The large room is equipped with modern lighting and electric curtain and also includes nice tea set. Breakfast is vast with many varieties of choices in the nice Japanese style restaurant. There is a concierge lady who helped guests arranging trip too. She is very friendly and supportive . What we like most is the ample space in the room that make us feel very comfortable. You can sip nice tea and be relaxed during the stay. We felt a bit sorry that we had only one day staying here because we really like this hotel. Even we stayed in Jilin only one day, we felt this hotel is very good hotel, and valued for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who come to Jilin."

"Staff were very good and helped me arrange private vehicle to Songhua resort.
Advertised as non-smoking but room still smelled of cigarettes. Ashtray in room. This was the most negative part of the stay.
Shower has great water pressure but the drain was very slow so you had to be careful water did not overflow outside of the shower.
We don’t stay long enough to confirm if the location was a good one but there were restaurants open during the day close by on the same street.
If you’re a smoker, then you may like the hotel more than we did."

"We had an excellent stay at this ski-in, ski-out hotel—it truly exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes.
The hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, both within the property and nearby, making dining so convenient. This was our first ski trip in China, and the experience was surprisingly comparable to our ski holiday in Hokkaido—every detail was thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable stay.
I can fully understand why this is an award-winning hotel, and I highly recommend it for a perfect ski vacation!

"The hotel is situated at a busy crossroad junction. The hotel lobby is small. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was average with no Western menu. Though there was coffee and bread and jam, there was no breakfast cutlery to spread them with. There was only one washing machine, but with no dryer."

Everything was done by the team, restaurant bookings, gear rental, ski pass bookings! We are extremely grateful towards them

We stayed here mainly to experience the morning rime. Although the weather forecast showed that rime might not be available that day, the hotel staff—especially Xiao Li—kindly advised us to go. In the end, we were happy to see the rime, even though it wasn’t very heavy. It was still a lovely experience.
Transportation was also very convenient. The hotel helped arrange a car for us, and there were no extra charges, which made everything very easy and smooth.
Overall, it was a very nice stay and highly recommended.

这次入住主要是为了看清晨的雾凇。虽然天气预报显示当天雾凇概率不高，但酒店的小李还是建议我们前往，结果真的幸运地看到了雾凇，虽然不算很多，但依然是一次非常美好的体验。
交通安排也非常贴心，酒店的免费看雾凇接送真的很贴心，全程没有任何额外收费，非常方便。
总体来说，这次入住非常愉快，强烈推荐。

Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a staff member allocated to us for any questions. We are non-chinese speaking travellers and we communicated with the staff through WeChat which was very efficient with the auto translate function. We had RAIN who was responsive and helped us with a lot of questions. RAIN also provided great dinner recommendations as well as arranging transportation
Location is great, right next to the ski lifts and food hall
The Onsen (Soup) included in the package has amazing facilities. Inside the onsen thouguh the soup temperature did not feel hot enough
The food hall at the ski resort was very good as well, a great variety and value

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel is rather near to the Jilin train station. Exit via the west entrance. It is a 5-8mins walk away. However, for families with baggage, a Didi/taxi ride is just 6-7 yuan away. Rooms are modern. Lots of eateries nearby. Also found out there were plenty of malls selling specialist winter gear nearby. Huilong shopping mall level 3/4 for the jackets. Da Fu Hao mall a short 3-4 mins walk from there for the winter shoes. Another mall for the skiing attire. Can consider getting your winter stuff here before going to your onwards winter holiday at Changbaishan or Haerbin.

MM28puvn72****朋友推薦的酒店。非常好。是我喜歡的風格。酒店乾淨整潔。佈置也很温馨。備品非常齊全。基本上生活用品。都有。來了之後什麼也不需要準備，衹要安心入住就可以。酒店還有自助洗衣房設施，但是我沒有用。酒店門前的河流都已結冰，還有很多人在上面走。下去溜達了一會兒，在冰面上走的感覺很好。酒店的工作人員服務都很熱情，特別是前台的劉小嬌，接待熱情，每次路過都會打招呼，還貼心的幫我們升級了房型。很感謝她。下次來住，還找她，好評，好評，好評。推薦！！！

SStevey_FlI read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews.
The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center.
There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.
The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free.
Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two.
(My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

HHany MI've chose the right place to stay! Everything was beyond my expectation, the room are clean, the blanket are cozy & warm. Need to bought your own towel. Eventho there's language barrier it still easy to communicate as we do communicate thru translator, some guest that can speak english do help me with translation too & everyone in Xie's family are so kind, warm & very helpful making sure my trip to wusong rime island pleasant & smooth as i only have 1 day in Jilin. They also help arrange pickup & dropoff transportation for me from Jilin railway station to the inn vice versa. At night their younger brother send & pick us to wusong island scenic spot for free, the entrance ticket is 30yuan. The next morning the boss brought all of the guest to watch sunrise & the smog rime for free at his secret place. He took a very good photo of each of us & send it to us, love all the photo the boss took, its look very professional. I booked room without breakfast but the boss gave me breakfast for free, so kind of him. You also can try & take picture with traditional chinese northeast clothes, they have variety style. It was a very nice experience & i glad i stayed at this inn.

YYelusalengquliqingzhao住進維也納國際酒店，安全感拉滿的安心之旅。這次入住吉林維也納國際酒店，最讓我驚喜的就是它把“一客一換、一客一消毒”落到了實處，直接戳中了我對住宿衞生的核心需求！推開房門就發現，床上用品透着乾淨的褶皺感，摸起來帶着陽光曬過的清爽，完全沒有異味，一看就是全新更換過的。更貼心的是，浴室裏的毛巾非常柔軟潔凈、漱口杯透明沒有一點污漬。洗手枱、水龍頭和馬桶表面也沒有水漬和灰塵，能清晰感受到消毒後的潔凈感，連遙控器這種容易被忽略的小物件，都像剛擦拭過一樣乾淨。這種肉眼可見的細緻，讓出門在外的我徹底放下了對衞生的顧慮，住得特別安心。維也納國際酒店用實實在在的行動，把“放心住”做到了細節裏，下面幾張圖是偶然在洗衣房發現的！下次出行還會選這裏！
