"This is my first trip and first stay at Tourism Hotel Building 2 (reception on Level 2 of Building 2). I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites."

The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. "這家酒店對我和老婆來説，早就是刻着特殊印記的地方。十幾年前我在橫店搗鼓短視頻創業，那會兒啥都不懂，拿着箇舊相機在街頭巷尾拍素材，常常忙到忘了時間。就是在這附近，偶然遇到了酒店老闆的父親——當時他還衹是個在待建地塊看守材料的長者，我們素不相識，他卻總喊我去臨時板房裡喝口熱水，見我沒地方吃飯，還會把家裡帶的菜分我一半。 後來才知道，長者是在為兒子盯這個酒店項目。我看着他每天圍着這片空地轉，盤算着地基怎麼打、圖紙改了幾版，也看着他兒子——也就是後來的酒店老闆，跑前跑後對接工程。那陣子我創業屢屢碰壁，是他們一家總説“年輕人別怕摔”，不僅留我在板房裡蹭過無數頓飯，老闆還幫我聯繫過當地的商户拍素材，甚至在我資金週轉不開時，悄悄塞過一筆錢讓我先撐着。也是在這片熱火朝天的工地上，我認識了來給老闆送文件的老婆，她總笑我滿身塵土卻眼裡有光。 如今再回來，當年的空地早已立起氣派的酒店，老闆夫妻倆把這裏經營得紅紅火火。而我，也總算熬過了那些難眠的夜晚，帶着團隊做出了點樣子。這次特意帶着老婆來，一是想好好謝謝老闆一家，二是想再去當年的工地舊址看看——哦不，現在已經是酒店漂亮的後花園了。時光荏苒，當年的狼狽和温暖都歷歷在目，這裏不僅是我們愛情的起點，更藏着一羣陌生人給的、讓我記一輩子的善意。往後啊，肯定常來，就像走親戚一樣，踏實又親切。"

"We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, the bedding in the room was excellent, and the soundproofing was great. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍"

"酒店離夢幻谷秦王宮很近，地理位置很優越，設施配套齊全，房間乾淨衞生 床也挺柔軟的，玩了一天回酒店癱在床上，太舒服啦！然後晚上點外賣吃，外賣是機器人送上來的，我家小孩特別喜歡這個機器人。酒店工作人員也很熱心，給我們推薦了當地美食。有幾家感覺普普通通的，但是那家好像叫什麼外婆菜的很好吃，我現在離開橫店了都還饞，希望能開連鎖😂"

"這家雷迪森實話説讓我很失望。硬件很新，但軟件簡直是拉胯。 到酒店check in，我們兩大兩小4張身份證都給前台出示了，前台還拿出自己手機要給小朋友拍臉，和拍小朋友的身份證，號稱公安局要求的。在文旅和公安都強調入住不在需要掃臉情況下，他們拿自己手機單獨拍小朋友，拍照留底。再配合拍身份證，很難覺得這是為孩子好，還是方便拐騙。 早餐廳飛滿了蒼蠅，服務員像沒看到，都飛到前台沙發上停滿了蒼蠅也沒人管。麪包片切到極薄，麪包機最低檔都焦透了，我要提前抬槓，平時沒有服務員的，這是跑出來很響的批評我，批評住客不該調麪包機……整個餐廳都是這樣大嗓門批評人的老阿姨。 出發前兩天，他們給我打電話，問我會不會入住，我還提醒了我是連住兩天分開下單，對方表示看到了。沒想到，入住還是一天，第二天要算我續住。 洗衣房洗衣機很新，明明是免費的，但是貼的標簽要收費也不遮擋下，也沒有使用方法介紹。 衹能説硬件很新很不錯，但管理簡直了，好好培訓吧，別浪費了那麼新的硬件"
