I will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing. (And there is a very friendly cat!)

在2號院住了兩晚！是我住過的酒店民宿管家服務最最優秀的！民宿是完全24小時管家服務，小木和小艾兩位維吾爾族年輕管家又體貼又細心！陪逛古城幫着拿包拿東西，出門時還給帶上瓶裝水！回來後又給準備水果！我的包過古城安檢時弄臟了，兩位管家用牙刷一點點刷乾淨還用吹風機吹乾，整齊地擺在坐榻上！特別讓我感動！ 古城一逛就是一天，兩位管家也陪着走一天，好多打卡點有他們的引路真是少走好多彎路！ 院子設計得很精緻植物搭配得也到位，還有駝鈴、土炕、瓷磚牆等新疆元素獨特又富有異域魅力！房間地面都是精心設計的，床品都好舒服還有頸椎枕 ，看得出來整個團隊的努力和專業水平！ 在古城的喧囂和商店櫛比的街頭轉身回到這寧靜又優美的院落清新又舒適！冰箱裏有喝不完的果汁和啤酒，還有精美的鹵味拼盤，水果和糕點也是每天吃不完！早餐有中式和新疆式，衹是新疆式的饢有些硬可能是當地人的口感特色。喀什晚上天氣涼，管家會為你準備好暖風機和披肩，坐在院裏的土炕上喝酒太舒服了！ 能住到這樣的民宿遇到這樣的管家，沒有辜負遙遠 路途的奔赴也一定會留下永遠美好的記憶！ 下次來喀什一點要體驗一下其它的院子！這次還去7號院喝了下午茶，沒能去9號院餐廳吃次晚飯泡個吧，也沒能續住上中意的1號院，所以我還得再來喀什！再來絲路！因為絲路有約🧚♀️

地理位置:位置很好找，在喀什古城的西區，步行幾分鐘可達百年老茶館，門口居然還有很多車位非常方便。 房間主題:這絕對是我們住過最有情調、最難忘的主題房，沒有之一。因為新婚旅行＋拍婚紗照。我們糾結了很久，最終選擇了這家民宿。推開門的一瞬間，確實就被驚艷到了，房間採用了大面積的彩繪，把空中花園的鳥瞰，用手繪的方式，體現在了一個壁爐牆面，夕陽西下時，暖金色的光灑下來，古城的天際線就在眼前，那個畫面，美得像電影海報。“雲階納月”這個名字太貼切了，夜晚才是這裏的高光時刻。當燈光亮起，柔和的光線勾勒出輪廓，營造出無與倫比的夢幻氛圍。躺在床上，那種寧靜與浪漫，真的無法用語言形容。 房間細節:舒佈置得非常用心且舒適，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴乾淨整潔，設施都很新，特別值得一提的是，房間的隔音很好，保證了私密性。老闆非常熱情周到，提前溝通順暢，入住時給了我們很多貼心的本地遊玩和美食建議，還幫我們預訂了特色民族晚餐。 如果想和另一半正在尋找一次特別的喀什之旅，想要一個既有民族風情又浪漫的住宿體驗，萊麗古麗民宿絕對是你的不二之選！它不僅僅是一個房間，更是一段關於星光、月色、私語和喀什夜風的珍貴記憶。我們離開時已經約定好，下次紀念日，還要回來這裏看月亮！感謝萊麗古麗，給了我們如此完美的體驗。

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. [Photo]: Spotted a robot delivering takeout while I was working — fun to hear the way she talked! Service: Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

This hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay. First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help. The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc. The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby. Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard. Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.

Super convenient - located right across from the ancient city. The hotel was very new and looked amazing on the inside to our surprise. Service was fantastic! They had a shuttle that took us to the main road so we didn’t have to move all our luggage on our own when we left. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Bathroom was good - shower was spacious, enclosed, and the floor had these grippy things making it less slippery. Breakfast was delicious! Highchair was available for my baby. Would 100% stay here again.

Location is great near the ancient town. The staff should spend less time looking at their phones and more on the guests...overall a comfortable stay.

Amazing service from the staff. Great location. There's a food street nearby with fantastic food. I stayed in the new wing. The old wing has a long history since the founding of the city. Worth the stay and the time here.

Fantastic location. Right above food street in old town. Great attitude of staff. Very helpful. Beautiful decoration in the rooms. Air con is under sized for the room so it needs to run all day to keep the room cool. Beds are very hard. Old Chinese style. Walkways and balconies are dusty. I know hard to keep clean as Kashgar is a dry place Definitely recommend but be aware of above
