"Second time I’ve stayed here. Nice location and amenities. I stayed here this time while cycling from Xuzhou to Qingdao. Has a laundry room which was nice as my clothes were pretty muddy. Was able to take my bike up into my room."

"Otel, alışverişi sevenler için büyük Wan Xiang Hui alışveriş merkezine yakın konumda. Otelin hemen dışında otobüs durağı var, bu sayede çeşitli yerlere otobüsle gidebilirsiniz. Her gün bize bir tabak taze meyve ve yoğurt ikram edildi. Çıkış yaparken bile, iki paket meyve ve iki şişe su içeren bir çanta hediye ettiler. Otel ayrıca isteğiniz üzerine ekstra şişe su da veriyor! Bu cömertlik gerçekten etkileyici. Kalplerimizi ısıtan şey ise, hem resepsiyondaki hem de her gün odamızın temizliğinden sorumlu olan son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personeldi. Bize yardımcı olmak ve isteklerimizi karşılamak için her zaman ellerinden gelenin fazlasını yaptılar! Özellikle Bayan Du Nian Xiang (lobi resepsiyonu) ve Bayan Zhao (8. kat oda temizlik görevlisi) takdire şayan. Her gün gösterdiğiniz nezaket ve sıcak gülümsemeleriniz için teşekkür ederiz! "這次入住體驗超出預期！房間佈局合理，裝修簡約現代，人字拼木地板和暖光燈帶營造出温馨的氛圍。雙人床軟硬適中，床品乾淨舒適，床頭的小裝飾畫和燈光設計很有格調。特別喜歡靠窗的小圓桌區域，晚上坐着處理工作或喝杯咖啡都很愜意～ 驚喜的是酒店還配備了健身房（劃重點！）雖然器材不算多，但水阻划船機和動感單車都很新，大窗户讓運動時能看城市景觀，開放到22點對夜貓子很友好（看到洗衣房在同一區域也很方便）。 出差旅遊都會考慮再次入住！ （PS：前台服務響應很快，入住時還貼心提醒了健身房位置）"

"Hotel is situated in the central district. In the evening the area is nice but not loud. City night live is at the otherside of the river, easily reachable by taxi in 10 minutes. There are two shopping centres at walking distance. Food ordered over WeChat will be delivered till at the room doorstep by the hotel robot (kids were thrilled). Hotel staff was excellent, escpecialy C at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Checking in with only English language skills was no problem thanks to her. Rooms were excellent and brand new, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and has a big variety of choices. Btw, the coffee is exelent."

"Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!"
