Wi-Fi Olanağına Sahip Cenova Otelleri

"Tesis şu anda bir pansiyon olmasına rağmen daha önce bir oteldi. Sabah 12:30'da giriş yaptık ve çok sorunsuz bir giriş yaptık. Personel iki gecelik konaklamamız boyunca çok yardımcı oldu. Tesis, oda rezervasyonu yaparken ödenen fiyata dahil olan basit bir kahvaltı servis ediyor. Hostel, Cenova'nın ana tren istasyonuna ve limana birkaç adım uzaklıkta yer alıyor. Odanın fiyatı mükemmeldi. Bu hosteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz."

"Sicilya'dan feribotla geldikten sonra bir gecelik konaklama için otel rezervasyonu yaptık. Otel çok sessizdi, iyi yataklar ve İtalyan kahvaltı alışkanlıkları için şaşırtıcı derecede iyi bir büfe seçeneği vardı. ”Havaalanı” konumu oteli bulmada çok yardımcı oldu. Ne yazık ki navigasyon sistemi pek yardımcı olmadı, çünkü şu anda liman ile havaalanı arasında çok sayıda sapma mevcuttu ve özellikle geceleri tabelaları görmek genellikle zordu! Olumsuz: Otelin içindeki ve çevresindeki aydınlatma çok zayıftı ve karanlıkta hızla yanından geçiyorsunuz! Mobilyalar - dikkatli bir şekilde söylemek gerekirse - tam olarak modern değil ve bir ”ayarlama” gerektiriyor. Ancak odalar büyüktü, yataklar iyi ve rahattı. Sessizdi ve personel çok cana yakındı - özellikle kahvaltı salonunda. Ayrıca Cenova'ya kısa bir gezi için de iyi bir seçenektir; yakındaki havaalanı sayesinde şehre iyi bağlantılar mevcuttur! "The hotel was in a great location opposite the train station, we arrived quite late in the evening but had no issue checking in. It was clean, comfortable and had toiletries in the en suite. There were free tea making facilities downstairs and a vending machine for coffee. The breakfast was very good, continental with a lot of choices and also scrambled eggs and sausages. There was plenty to go around and staff were continually filling up empty dishes of food with fresh. The coffee was very good! I would definitely stay here again for value for money and ease of the location."

"The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros."

"Вынуждена поставить 1 звезду за сервис, потому что чуть не поседела пытаясь попасть в отель и абсолютно не понимаю мотивацию администратора. Дом очень специфично расположен среди холма, отель находится на пятом этаже дома, вход в дом находится на первом этаже и на шестом этаже с обратной стороны (вверх по лестнице), навигатор непременно Вас приведет к первому этажу (что логично), там Вы даже увидите кнопку с названием отеля, но нажав на нее ответа Вы не получите. Благодаря радостному стечению обстоятельств в дом заходили две дамы, мы прошмыгнули внутрь, поднялись на 5 этаж, а там кодовый замок. Чтобы узнать код - нужно заселиться, чтобы заселиться - нужно узнать код. Замкнутый круг. У меня в Италии не работал российский оператор связи, я не имела возможности позвонить, слава богу у мужа оставалось 4% зарядки и он позвонил по указанному на двери номеру, жаль только, что никто не ответил. И тут нам снова повезло и дверь открыла семейная пара, благодаря чему мы наконец-то попали внутрь отеля, где на столе уже ждала анкета с моим именем и ключи от дверей. Еще через 10 минут перезвонил администратор и выслал инструкцию, как попасть в отель, спасибо, очень вовремя. Я считаю, что в подобного рода отели - самообслуживания необходимо высылать инструкции заранее по факту брони, а не по факту прибытия, так как путешественники с дороги могу банально не иметь заряда на телефоне/интернета/мобильной связи. Что касается самого отеля или правильнее сказать хостела - изумительный дом с парадной атриумом, который после прохождения всех первоначальных квестов вызывает восхищение, чистый уютный номер, очень ранний выезд (по-моему до 10 утра) и феноменальная слышимость, мы в номере говорили шепотом. Я бы остановилась здесь еще раз, потому что уже разгадала все загадки заселения, но для пожилого, плохо говорящего на иностранном языке, либо не имеющего средства связи человека - это очень неучтиво."

"Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Ils parlent le français c’est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Seul bémol les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours… il y a simplement un nettoyage des chambres sans changement de draps. Bon séjour. À proximité de la ville. Je recommande."

"酒店地段很好，離王子火車站很近，交通便利，周圍酒店餐廳酒吧選擇豐富，但酒店和熱那亞城市一樣設施老舊，沒有電梯，早餐簡單，衞生間雖然重新裝修過，但淋浴房面積太小，洗澡時人幾乎無法動彈，同時臨街的客房受過往車輛影響睡眠深受打擾，酒店衹能滿足一、兩晚停留基本需求。"
