"This is a really good capsule hotel! the facilities is excellent with indoor onsen and place to hang out. The breakfast is super good (5star). They also have bus that pick you up from the welcome center and bus to sent you to ski. (Check the bus table in photo). All in all I really enjoy this place and would recommend for group of friends or solo! awesome place!!"

"We booked two rooms and found insects in ours on arrival. The staff was very apologetic and proactively upgraded us to a fantastic room with a private onsen and a stunning view of Mt. Yotei. The new room was flawless: incredibly clean, with top-notch amenities and free parking. I particular like the mirrors in the room, very friendly to lady that needs to use for make-up purposes and the full body length mirror. It shows the thoughtfulness of the hotel for lady guests! The hotel's handling of the situation was impeccable. They turned a negative into a overwhelmingly positive experience. Highly recommended!"

"I chose Muwa through Trip.com to make sure my girlfriend would be as comfortable as possible for her very first ski experience—especially since it was her birthday. Neither of us had been to Niseko before, so we had quite a few questions beforehand. Liz was incredibly responsive and helpful over email, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The concierge team, led by Andreas, welcomed us warmly at check-in, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel at home. We also utilized the in-house ski instructors from True Niseko, which made a huge difference for beginners like us. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making it extremely convenient, especially for catching the direct bus from the airport. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made everything very smooth for us. The room was super clean, well-maintained, and came with a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for our trip. What impressed us the most was their pick-up and drop-off service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre. It made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hirafu!"

"The hotel is located not near the main street and expect to do some walking. The room is very small and with a table right at the middle which obstruct the space further and can't open the door. The breakfast is normal and operated by group of Chinese peoples."

"It’s a destination resort you should really plan for it however from the moment you have met the driver from Setsu at the Kutchan station and everything is beyond your expectations and impeccable service. Love the private Onsen experience yet the public Onsen is also not so busy at this time.  However I will definitely go visit and stay again during the winter time.  Two three four or more thumbs up 👍"

"It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air."

"I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year."

"Sure! Here’s a hotel review based on the points you provided: We booked our stay at this hotel at around 8pm and arrived past 10pm, after the reception had already closed. Despite this, the hotel made special arrangements for a staff member to assist us with check-in, which was incredibly helpful. To our pleasant surprise, we also received a free upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We were provided with a coffee machine along with complimentary capsules, tea bags, and even drinks like cola and green tea. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel also offered free laundry services, including the use of washing machines and dryers, with detergent provided—an amazing convenience for travelers. A special mention goes to the general manager, Bang, who was very friendly and accommodating. He offered us a late check-out, especially after some unexpected issues we faced the previous night. The view from our room was also wonderful, overlooking Mt Annupri Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience."
