Am letzten Abend vor seiner Abreise hat er die Rauchmelder durch seine Kochkünste in Gang gesetzt. Die Vermieterin war aber schnell da und hat wieder für Ruhe gesorgt. War ihr ziemlich unangenehm und danach hat er sich bemüht leiser zu sein."

"Hotel is close to restaurants and coal harbor.  Very dated inside. Parking lot is directly beneath the hotel.  You can also do street parking.  Be careful to buy ticket till 10pm.  A parking enforcement officer actually came by at 9:30pm.  After 10pm it is free till 9am"

"SureStay harika bir oteldi! Sadece bir gece kaldım ama hizmet olağanüstü olduğu için kesinlikle tekrar gelirim. Servis şoföründen resepsiyona kadar tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi! Kahvaltı da güne başlamak için yeterliydi. Oteli seçmemin sebebi konumuydu çünkü Minoru Parkı hemen arkasındaydı. Güzel ve güvenli bir yürüyüş yaptım. Açık alanlar, devasa ağaçlar ve yaban hayatı (ördekler ve tavşanlar) ziyareti ilginç kıldı. Resepsiyon, akşam yemeği için otelin hemen karşısında çok güzel bir restoran önerdi. Hoş bir atmosferi vardı ve Happy Hour fiyatları akşam yemeği için uygun fiyatlı bir seçenek sunuyordu."

"We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too."

"I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."
