"Good Location! It is only walking distance either Canada line or Expo line..
Service/Facility is great... there is a self service coffee corn at the lobby area. The guest laundry room is a PLUS. The charge is reasonable,i.e. CAD3 for washer/dryer per load and CAD2 each for detegent and softener. It only takes 30 minutes for washing and 60 minutes for drying..."

"Starting in Hanoi we arrived at Vancouver airport at 19:00 and would fly the next day at 14:00 to Mexico.
Perfect schedule for a night in the hotel. The Check inn was fast. We got an offer for diner and breakfast. But not that hungry so we decided to skip it and eat some simple breakfast on the airport itself the next day. If you are hungry and have time, it looked like a nice deal. Look up the deal before you go so you know if you want it.
The room was clean, big and had good wifi. The location is perfect, you get your bags and walk to the hotel. No need for transport or go into the cold.
Only the room felt cold. We put the heater on 26 Celcius, but i think it just got 18 celcius. That is cold when you stayed in Asian heat for a few months.
But we had a perfect sleep in a big warm bed and started the rest of our journey refreshed."

"I booked for 3 nights stay at the hotel. On my first night, I checked into my room which was facing Beatty Street overlooking the BC Place, there was a 2-day concert on going until 11pm. I rang the front desk and asked for room swap, unfortunately all rooms were fully booked at the time. The next day I received a call from the front desk and they were happy to offer another room for my remaining stay, away from the main street where the concert was held. Overall great hotel location, right in the middle of city centre with lots restaurants and shops."

"The location is near Brighport station by 5 minutes walk, it is very convenient for transportation. There are some restaurants and super market. It is also including breakfast and starts from 5:30am. If the phone call for free shuttle bus will be picked up quicker, the service will be even better!"

"Very clean rooms. The hotel has been newly renovated. Quite area of Richmond/ Vancouver airport. Not much dining around the place if you aren’t driving. The hotel has a restaurant and there is a McDonald’s nearby. Parking is an extra 25 dollars a night. There is a nice gym on the 11th floor."

"To be honest I don't really understand where those bad reviews came from. The location is very convenient, 10 mins drive from the airport and free airport shuttle is running every 30mins till 11:30pm (I took the last bus). Hotel is dated but it is very well maintained and clean. Theres also a small grocery store and a very nice little Japanese restaurant nearby - bonus point. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Happy hour at the restaurant was such a good deal too."

"Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable."

MMisafir KullanıcıIt’s location within a few mins walk to metro station Waterfront and cruise terminal Canada Place is excellent for those planning to visiting Vancouver and taking the Alaska cruise. They have a great pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The room is clean and spacious. We stayed in one bedroom (with two double beds) suite with dining table and a large couch. It was a very nice stay for us.

- nice and comfortable apartment that commands a lovely view of Vancouver downtown;
- squeaky clean and spick and span;

MMisafir KullanıcıMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

MMisafir KullanıcıService was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

Every single breakfast food option known to man was available in abundance until 10:00am on the dot. staff were excellent and very professional. The amenities like the gym and sauna were great. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

MMisafir KullanıcıDer langfristige Mit- Bewohner hatte sich überall ausgebreitet und da das Zimmer direkt neben der Küche lag, war er zu jeder Mahlzeit hörbar, er saß direkt hinter der Zimmertür am Tisch. Am letzten Abend vor seiner Abreise hat er die Rauchmelder durch seine Kochkünste in Gang gesetzt. Die Vermieterin war aber schnell da und hat wieder für Ruhe gesorgt. War ihr ziemlich unangenehm und danach hat er sich bemüht leiser zu sein.

MMisafir KullanıcıIt would have been really important to mention that they have cats. You know. To someone like me who is very allergic to cats. I have emergency medication for this kind of BS. I was there one night but I would have rebooked if was not way too late. 1 night of sleepless wheezing misery. Without the allergy thing, the rooms were hot and airless. People were leaving the doors open and using fans to blow around the cat dander, I mean air. It's not safe to leave doors open, but that's the guests.
The ladder for the top bunk (bunkbed) had one side not covered. It's sharp metal and easy to cut yourself on. These issues are not hard to fix, hopefully they can improve, since that location is perfect for walking to and from concerts. Hey if you love cats, still be careful, this neighbourhood can be dangerous.

EERIDVery convenient location if your sim is to be right in the city center. The two subway train lines are within a couple of minutes walk ,as is the main high street. The Canada line provides a direct route to the train station (tip: buy a day ticket and it will cost less that the ticket to cross zones plus the additional airport surcharge). The Canada line is so convenient that if you did not care about being in the city center then staying somewhere else along the line further out may be cheaper.
Hostel was clean and well organized. There is a strict no eating in the room policy, though there are kitchen facilities to be used. Hire a towel. Rooms and front entrance has key card access. Room has no Aircon so can be warm, though there is a small electric fan.
The room with two beds has bunk bed, cages under the bed and a stool….that is it. There are no privacy curtains, individual dockets or lights for each bed, only the main room light so make sure you have a touch/light, though as the curtains do not block all street light the room feels as it has a nightlight on and does not ever get really dark.
I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday was quiet , though the hostel is above a bar and do Saturday had music playing for many hours while trying to get to sleep not the place for light sleepers.
