"Had a room with a lovely seawiew. However, the front desk was unfriendly. And we even had to keep the luggage in the storage ourselves with no concierge or tags. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend. Stayed at Clarion the Edge and service was top notched. Don't stay here if you can."

Otel personeliyle manuel check-in yapıyorsanız lütfen dikkatli olun. 2 kişi için uygun boyut, ancak sınırlı zemin alanı nedeniyle 2 bagajın açılması oldukça sorun oldu."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Dock 69 39 hotel. Super clean, very cosy, quiet and comfortable. Location is good, 10 min - 20min walk to all the meeting points to catch your experiences. Easy access from the airport with 42 bus. They offer a great breakfast selection so it is definitely worth it to add this option to your booking. The rooftop spot is also cool to go and check if the sky has some activity. The upper dock restaurant provides a great selection of the meals, very tasty as well. The only thing that is not worth paying (30e per person) for is a spa and sauna. If you are a regular user of sauna you will be very disappointed, we booked 1h30 min and when we came to use it, it was totally cold, we needed to wait 30 min to heat it up...the view is on another hotel bedrooms and cold swimming pool is used by another guests that didn't take shower after session in sauna. The resting place is so small, that you can't rest. No fruits, or other beverages, only water from the tap. If you are an occasional user and you don't care, you can try it. For us it is something that should not be charged additionally as it is not worth it. Overall this is a great hotel to enjoy Tromso. We can really recommend."

"I recently stayed at Smarthotel Tromsø and enjoyed my time there. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety to start the day. My room was neat and comfortable, albeit a bit smaller than I would have preferred, but it served its purpose. One thing to keep in mind during the winter is that Tromsø is very dark for much of the day, so you might sleep in later than planned. Overall, I recommend Smarthotel Tromsø for a convenient and satisfying stay."

"Otelin konumu mükemmel, aktivite merkezine sadece 3-5 dakika, otobüs durağına ise 1 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyon, restoran ve oda servisi personeli son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Oda şehir için çok küçük değil, ancak yatak biraz yumuşak. En övgüye değer özelliği ise kahvaltı, akşam yemeği ve ikindi çayının uzun bir süre boyunca servis edilmesi, bu sayede dışarıda yemek yemeye neredeyse hiç gerek kalmıyor. Bu, özellikle arkadaşlarla seyahat ederken çok faydalı, çünkü herkes kendi temposunda yemek yiyebiliyor ve zamandan tasarruf sağlıyor. "The location is amazing! All the pick up spots for the activity were 3-10 mins walk. However, the nightmare started when we got to the room to realise that the bin was full…. We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full…. Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness"

"My room has a partial sea view but there are better rooms with a full sea view. I went up to the top floor gym, and the view was spectacular! There's a door that leads to a small balcony, which u could take some beautiful photos. Breakfast for me was the usual international breakfast. There's not much to talk about. Location is ideal. Shopping is within walking distance and many restaurants around. Service staff was amazing. Great service provided."
