"The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out.
Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience."

"The hotel has charging piles, making it convenient to charge electric cars like Tesla. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioner is quite noisy, but this is a common issue with independent air conditioners, after all, the compressor is indoors. Fortunately, Calgary isn't hot, so there's no need to use the air conditioner. 😜"

"I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool."

"The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night."

"We've never come across this kind of experience before,my wife's sister in-law has gone to heaven, that's why we've to cancel the Hotel booking. It's a free cancellation show on the booking page, but the Hotel said ”No”. That's why we didn't come to Calgary and never stayed a night at the Hotel. If you kindly fix this case, we'll book Hotel from you in the future, thanks for your kindly help. We're seniors, both of us are over 70 years old, thanks God, we have a good life! We still can travel in Europe and Asia every year!!"

MMisafir KullanıcıThe landlords ( husband & wife) are very friendly, helpful, nice & accommodating. The wife Ms Shujie Guo waited for us patiently to arrive at the air bnb before returning to their own home which is a short distance away. (NB: we did not get the message or e-mail for the main door number access code & she know that it has happened before. So she took the initiative to wait for us which we arrived at night at about 9 pm on that day). This air bnb house provided full cooking facilities including the ingredients & spices. The common area are very clean & tidy. The bedroom & bathroom are equally clean & tidy. There is a garden at the back of the house which is beautifully layout. The landlord lady Ms Jhujie Guo even went to the extent to alert my wife that there were northern lights & informed us to go to the open space to see. With our iPhone 14 pro max handphone, we managed to see the beautiful northern lights ( aurora). Unfortunately we were unable to capture the dancing lights as we do not have the camera stand. This is a bonus as we did not expect to see Northern lights in Calgary! We felt like we were living at our own home.
We would highly recommend those who are looking for accommodation in Calgary to stay at Brothers Li Homestay.

. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

-Clean room with comfortable beds
-Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical
-tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so
minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered.
Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card.
Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge.
“No apologies or thank you for staying with us”.
Disappointing.
Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

At first time, I did not expect for the hotel, but it made me amazing of those things. Breakfast area is only one thing that should be improved because it does not have enough space for eating. Someone had to eat at lobby area.

MMichelle BillingtonI always enjoy my stay at Deerfoot Inn & Casino. The purpose of my trip was to hang out with my sister and catch up on our lives. The deluxe queen room was spacious and welcoming. I found a stain on the top sheet when the cover topper fell away. Just looked like a coffee stain, but jeez?! We went down to the buffet for supper, and the prime rib and scalloped potatoes were delicious, as well as the other entries. After we ate, we sat in the lounge next to the restaurant. I loved the big, comfortable chairs we chose to sit on. When I got up to use the ladies' room, my hips were out of sorts for several steps because the chairs are sitting too low. May I suggest they update the furniture as I noticed other older guests having the same issue.

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

早上想用咖啡機弄個咖啡，打開裝水的後面 滿滿是灰塵 這個是不是應該被好好改變
衞生：衞生細節不好，特別咖啡機衞生 就是沒有打掃過，全是灰

VV100StranДалеко не лучший отель, но более-менее чисто, кровати удобные. Очень много мигрантов, странный контингент. Завтраки неплохие, есть вафли, омлет, йогурт и проч. В принципе, хватает. Парковка своя, в один день сложно было найти место, в другие дни было свободно. В сравнении с другими отелями в Калгари по ценам этот ещё нормально, хотя по нашему мнению, должен стоит дешевле
