"Have always wanted to stay here. Sadly it's very dated in places. The first room I checked into was cold, it appeared that the heating was not working. Was offered blankets or change rooms. Opted to change room. 2nd room was unbearably hot but felt I couldn't complain again. Only one of the two small windows opened and the radiator had no controls to turn it down. The reception gave me no directions to get to either room location the hotel is a maze. Door staff on security were good and welcoming when getting back early in the morning and this was reassuring. Reception staff on check out were kind and happy to store our bags in the luggage room while we wandered round Bournemouth. For less than £50 for a Saturday night hotel it was as I expected."

"Experience difficulties when car plate number was not registered in the parking system. I have to inform front desk multiple time to get my rental car registered for the parking. After the third time informing the front desk, only then the registration was successful."

"It our first stay at this Hotel. It’s in desperate need of updating, the bed was really soft, the carpet was worn in places in the bedroom, but on the plus side there was plenty of storage space unlike your travel lodges etc.But It was clean and tidy with tea makers in the room. We didn’t get chance to use any of the facilities because we didn’t have time, the swimming pool looked good and there was a bar, but there didn’t seem to be a lot of selection beer wise, but that seems to be the same in most Hotels."

"Bu oteli bir geceliğine ayırdım, harika bir konum. Resepsiyonist çok misafirperverdi. Gece kalacağımız odaya girdiğimizde ilk izlenimimiz temiz ve düzenliydi. Su ısıtıcısı temizdi ve çay, kahve ve şeker iki fincanla çay yapmak isterseniz bir poşetteydi, şişe su yoktu (ama otelin girişinde 500 ml için 2 £'a satılıyordu). Bornoz askıları ve ihtiyacınız olursa bir saç kurutma makinesi vardı. Yastıklar güzeldi ve şilte rahattı. Eksileri Yataklardan birinde çarşaflarda ve yorganın üzerinde başka insanların saçları vardı. Tavan ve üstünden örümcek ağları sarkan uzun bacaklı bir örümcek televizyonun olduğu yerdi. Odadaki duvarlarda duvar boyunca lekeler vardı, yer yer tozluydu. Duvarların farklı yerlerinde fark edilir çatlaklar vardı, mobilyalar eski ve yıpranmıştı, resim çerçevesi dahil. Banyo kapısı açıp kapatmak için yapılan tüm dokunuşlardan dolayı kirliydi. Engelli bir kişinin tuvaleti nasıl etkili bir şekilde kullanabileceğinden emin değilim. ”Küçük” yüz lavabosu tuvalete çok yakın olduğu için bu kadar yakın olması pratik değildi ve ben engelli değilim. Çok fazla korkuluk vardı, neden lavabo bu kadar yakındı ve yüzümüzü yıkamamızı zorlaştıracak kadar alçaktı ve sonrasında zemin karmakarışıktı. Yüz lavabosunun üzerinde iki küçük cam bardak bulunan cam bir raf var, bu basit bir şekilde güvenli veya pratik değil çünkü yüz lavabosunu kullanırken dikkatli olmazsanız yüzünüzü veya gözlerinizi koyacaksınız. Işık açıkken aspiratör çalışmıyor ve ayrı olarak basmak için bir düğme yok. Ancak tek küçük üst pencere, buhar veya kokunun banyodan çıkması için açıktı. Sıcak su sistemi açıldığında çok fazla gürültü yapıyordu. Bu da otelin tamamının veya yarısının duymadan herhangi birinin kullanmasını zorlaştırıyordu. Bizim için ne kadar gürültülü olduğunu gösteriyordu. Banyo temizdi ancak duvar karolarında her yerde küf vardı, duş perdesi kısaydı ve o banyoya uygun değildi. Sağlanan tuvalet kağıtları çok çok ucuz küçük rulolardı. Küçük yüz havzasına vidalanmış üç tane vardı (tuvalet kağıdı) ve yüz havzasını kullandığınızda ıslanıyordu. Diğer ikisi ise tuvaletin üstündeydi ve birinde kullanılmış mendil vardı. Yatak odasındaki ve banyodaki her iki pencere de tozlanmamıştı. En büyük sorunumuz aynı katta oturan birinin sanki yan dairedeymiş gibi ses çıkarmasıydı. Sürekli gelip gidiyorlardı ve kapılarını her açtıklarında ve kapattıklarında kapımız sallanıyor ve çarpıyordu çünkü kapımız doğru takılmamıştı ve boşluklarla doluydu ve rüzgar ve hareket eden kapının kuvveti bizimkinin tüm o gürültüyü çıkarmasına neden oluyordu. Yukarıdakilerden dolayı iyi uyuyamadık ve canlı eğlence geç saatlere kadar devam etti, zemin katta olduğumuz için duyulabiliyordu. Oda, benim güzel bir oda olarak sınıflandıracağım türden değildi, çok temel, eski, yorgun, pek çekici değildi, duvarlar ve banyonun yenilenmesi gerekiyordu ve ısıtma sisteminin ciddi bir ilgiye ihtiyacı vardı. Çıkış yaptığımızda kartı iade ettiğimizde hanımefendi nazikti. Sanırım mutlu değildi ve kendi sözleriyle, konaklaması sırasında rahat olmadığı için başka bir otelde kalmak istemeyeceğini düşünüyordu. Uygulamamdan indirim almasaydım tam fiyatı ödemek istemezdim. Ama ödediğim fiyat bile paraya değmez. Genel olarak mutlu değildim ama uyuyacak bir yerimiz olması gerekiyordu ve bunu bize sağladı."

"Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend."

"We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool."

"Relatively small Holiday Inn but still good and good value. Helpful staff. Main issue was that we arrived at breakfast at about 9.45 (it stated that breakfast was served until 10.30). They had run out some of the items which weren’t replaced, and only served some items after about 10.20 when asked. Otherwise, an enjoyable couple of nights."

"L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire."
