The staff were so friendly . They smile on there faces make one feels welcomed. The environment from the entrance to the room are sparking clean. Though I did not eat anything this time around. I will surely visit again . Really nice place to visit.

Access into the hotel after checking in, requires an access card which removes the need for room keys in the lift. Room doors were quite hard to push. Room was clean. Windows open and close with automated switches, but I couldn't figure out how to get the curtains open. Bed was comfortable enough. No mini-fridge but a good blend of teas, the usual coffee sachets and choice of sweeteners. TV was small with tinny audio The bathroom was clean. However, there was a missing circular plug (above the mirror), which given the number of rodents spotted outside in the square, was a bit unnerving. Wires could be seen running, so it must be access for some type of electrics. Sealant was not completely run on the left side of the sink. I would have preferred to have the light switch on the inside of the bathroom, for obvious reasons.

Clean and affordable. Good location for a small family. Nearest bus stop 10min walk away. Must have a car or use uber to get around. Room cleaning needs to be requested at reception. No drinking water or tissues or basic amenities available in rooms. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast for children with paying adults during summer holidays.

The best hotel I have lodge so far for now in llford very affordable and very good for the price really enjoyed my stay
