"Booked a two-night stay in a spacious room, conveniently located near eateries and a convenience store. Checked in late and chose one of the three nearby eateries for dinner. The meal turned out to be quite enjoyable—great way to settle in after a long day."

"Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, centrally located with plenty of good food around. My room had a bathtub which was a wonderful surprise!  Only thing is people smoke in their rooms, unfortunately it’s a mainlander habit that won’t go away so your room might also receive cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms. Will stay here again when I come back to Hengdian."

"The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff couldn't speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translation app, and they were very kind. There were issues with the facilities. Who would think the refrigerator switch is on the wall? It turned off every time we left, making the refrigerator pointless. Also, the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow warm air. Fortunately, they brought us a fan heater, so we managed to stay warm."

"We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones."

"It was a great experience! We are on the top floor of the building and I loved the themed rooms. Very fun, some rooms are smaller than the others. We first had the red room, then we switched over to the blue one for some more calmer vibes. I wish there were bigger rooms available at the time we booked but we are happy nonetheless. The red room was much bigger and nicer, it just had a mirror on top of the bed which was quite funny for my friend and I to stay in. Definitely a couple suite. 🤭"

"去哪兒都方便，地圖上那些網紅店和景點，基本都在周邊。晚上出去擼個串，慢悠悠走回來，感覺酒店就是市中心的“老家座標”。 服務更是沒得説。辦入住時前台小姐姐小Z看我拿着奶茶，主動問要不要一起幫忙拿行李。房間電話要個充電器，五分鐘就送到，還附帶一句“需要啥隨時叫我們”。這種“被放在心上”的感覺，真的比豪華裝修更打動人。早餐必須單獨誇！不是那種花裏胡哨的自助，但樣樣實在。連酸奶都是本地口碑老牌子。為了這口早餐，我居然連續三天沒睡懶覺！最貼心的是購物便利。稍微走出去一點就是 便利店和水果店，半夜買瓶水、臨時補點日用品，完全不用折騰。對於我這種丟三落四的人來説，簡直是救星"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly and went the extra mile. My ******* app had a slight issue, and staff member 小阳 went above and beyond to assist. He’s a great asset to the company. Staff member Ms. 郑 also helped my daughter look for her anime items. We love this hotel so much and will definitely come back. The rooms are clean and spacious. "We stayed there for a day with 4 people. Our rooms were separate (2/2). The front desk staff were helpful, but they don't know English, so be sure you have a translator. We had a little problem with the air conditioner, but they helped us and solved the problem immediately. The location is also very convenient. We went to the night market. There are many shops and restaurants near here. Overall, it was a good experience."
