Отличный отель в удобном расположении от локаций киностудии. Буквально в паре метров был парк развлечений, вечером было красочно и весело. Комнаты огромные, все современно оборудовано, отличные завтраки (спасибо за вкуснейшие бутеры).В отеле своя домашняя атмосфера, но несмотря на то, что мы были иностранцы, отношение к нам было очень доброе. Всегда помогали, не отнекивались, огромная благодарность от нас, чувствовали себя очень комфортно. Если снова поедем, то обязательно сюда вернемся.

五星力薦！橫店棲谷野奢帳篷酒店 這趟橫店之行最驚喜的選擇就是這家帳篷酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！ 酒店藏在夢泉谷山谷間，獨棟帳篷錯落林間，推窗見綠意，清晨被鳥鳴喚醒，夜晚枕星河入眠，氛圍感絕了。本以為帳篷住宿會犧牲舒適度，沒想到房間裏空調、地暖配齊，高支棉床品親膚，獨立衞浴乾濕分離還帶智能馬桶和浴缸，細節超貼心。 住店能免費玩恆温水上樂園，還能無限次泡温泉，營地的萌寵互動、無動力樂園特別適合帶娃。工作人員服務超暖，觀光車接送、24小時管家隨叫隨到，離店還送伴手禮。更方便的是，酒店十幾分鍾就能到橫店各大景區，買套票還有優惠，一站式度假太省心！ 不管親子游、情侶度假還是朋友團建，都超合適，真心推薦！

The staff were really helpful. The room was spacious and clean and is at a pretty convenient location. Some of the Hengdian attractions are near by ( while some are a bit far). Easy to grab a taxi or call Didi). Variety of breakfast options and there’s a supermarket right next to hotel ( incase you wanna grab some snacks )

We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones.

1-智能馬桶抽水聲音堪比吸塵器，這是我經歷過的最最最最…吵的馬桶，沒有之一。早上最好不要上廁所，一人上廁所吵醒一個屋子的人 2-洗漱和房間沒有隔斷，淋浴房出來正對床鋪，沒有任何遮擋，這是什麼鬼才的設計？這是親子房啊？衣服衹能在濕漉漉的淋浴房穿，還得有人從外面把浴巾、衣服遞進去。住了這麼多酒店，最服這個設計👍 3-早餐廳非常小，好多人都是拼桌在吃飯，好不容易找到2人小桌，又沒有椅子😓當然早餐東西也很少，飲料是什麼粉兑出來的吧，一股香精味 4-多要2瓶水，服務員很熱情送過來了，過一會又來個服務員又送來了2瓶水，被我拒絕了。雖然…但也説明酒店的業務流程是有問題的

衞生：乾淨衞生 環境：旁邊有山 服務：都可以問，態度良好 設施：很全，住的舒服 新開的酒店，除了位置偏了一點點，其他都很不錯，整體是非常推薦的

超出預期的舒適體驗，這家酒店值得滿分推薦！ 這次入住完全顛覆了我對酒店的常規期待，從辦理入住到房間體驗，每一處細節都讓人倍感貼心。前台工作人員不僅服務熱情，還主動告知為我免費升級了房型，這份意外驚喜瞬間拉滿好感度。 進入房間更是眼前一亮，空間比預想中寬敞太多，佈局合理且毫無壓抑感，無論是休憩還是辦公都格外舒適。最讓人驚喜的是房間的智能化配置，燈光、窗簾、空調都能通過語音或面板輕鬆控制，躺在床上就能調節到最愜意的狀態，科技感與便利性完美結合。 衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，床單被套潔白如新，沒有一絲異味，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨整潔，連洗漱台的角落都一塵不染，讓人住得格外安心。更貼心的是，酒店還特意送來一份新鮮果盤，水果種類豐富、口感清甜，瞬間緩解了旅途的疲憊。 全程體驗下來，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務都無可挑剔，已經把這家酒店列入了下次來此城市的首選清單，強烈推薦給每一位追求高品質住宿的朋友！

Nice hotel but they are not prepare for foreigners and we have to ask about everything like when and where will be the breakfast, they ask us why we came and it was like in police Station. But overall it was good for one night .

這家酒店着實性價比非常的高，來東陽出差好幾次了，每一次都住他們家，從一樓前台至客房，包括早餐廳的阿姨每一位服務員工作狀態都非常的在線，見人都會打招呼，有問題找他們也會很熱情的幫我去解決，酒店裡麪的設施設備也很齊全，有早餐，健身房洗衣房，還有烘乾機都是免費提供的，非常方便！我很喜歡住他們家的房間，因為感覺他們的床墊非常的舒服，被子是羽絨被芯，蓋在身上又暖和又輕薄，枕頭也很解壓，床品着實不錯，而且衞生也打掃得非常乾淨，住得非常放心！這樣好品質的酒店不多了，希望他們能夠繼續保持，這樣我每次出差也都能住他們家！
