"Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area."

"We chose this hotel because of its non-smoking policy [a lot of hotels in this town allow guests to smoke in the room]. We spent one day in a suite and one day in a 2-bed ”mountain view” room [view from our windows in the pictures] The 2-bed room was huge, 120cm beds, no fridge. The suite seemed bigger in the photos, nice, with a fridge and very big bathroom. Both rooms with A.C., both equipped with a universal charger, a tea set with 2 bottles of water 0,5l each, both with intelligent Xiao Du light, courtains, tv and wc system, windows equipped with mosquito nets. ”Mountain view” and some photos suggest 'Zen' style high end neighbourhood, but in reality it is a very, very regular chinese neighbourhood. There is only chinese name on the hotel building I think. We arrived one hour before the check-in time and get the room without any problem. The young female receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, used the translator app to communicate. She helped us to buy the right tickets and a hotel menager accompanied us to the nearest ticket office. The hotel is very close to the Qin palace and Dream Valley. There are 2 tourist bus lines (A and B) connecting most of the scenic spots, every 30 min, a ticket costs 2 r.m.b. one can pay in cash in the bus, this bus service stops about 4.30 p.m. Apple maps app works OK, google maps app does not work in China. We took a taxi from Yiwu station (1 hour) to get to the hotel, 170 r.m.b. and about 43 km one way if one goes the shortest way or 220 r.m.b. and about 63 km via highway, a taxi from Qingming palace costs about 20 r.m.b. There is an annual ticket for 898 r.m.b., this ticket is for one adult plus one child or just one adult - all 13 scenic spots included [Dream Valley excluded], one can enter each scenic spot only once a day. I think 2 scenic spots in one day is a max,  maybe 3 because most of the spots closes about 4.30 p.m., only one or two are closing about 8 p.m. There is no printed ticket only passport data in their system so you enter by showing the passport.The Hengdian Studios I think are not prepared for foreign tourists at all. Their printed map is very small, hard to read, does not show enter gates or ticket offices, their website is not helping, in theory there is an English version but with very little information, the chinese website is better but still not very helpful, there is no list of all 13 scenic spots or the opening hours, only information about the major ones."
