Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend.

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool.

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

Yüz lavabosunun üzerinde iki küçük cam bardak bulunan cam bir raf var, bu basit bir şekilde güvenli veya pratik değil çünkü yüz lavabosunu kullanırken dikkatli olmazsanız yüzünüzü veya gözlerinizi koyacaksınız. Işık açıkken aspiratör çalışmıyor ve ayrı olarak basmak için bir düğme yok. Ancak tek küçük üst pencere, buhar veya kokunun banyodan çıkması için açıktı. Sıcak su sistemi açıldığında çok fazla gürültü yapıyordu. Bu da otelin tamamının veya yarısının duymadan herhangi birinin kullanmasını zorlaştırıyordu. Bizim için ne kadar gürültülü olduğunu gösteriyordu. Banyo temizdi ancak duvar karolarında her yerde küf vardı, duş perdesi kısaydı ve o banyoya uygun değildi. Diğer ikisi ise tuvaletin üstündeydi ve birinde kullanılmış mendil vardı. Yatak odasındaki ve banyodaki her iki pencere de tozlanmamıştı. En büyük sorunumuz aynı katta oturan birinin sanki yan dairedeymiş gibi ses çıkarmasıydı. Sürekli gelip gidiyorlardı ve kapılarını her açtıklarında ve kapattıklarında kapımız sallanıyor ve çarpıyordu çünkü kapımız doğru takılmamıştı ve boşluklarla doluydu ve rüzgar ve hareket eden kapının kuvveti bizimkinin tüm o gürültüyü çıkarmasına neden oluyordu. Yukarıdakilerden dolayı iyi uyuyamadık ve canlı eğlence geç saatlere kadar devam etti, zemin katta olduğumuz için duyulabiliyordu. Oda, benim güzel bir oda olarak sınıflandıracağım türden değildi, çok temel, eski, yorgun, pek çekici değildi, duvarlar ve banyonun yenilenmesi gerekiyordu ve ısıtma sisteminin ciddi bir ilgiye ihtiyacı vardı. Çıkış yaptığımızda kartı iade ettiğimizde hanımefendi nazikti. Sanırım mutlu değildi ve kendi sözleriyle, konaklaması sırasında rahat olmadığı için başka bir otelde kalmak istemeyeceğini düşünüyordu. Uygulamamdan indirim almasaydım tam fiyatı ödemek istemezdim. Ama ödediğim fiyat bile paraya değmez. Genel olarak mutlu değildim ama uyuyacak bir yerimiz olması gerekiyordu ve bunu bize sağladı.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Given a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on. The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean. Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.
