"Such a beautiful and luxurious hotel/hostel! It’s so affordable and I loved all sorts of travelers would gather there, from bike packers to city and local people. For the price, having a double bed with ensuite was real luxury, too! I was a bit worried about the shower which some people had complained about but it was all perfectly fine and smartly designed so even your toilet paper would stay water safe! And you can always ask for extra towels to wipe around the shower. Also, If you’re considering a longer stay - the kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances!"

Here are my thoughts on various aspects of the hostel: Atmosphere and Policies Upon arrival, one of the notable aspects of the hostel was the requirement to remove shoes before entering. Although this might inconvenience some guests, it does contribute to maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. The hostel has a modest, laid-back atmosphere, which can be suitable for travelers seeking a relaxed environment. Room Unfortunately, I found the room to be a bit claustrophobic. The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. However, considering the price, it was within the acceptable range. The room was clean and tidy, which was a positive point. Service One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff offered minimal assistance during my stay, which led to a lack of personal touch. Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided. Pricing Considering the reasonable price offered by ”It's Mine Hostel,” it is essential to manage expectations accordingly. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value. In conclusion, ”It's Mine Hostel” in Taidong is an okay option for travelers on a budget. It is worth noting that the hostel has a relaxed atmosphere. it provides basic amenities and cleanliness. "I had booked a room in the “hostel” section, but it’s actually more of a hotel pretending to also be a hostel. The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired (from what i could see the window sill is clearly never cleaned, hair on the clean sheets, etc.). On top of that, the lockers are fake in the sense that they don’t lock, so they’re basically just cupboards that anyone can open. As for the bathroom, some of the shower doors are broken and were literally left abandoned inside the shower. What was my surprise to see that there were cockroaches ?? The next day, I came back to the room to take a shower and there was no electricity in the bathroom anymore. I asked for compensation because the price I paid was completely disproportionate to the state of the facilities. The receptionist was friendly and offered to move me to a private room (in the hotel section), but the problems continued: when I opened the bathroom door, I once again found cockroaches. Moreover, the humidity doesn’t seem to evacuate properly, and there’s a nauseating smell inside. The lock on the door leading from the room to the hallway doesn’t work. The finishing of the construction work is terrible, nothing is right. In short, my advice is : do not come to this hotel."

"The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well."

"房間整潔乾淨，空間感也不差！ 最欣賞是冲涼水壓👍熱水👍 建議在浴室內多設掛鈎，方便用家沖涼、換衫有合適位置放！ 現乾淨衫只能放在毛巾掛上，問題是先要清空毛巾才可以放上，而污糟衫也只能在厠板上.😌 對管家🤔第一次見面感覺👎 明白她需要交接情序工作，說明住客必須要做什麼⋯等 但語氣感覺她是order 我，而我要服從🥺 離開時怕打擾廳中住客，放輕手，將房匙放在本信內，本想透過WhatsApp通知房宿管理人，房匙已歸位在信箱內🤨，突然她發聲問是否要存放行李？我哋said no ! 誰不知她說我就是管家😅我們尷尬地離開🤣入住+離開不夠2分鐘🤔誰會記得她的面🤣"

"Nice hot spring hotel with various outdoor pools. one pool is for hot spring water, which is delivered daily by truck. Very good breakfast. Local restaurants near by. By bus it's about 30 minutes to the Jhihben National Forest Recreation Area. Taitung is even closer."
