to communicate. Lots of parking space. Dinner and breakfast were nice. The onsen were also nice. We will definitely coming back.

Отличный рекан, мне очень понравился онсен - несмотря на то, что он маленький, чувствуешь себя уютно. Так как номеров немного, большой шанс оказаться в онсене одному. Ужин кайсеки красивый и вкусный, моя мечта попробовать его исполнилась :) Завтрак обычный завтрак шведский стол, с японскими и европейскими блюдами Также при въезде можно выбрать юкату, выбор широкий, одежда очень симпатичная. Большое спасибо персоналу за помощь и особенно персоналу ресторана, мне очень помогли (у меня сломан палец и было неудобно есть палочкам и накладывать еду) и отнеслись максимально дружелюбно.

酒店在山上，位置有點偏，但有提供接送。我們在遊客中心打了酒店電話，沒幾分鐘車子就來接了。由於前一晚是住另外一家温泉酒店有行李寄存的，上車後詢問司機舒服可以送我們取行李後再入住有馬公主。司機很爽快地答應了。服務真是好。館內有室內温泉赤湯（較淡）、銀湯，可惜沒有露天風呂。離開時又送我們到車站。
