"Cozy, Convenient, and Exceptional Service! If you're looking for a hotel that gets every detail right, look no further. The room was Cozy & Well-Designed Room and the location is incredibly strategic. Leshan Giant Buddha is not far away, which was our main reason for visiting. But the real bonus was how easy it was to find food and all within walking distance. We had no trouble finding delicious Sichuan classics like Bobo Chicken and local snacks just steps away. The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff provide outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Le Shan and will definitely stay here again."

"Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here."

"Excelente place to stay, close to the railway station. Without asking they upgraded our room. Everything seemed brand new, toilet and shower room separated which was really nice, very few places we stayed in one month traveling in China had the wet and dry area separated. The room was very clean, odor free, without any mold in the shower room which we can see in many budget hotels, bed linen and towels by the smell we could see that was professionally washed."

"民宿裏面很温馨，床單很柔軟不是大部分那種硬布，房間裏面佈置的也很漂亮，大哥服務態度特別好，26寸重重的箱子也幫忙拿上樓，樓下等待的區域有個茶台，很有氛圍，還有一衹胖貓咪，上樓梯的地方有鋼琴鍵，踩上去還有聲音，但是到了晚上九點多回去發現已經關了，房間裏面的垃圾桶放的也很順手，總之處處透露着貼心。"

"Had such a great time at this hotel! The room is lovely and spacious and the tub is great for relaxing. The people at the front desk are the sweetest, they spoke a little English which was great for me. And even if we did not understand each other they would go out of their way to help me using a translation app and they helped me with everything. The only thing is the matrass was a little hard for my liking, but other wise a perfect stay. Will definetely come back!"

"好久沒有讓我有興趣寫評論了，這次住店是我最近住過比較讓人滿意的了。衞生：比較乾淨，廁所垃圾袋建議換成深口的。廁所隔味不錯，基本上沒什麼異味，洗澡的地方做了乾濕分離。設施：略微偏舊，性能正常，wifi網速正常。熱水正常服務：前台接待温柔，體驗感不錯。環境：背靠小區比較安靜，光線充足。有一個問題我還是要説一下，房間進去之後有一股淡淡的黴味，大概率是木地板受潮導致的，這個問題建議重視一下。總得來説，性價比高，我願意再次入住。下次再見！"

"What a beautiful gem in the mountains. We stayed in the family themed room and it was lovely. Close to the sightseeing sites (The giant Buddha and Temples) and good Leshan restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful and made an effort to make our stay pleasantful. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and the breakfast was lovely. The cafe served ok-coffee and tea all locations are high up in the mountain so you can see a nice view. There is also a nice hiking trail on the property and the sights from the top are amazing. Great for families more amazing for couples."

MMisafir Kullanıcıthe stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall. The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

MMisafir KullanıcıPure Cloud had amazing room selections. The 2 and 3 bedroom options were exactly as we needed. The service from Derek was simply amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend this place as Derek helped us up to our room and helped to bring our luggages up to the top floor. The team also made a very decent breakfast and pre heated our rooms to the right temperature. View was great and access to the Golden Summit is apparently pretty easy although we did not do it to see the sunrise in the end as we were too tired from the previous day. Only tip for people coming is to make sure the knew the ride up to the hotel by car is very tight and tricky to navigate but our driver made a good job of it. Highly recommended for anyone coming to emei to visit.

The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

MMisafir KullanıcıService: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

LLveyingxiuzhu房間智能化做得可以，院子有電動雨棚，下午茶的籃子可以漂在池子裏是個不錯的創意，空調很足，洗澡水很大，給4瓶水很大方。周邊吃飯的館子很多，到遊客中心很近。小佳服務很好，主動提行李，多要一套浴袍拖鞋很快就送來了。一個建議，房間缺一個放行李箱的枱子，行李箱打開就衹能攤在地上。

MMisafir KullanıcıStayed for 3 nights here — could have easily stayed longer. Hotel itself has great facilities. Kids loved the hot springs and the play areas. The room itself was just as it appears on the website. Clean,spacious and comfortable. Any extras we asked for were brought quickly. Food in restaurant also great. We found it hard to find food our kids would eat in this part of china, so the food on offer at breakfast was a lifesaver.

There room itself was nice, but there were several issues: From an AC that I needed to use for heating (horrible air quality). The gym is a joke - you should not advertise that at all. And the outdoor pools you can see on pictures was also closed. It was ok for a quick stay, but I would not go there again.

SSL & WongOpposite side of river from Leshan Giant Buddha. Great nite river side view. Love the traditional design and ambience of this hotel. Only drawback is there no lift, but staff very helpful. They carry our luggage to room without us asking.
