Clean and comfortable, had a good night sleep with the airport close by no morning rush but leisurely breakfast and checkout.

"The location was great for going around the sea side such as harbor land. The hotel is also one of the iconic hotel nearby the port island. This had made me excited to stay, however, there are a lot of problems. For example, they had “eco-friendly” cleaning. This means they wouldn’t change anything except towel the entire 3 days. Furthermore, the hotel did not had adapter for charging, as well the room did not have USB port, the lack of amenities is also concerning. The air con is also very warm (?) apparently, half the hotel room is shut down because of aircon check. But overall, employee were nice and it was a fair stay. The big problem is the price is way too high considering what it has to offer especially in a city like Kobe where prices should be lower than major cities"

"First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops.
No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked.
I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far).
Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything.
Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected.
Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great.
Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!"

"The hotel is old yet classic. Everything is in general well maintained, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The hotel may not be so accessible compared with those in Sannomiya, but the hotel offers shuttle bus to Sannomiya daily and Shin-Kobe on weekends. It helps you get around and go to the train stations. However, do note that the bus may be full sometimes. But even so or if you miss the bus, it won’t be long to walk to Kobe (Rapid and Special Rapid) or Motomachi (Rapid), depending on the train you need to take. I really like the view. Even the room not facing the sea has a nice view both during the day and night. The Meriken park is also just downstairs.
The hotel has a free self-service laundry and a Family Mart, but there are limited items to buy after 8 PM since no staff will be there. Another limitaiton is that the gym and the food service both close after 10 PM, if I recall correctly."

The room was clean, the staff friendly.

"I wanted to get a hotel away from the city centre but near enough to head down. Glad to have found and stayed at Hotel Hewitt Koshien. Very near to Koshien train station and there’s a mall between the station and hotel. There’s also laundromat in the hotel (3 washer + dryer machines).
Hotel in-room amenities are more than sufficient and the service team can make up room daily upon request.
Hanshin Koshien stadium is also nearby where you can check out the museum too!
There’s also a Lawson outside the train station if you want to get drinks and snacks. Starbucks too for coffee!
There’s also a nice park around 2km away and I head down for my morning jog. Nice scenery and fresh air!"

位於有馬温泉車站上面的一個半山腰位置，從有馬温泉車站會有接駁車給帶到酒店，不然的話走路還是很費勁的，因為需要爬坡。
【環境】:
超級漂亮的酒店，佔地面積非常大，而且有個露天泳池，陽台的景色非常漂亮，屬於日本人特別喜歡的度假酒店。
【房間】:
房間面積非常大，對於日本的酒店來説真的是超級大了，不僅有床，還有榻榻米上面也可以住，而且還給準備了足夠多的床墊和被子，還有沙發也很大，冰箱裏的酒水都是免費的。
【温泉】:
他家的温泉在負二層和九層，負二層到晚上十點半，九層到凌晨十二點半，九層風景好一些，然後金湯比較特別，因為鐵份非常高，屬於有馬温泉特色。
【推薦】:
店鋪一層有商店，護膚品洗護用品都特別推薦，旅美人系列都很不錯，那個温泉香皂很推薦，然後潤脣膏和汽水也很不錯。
【價格】:
一晚上差不多兩千塊錢左右，整體來説性價比非常不錯，日本住過的温泉酒店中也是數一數二的，非常推薦，早餐超級豐盛。

MMisafir KullanıcıTravel with family- kids and parents. The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop ( 1 min. Walk). easy to get around the little shopping street without much walking. 711 is right cross the street from the hotel. Staff are nice here, and helpful.
The hot springs are good enough. Nothing fancy, not too big. Three hot springs - gold, silver. One outdoor hot spring.
There are some activities - music, and performance during the night right next to the hotel. The hotel is next to the road, but you can’t hear anything outside. Very quiet and relaxing.
Overall, good price for what you get.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

Unfortunately, I didn't get the dinner because everything was booked in the restaurant, but they offered me to bring food to my room. At first I wanted to do that, but later I decided I wasn't sure if I would be hungry at that time, so I canceled.
The location is far from the center and the station, so it is better to spend your time in the village and return in the evening. This hotel is connected to another hotel, so I enjoyed just exploring everything inside. There are 2 public baths, each includes the bath inside and outside (actually, there are 3, but I didn't go outside as it was raining). It was really comfortable there. I chose the hotel only because I wanted to have an open-air onsen, and I got 2!
So, despite the location, I would recommend this place because it has a decent price, it has a great service and it is a perfect place to spend the evening!

Llljjpp****此行的主要目的是到這來泡温泉 ，在這兒小住了3天，感覺非常之好
小小的有馬鎮上到處都是泡澡的賓館，在有馬鎮上逛逛，好像中國的遊客不多，週末也大都是日本遊客。我住的賓館因為不歡迎小孩子，12歲以下的孩子不能入住，所以賓館裏麪非常安靜。
特別要説説這個賓館的服務，
第一是餐飲，他們會對你三天的餐飲做出各種不同的調整，儘管都是定食，他們會在各種食材的組合中做不同的花樣，唯一的缺點是晚餐的量太大。
再要説説服務 真的是一流，應該是超一流，當你走進賓館，就有人來主動為你接過行李，當你在辦理入住手續的時候，你的行李已經被送到了客房，當前台驗證完了你的身份以後，有一個服務小姐姐會帶着你到客房，然後會仔細的給你介紹各種服務設施和你需要知道的一切。
賓館的衞生打掃也是很有特色，每天的清掃是由一位服務小姐姐帶領着全體的清潔員工進行操作，清潔員工是各有分工的，打掃地面和整理床鋪、整理衞生間，整理茶具和食物都是有不同的人操作，從而保證了搞衞生的人不會碰茶具和食品
還要説一下語言，儘管賓館裏麪沒有專門説中文的員工，但是憑着翻譯軟件和員工認真熱情的服務態度，一切都沒有障礙
最大的感慨是春節在這兒人不多，真享受

Stuff was very friendly, speak english, always helped.
Good location, if you go outside the ryokan you'll find a beautiful path through nature, and little local streets. I recommend you not to take transfer, but to go by yourself from the station enjoying views.
Comfortable onsen with instructions for foreigners.
For me it was memorable experience. I want ro visit this place again ☺️

Bad: Despite arriving at 10 a.m. after a red-eye flight, I was denied early check-in even though my room was already available. My luggage was placed in the room, but I was told to return at 2:45 p.m. unless I paid an additional 2,000 yen per hour for early access.
Bad: The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant.

Lleeyoungai房間外的風景非常好，直接看到海峽和大橋。酒店很有設計感，整體設施都不錯，有灶具油煙機，餐具廚具齊全，還有摩飛鍋。附近的 coop 超市過 7 點有半價的神户和牛，適合買回來燒烤吃。酒店有停車位，停車免費。美中不足的是酒店臨近主要街道，晚上還是有一點吵的。
