Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Otel nehir kenarında, harika bir konum. Interlaken batı tren istasyonuna çok uygun. Otelin kahvaltısı çok sağlıklıdır ve odada ayrıca bir balkon bulunmaktadır.

The apartment has beautiful mountain views from two sides, offering a lovely experience of Interlaken. The breakfast options are limited, but overall the quality is good. The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel. Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

Location – 9.5/10 The hotel is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Interlaken Ost train station, making it a convenient base for exploring the Jungfrau region. It’s also a short walk to the Aare River, Harder Kulm funicular, and Interlaken’s main shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly.

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality

Amazing stay at Chalet Swiss. Located less than 10 min away from the Interlaken West station places it at a very convenient location. The hotel, while abit rustic, which is evident by the fact that there’s a leaking issue in the main building on the day of check in. This means that all guests will be moved to the other building which is also under the hotel. On the bright side, I got an upgrade due to this, so not complaining! The rooms are also in good condition. Breakfast is a simple continental buffet, which while nothing special, is satisfactory.

Old fashioned room has no air con, needs to use the table fan provided. In addition, the window almost dropped off. Room is dark as not enough lights. Not enough electricity plugs available for charging 4 devices (phones and tablets). Beautiful river facing from the window. Conveniently located near the train station and shopping.

Best location in Interlaken, situated between Unterseen and Interlaken West, convenient to train station, shops and restaurants.

Hotel Toscana'da 2 gece kaldık (13-15 Kasım 2024). Yaşadığımız bir sorun kolyemizi kaybetmemizdi. Eşarp takıyorduk, bu yüzden kız kardeşim ve ben masada 2 altın kolye bıraktık. Sadece 2 gece kalacağımız için temizlik görevlisi olacağını bilmiyorduk. Hepimiz sabah 10'da çıktık ve akşam 6'da geri döndük. Geri döndüğümüzde kolyenin 1 tanesi gitmişti. Her yere baktık, şiltenin ve yatağın altına, masanın her tarafına, banyonun içine ve odanın her tarafına ama gitmişti. Resepsiyonist patronuna ve temizlik görevlisine soracak kadar yardımseverdi ama kim bir şey çaldıklarını kabul eder ki, değil mi? Umarım kolyeyi alan kişi onu iyi bir şekilde değerlendirmiştir. Bunun dışında konumu mükemmel, Interlaken West istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde (yaklaşık 7-10 dakika). Ayrıca bölgede birçok mağaza ve restoran var. Otel odası su ısıtıcısı ve cam bardaklarla donatılmış, kupa yok. Klima ünitesi yok ama bizim kaldığımız süre boyunca hava oldukça soğuktu, bu yüzden pencereyi biraz açtık ve sorun olmadı. Dağın güzel manzaralarına ve yamaç paraşütü yapan insanlara sahip çok sessiz bir mahalleydi. Odaya girdiğimiz anda temiz görünüyordu, ancak yatağın ve masaların altını ararken altta toz birikmişti, aylardır temizlenmemiş gibi çok tozluydu ve sadece zeminin görünen kısımlarını süpürüyorlardı. Banyoyu kullanmadan önce bile idrar kokuyordu. Umarım bu kısımları iyileştirirler, eğer orada kalmayı deneyimlediyseniz (benim fikrime göre) otel o kadar da kötü değil.
