"We had an excellent stay at this ski-in, ski-out hotel—it truly exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, both within the property and nearby, making dining so convenient. This was our first ski trip in China, and the experience was surprisingly comparable to our ski holiday in Hokkaido—every detail was thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable stay. I can fully understand why this is an award-winning hotel, and I highly recommend it for a perfect ski vacation! Photos taken from the window of our room. "來滑雪度假，門棟就在馬路進來，不用拿着行李費勁走！房間温馨又乾淨！真的，一塵不染，乾淨得心情愉悦！出門就是青山飯堂，二兩包子鋪，好吃不貴，比滑雪場旁邊的東北餐廳更好吃！ 還有書店，真的安心度假的感覺！ 每天散步十分鐘去滑雪場，不遠不近正好！ 因為我自己忘記手機再續住三天，想起來的時候已經來不及了，別人都訂走了，老闆一直和我抱歉，我出門了讓阿姨幫收拾整理好行李，晚上我回來取行李，還怕我個上海人被凍，特地開車送我去附近新的地方 服務太暖心了！ 住在這裏，沒有離家的感覺！ 下次必須還要來！"

"HI stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and its proximity to the railway station was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging since no one at the reception spoke English. Despite this, the overall experience was decent, especially for travelers looking for a clean place near transport hubs."

"原本很少寫評價，但房東姐姐實在太太太好了！必須要給個好評！ 這次滑雪行程定的很匆忙，個別裝備忘記帶衹能臨時快遞過來，房東姐姐不僅幫忙拿快遞，還直接送到房間裏；朋友過來找我，因為她是新手需要戴小烏龜，原本是想問房東租，結果直接説借給我們用，也是非常貼心的送到房間！ 最後一天還是想滑，就問了她能不能晚一點退房，原本預期是幫我延遲到下午兩點或者把行李寄存在她那裡，等結束我再回來把雪具寄走，沒想到她直接讓我行李都不用帶出去，可以一直放在房間裏！讓我節省不少精力！ 設施：投影、冰箱、洗衣機等等均有，也提供了一次行馬桶套（永遠對主動提供的酒店有大大好感） 環境：山景房，走路到雪場大概五分鐘，我個人是每天揹着板子和鞋來回，有一丟丟累，但民宿整體的性價比讓我可以忽略這點 服務：沒得説！房東姐姐人巨好，親切熱情，有求必應，服務周到，下次有機會還要住這裏！"

The stay was amazing. Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a staff member allocated to us for any questions. We are non-chinese speaking travellers and we communicated with the staff through WeChat which was very efficient with the auto translate function. We had RAIN who was responsive and helped us with a lot of questions. RAIN also provided great dinner recommendations as well as arranging transportation Location is great, right next to the ski lifts and food hall The Onsen (Soup) included in the package has amazing facilities. Inside the onsen thouguh the soup temperature did not feel hot enough The food hall at the ski resort was very good as well, a great variety and value

離雪場很近，接駁車接送都很快，不用等，一定要給好評的是服務，南方開車來的沒有換雪地胎的意識，開到單元樓停車場就打滑沒法開到正常車位，跟兩小哥説完幫我想辦法解決開到路邊，成功用斷了他們兩根繩，最後一波三折鎮上借到拖車繩順利幫我把車開下去了，給兩小哥凍的夠嗆，感謝這麼冷的天在不太忙的時間段抽空幫我這個大忙，瞬間對北大湖又提高好感，萬分感謝🙏，房間很暖，空間也夠大，要是有全身鏡就更好啦，服務真的很不錯，陸續一直有客人出去回來，他們一直在接送，效率很高 服務：非常好 設施：齊全 度假區免費不限次數接駁服務
