Our recent two-night stay at the Renaissance JB Hotel yielded a very mixed experience, particularly considering we booked Club Level accommodations. The Positive is the Club Room facilities were generally nice, and the overall ambiance and professionalism of the staff were commendable during check-in and throughout our stay but the negative is the issues we encountered demonstrate a severe failure in both hygiene standards and food quality management. I cant imagine that we saw big live cockroach in 1 of our room and the clam meat (lala) in the soup was distinctly SLIMY AND MUSHY which they served at Club lounge.

For the price that I am paying, I would say this hotel is definitely worth it. Many eateries and massage places around the hotel. Soundproofing is not the best but it didn't really affect me. 2 wishes I have are firmer pillows and self service laundry facilities. Other than that, I am happy with the stay.

We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

Surround a lot of foods to eat. This hotel is away from the city which is very peaceful. These 2 days I can hear renovations work going on, yesterday night around 8pm plus we can hear drilling sound not sure if it is from the hotel or beside it. We will be back again to try more foods surrounding the hotel.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The noise cancellation was good, making the room quiet and comfortable. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the amenities were good. The Myanmar housekeepers were very kind and helpful, and the reception staff were polite and efficient. That’s why we initially booked for one day but decided to extend our stay for another night. Overall, a very satisfying experience and would recommend this hotel.

Deluxe çift kişilik oda tavsiye edilir; iç mekan daha modern bir şekilde döşenmiş ve geniştir, konukların oturup sohbet edebileceği güzel koltuklar mevcuttur. Su basıncı ve sıcaklığı iyidir. Ancak banyoda terlik eksikliği vardır.
