"Excellent customer service from all members of staff.
Room had all the amenities we needed. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast help yourself to cereals and fruit. The waiting staff took your hot food order at your table. Everything was hot, straight from the kitchen. Extra parking around the back is available if the front car park is full. You are a short walk to the top of the zig zag down to the beach and promenade. Overall a most enjoyable stay at The Grove Hotel. Would we return, yes if we found ourselves back in Bournemouth."

"Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time."

"Things in the room not working, like air conditioning conditioning in this extreme heat, wall light, not working, blinds falling down, some staff that are not very helpful. The hotel itself looks nice restaurant and bar."

"Relatively small Holiday Inn but still good and good value. Helpful staff. Main issue was that we arrived at breakfast at about 9.45 (it stated that breakfast was served until 10.30). They had run out some of the items which weren’t replaced, and only served some items after about 10.20 when asked. Otherwise, an enjoyable couple of nights."

"Experience difficulties when car plate number was not registered in the parking system. I have to inform front desk multiple time to get my rental car registered for the parking. After the third time informing the front desk, only then the registration was successful."

"We had a three-night stay and overall enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, although a bit small. There was only a kettle provided for tea, but considering the price, it offered good value for money.
The location is excellent — very close to the beach, with a short pathway directly in front of the hotel that takes less than five minutes to reach the shore. It’s also within walking distance to the town and there’s a beautiful park just across the pier, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was good, though it was the same each day. We stayed in a family room that was very clean and tidy, but it lacked space for seating — there was only one chair, which was a little inconvenient for us as a family.
Apart from that, we were happy with our stay. The location and cleanliness made it a pleasant experience, and we would consider returning in the future."

"Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down.
The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze.
Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected."

"It our first stay at this Hotel. It’s in desperate need of
updating, the bed was really soft, the carpet was worn in places in the bedroom, but on the plus side there was plenty of storage space unlike your travel lodges etc.But It was clean and tidy with tea makers in the room.
We didn’t get chance to use any of the facilities because we didn’t have time, the swimming pool looked good and there was a bar, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of selection beer wise, but that seems to be the same in most Hotels."

"Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable.
We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub.
The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help.
The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier.
Would recommend."

We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

TthelivingbeingtravellerBu oteli bir geceliğine ayırdım, harika bir konum. Resepsiyonist çok misafirperverdi. Gece kalacağımız odaya girdiğimizde ilk izlenimimiz temiz ve düzenliydi. Ancak odaya girdiğinizde tek ve küçük pencerenin açık olması nedeniyle oda kokuyordu. Banyo gerçekten engelli kullanımına yönelik tasarlanmıştı. Artılarını ve eksilerini sıralayacağım.
Artıları
Oda ihtiyaçlarımız için iyi bir boyuttaydı, iki tek kişilik yatak ve bir kanalda ”haberleri” izleyebileceğiniz bir televizyonu vardı. Su ısıtıcısı temizdi ve çay, kahve ve şeker iki fincanla çay yapmak isterseniz bir poşetteydi, şişe su yoktu (ama otelin girişinde 500 ml için 2 £'a satılıyordu). Bornoz askıları ve ihtiyacınız olursa bir saç kurutma makinesi vardı. Yastıklar güzeldi ve şilte rahattı.
Eksileri
Yataklardan birinde çarşaflarda ve yorganın üzerinde başka insanların saçları vardı. Tavan ve üstünden örümcek ağları sarkan uzun bacaklı bir örümcek televizyonun olduğu yerdi. Odadaki duvarlarda duvar boyunca lekeler vardı, yer yer tozluydu.
Duvarların farklı yerlerinde fark edilir çatlaklar vardı, mobilyalar eski ve yıpranmıştı, resim çerçevesi dahil. Banyo kapısı açıp kapatmak için yapılan tüm dokunuşlardan dolayı kirliydi. Engelli bir kişinin tuvaleti nasıl etkili bir şekilde kullanabileceğinden emin değilim.
”Küçük” yüz lavabosu tuvalete çok yakın olduğu için bu kadar yakın olması pratik değildi ve ben engelli değilim. Çok fazla korkuluk vardı, neden lavabo bu kadar yakındı ve yüzümüzü yıkamamızı zorlaştıracak kadar alçaktı ve sonrasında zemin karmakarışıktı. Yüz lavabosunun üzerinde iki küçük cam bardak bulunan cam bir raf var, bu basit bir şekilde güvenli veya pratik değil çünkü yüz lavabosunu kullanırken dikkatli olmazsanız yüzünüzü veya gözlerinizi koyacaksınız.
Işık açıkken aspiratör çalışmıyor ve ayrı olarak basmak için bir düğme yok. Ancak tek küçük üst pencere, buhar veya kokunun banyodan çıkması için açıktı.
Sıcak su sistemi açıldığında çok fazla gürültü yapıyordu. Bu da otelin tamamının veya yarısının duymadan herhangi birinin kullanmasını zorlaştırıyordu. Bizim için ne kadar gürültülü olduğunu gösteriyordu.

Sürekli gelip gidiyorlardı ve kapılarını her açtıklarında ve kapattıklarında kapımız sallanıyor ve çarpıyordu çünkü kapımız doğru takılmamıştı ve boşluklarla doluydu ve rüzgar ve hareket eden kapının kuvveti bizimkinin tüm o gürültüyü çıkarmasına neden oluyordu. Yukarıdakilerden dolayı iyi uyuyamadık ve canlı eğlence geç saatlere kadar devam etti, zemin katta olduğumuz için duyulabiliyordu. Oda, benim güzel bir oda olarak sınıflandıracağım türden değildi, çok temel, eski, yorgun, pek çekici değildi, duvarlar ve banyonun yenilenmesi gerekiyordu ve ısıtma sisteminin ciddi bir ilgiye ihtiyacı vardı. Çıkış yaptığımızda kartı iade ettiğimizde hanımefendi nazikti. Sanırım mutlu değildi ve kendi sözleriyle, konaklaması sırasında rahat olmadığı için başka bir otelde kalmak istemeyeceğini düşünüyordu. AAmmarAhmadGiven a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on.
The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean.
Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure.
Bar drinks, VERY overly priced .
Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm .
I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

JJahangir JaneWe stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.

The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.
