Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bedding was luxurious, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep, and the modern decor felt both sophisticated and relaxing. I highly recommend this Marriott location to anyone traveling for business or leisure. It’s a true embodiment of quality and exceptional service. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Room layout is good. It’s not that big, but they set the layout really good so it still feels spacious. No closet, only a limited open space to hang your clothes. I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately I got lots of troubles during this stay: 1. After checking in, I went to my room immediately, and turned out it’s a super messy room (another guest just checked out and they didn’t clean it up yet). So I had to go back to lobby and asked for another room. 2. In my new room, the AC got leaked and it dripped constantly as long as the AC was on. I had to put a bowl, container, or whatever it is. Already told the staff, he said he would follow up. Nothing they did until the day I checked out. 3. On my second day, I couldn’t even open the room door with my own room card. Guess they only set the card for one night only, so I had to go back to lobby again. They just reset without explaining why it happened. Actually the staffs were very nice and friendly. Just all those troubles gave me impression that this hotel isn’t professional enough. Breakfast was good. Not many options available, but good enough to fill your tummy. Location is great. Room is clean. Limited parking area but they had vallet service.

Giriş kafa karıştırıcıydı. Ponorogo'dan geliyordum ve çevre yolunu kullanarak Seturan'da durdum, ardından Google'ı takip edip yanındaki dar sokakta kayboldum. Arabalar için ana yolu kullanmak daha iyi (Royal Ambarukmo Hotel'den sonraki sokağa girin). Şiddetli yağmur yağıyordu. Otele vardığımda, arabam için vale park hizmeti sunan çok güler yüzlü güvenlik görevlileri tarafından karşılandım. Hiçbir sorun yok, bu yüzden yağmura hazırlıklı olun. Gardırop, buzdolabı ve kasa mevcut. 3 yıldızlı bir otel için olanaklar oldukça standart. Kahve, çay, şeker, krema vb. Bir de bardaklara bakın. Başkası kullanmış. İki adet 600 ml'lik maden suyu şişesi. Duş oldukça iyi. Su ısıtıcısı çalışıyor. Tuvalet sifonu sorunsuz çekiyor. Ama duş başlığı çok zayıf, bu da temizliği zorlaştırıyor. Ve tuvaletin etrafındaki alan kolayca su topluyor, bu da çok rahatsız edici. BF (sadece oda) hakkında bir bilgim yok çünkü sadece oda. 255.000 Rupi fiyatı oldukça iyi, ama yine de tavsiye edilir.

We enjoyed our stay here with excellent service with a smile always. The room is very spacious and clean although the floor is not carpeted. The housekeeping services were prompt and exceeded our expectations and special mention to the staff Andri. This hotel is well centrally located next to the shopping mall and my room has an awesome view of the Merapi. However, the breakfast selections and tastes still have room for improvement. Also, the towels provided a little worn out and discoloured.

Over the course of 2 day stay, we had to switch room 3 times before getting a proper room (the 4th room) without any issues. The issues were ranging from broken toilet flush, strong humid/musty strong room smell, old musty sheets and towels in the room, etc. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but we left feeling unimpressed by the experience.

Only 2 good things about this hotel: service and breakfast spread - these are 5 stars! 👍 The rest are not up to expectations. 1. Location is far from town and airport. 2. Amenities are very old. A lot of things are spoiled and yet not replaced or repaired. 3. Because everything is old and dated, they look dirty too. Bedsheets are full of stains! 4. Water pressure of shower is very low. Take a long time to bathe. I booked here just because the event I was going to was hosted in this hotel. Glad that I didn’t extend my stay after the event. I am sorry but I won’t recommend this hotel.

The villa looks very² nice and picturesque, The space for a small family was just nice (2 adults, 1 kid - Luxury Villa 3 Person-Twin Bed). When we get into the room to settle down, the aircon have already been switched on. The pool looks clean and well maintained. During the day, the pool will feel cold and when at night it gets chilly. After swimming, can just dry your clothes by the pool bcs there is direct sunlight. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time when we need their assistance. But we noticed during the day, the aircon could not perform well. The room temperature will only starts to go down during the night (after 9pm onwards). We do understand that the hotel is like an outdoor villa, but we do find some ants running around everywhere. Luckily we dont find them on our bed. Then their shower and bidet does not look well maintained. Got alot alot of white stains all over. Also, their bathtub, we found a few brown stains which we try to remove it on our own but couldn't. Last but not least, there is no table and chairs for us to dine. Normally we would just sit on the floor in our room in front of/below the aircon, so that we can feel cooling while eating. Overall, i would give a 7/10, their villa could have look better if they maintained their property well and provided proper place for dining. As a person, im not really fussy to all of the negative statements stated above but my spouse aren't really happy about it so im here to share 2 person p.o.v. But i am very fussy when comes to the air conditioning. But due to my itenary, im always outside during the day and only be back in the room at night, so i decided not to request change of room or servicing the aircon.

Kamarnya bersih dan luas walaupun perlu ada peningkatan kualitas untuk beberapa item di kamar mandi. Secara keselurahan ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan kisaran harganya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
