"入住的是廣州街店的花庭房，酒店在廣州街香港街裏有很多店，散落在景區各個角落，各種房型。這兒衹介紹花庭房。花庭房型在景區最裡麪，步行到入口大約八分鐘（也可叫接駁車免費接送）。花庭房區域裏有很多古庭院建築，每座建築裏有幾個房間，有一樓的，二樓的。一般一樓的面積略大，有庭院。二樓的面積稍小，有陽台。廣州街香港街下午一點開園，晚九點閉園。住在裏面的則可以享受24小時進出，不需要這個景區的門票（如要去其它景區，則需要購買聯票，199元一張）。這裏閉園的時候，不論上午還是晚上，遊蕩在空盪盪的街道里，那感覺，驚悚嗨皮**。。一股腦兒竄出，非常奇特。。。房價因淡旺季有高有底，如果淡季非週末來，住在這裏那性價比一百顆星！房間乾淨有特色，服務完美無挑剔！早餐豐富應有都有。綜合評價五顆星滿分！極度推薦。"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly and went the extra mile. My ******* app had a slight issue, and staff member 小阳 went above and beyond to assist. "Very nice stay with this hotel in the scenic area. It is a package with unlimited scenic area tickets for two days. The staff are extremely friendly with free upgrade of our room, free golf-cart to transfer between the check-in spot at the north gate and the hotel room. The room is quiet andhas a nice window view. The beds are very comfortable for people to recover from the travel. Free luxury breakfast buffet is another plus to the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to travel to Hengdian World Studio."

"The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff couldn't speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translation app, and they were very kind. There were issues with the facilities. Who would think the refrigerator switch is on the wall? It turned off every time we left, making the refrigerator pointless. Also, the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow warm air. Fortunately, they brought us a fan heater, so we managed to stay warm."

"Booked a two-night stay in a spacious room, conveniently located near eateries and a convenience store. Checked in late and chose one of the three nearby eateries for dinner. The meal turned out to be quite enjoyable—great way to settle in after a long day."

"We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones."

"1-智能馬桶抽水聲音堪比吸塵器，這是我經歷過的最最最最…吵的馬桶，沒有之一。早上最好不要上廁所，一人上廁所吵醒一個屋子的人 2-洗漱和房間沒有隔斷，淋浴房出來正對床鋪，沒有任何遮擋，這是什麼鬼才的設計？這是親子房啊？衣服衹能在濕漉漉的淋浴房穿，還得有人從外面把浴巾、衣服遞進去。住了這麼多酒店，最服這個設計👍 3-早餐廳非常小，好多人都是拼桌在吃飯，好不容易找到2人小桌，又沒有椅子😓當然早餐東西也很少，飲料是什麼粉兑出來的吧，一股香精味 4-多要2瓶水，服務員很熱情送過來了，過一會又來個服務員又送來了2瓶水，被我拒絕了。雖然…但也説明酒店的業務流程是有問題的"

Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio. Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it."

"Excellent service! Best! For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat."
