"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest. Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not. Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉 As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"I love the cleanliness and how they made everything white. The tiles used on the flooring (room, bathroom) are easy to clean using a rag when wet. I also enjoyed my lunch at Mandala Restaurant (offers mediterrenean food like Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Biryani and Filipino food) located on the ground floor. I also had a good refreshing drink in the morning at Highlands Coffee (24hours open) which is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Beside it is Lawson Convenience Store."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots nearby, so you’ll never run out of options. "I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve."

"It was my first time at this hotel and I had a good experience overall. Got upgraded to a much bigger room with a small living area and it was on one of the high floors, far away from the noise in Edsa and Ortigas. 😊 This hotel is also connected to Galleria mall so it’s very convenient to grab some food. The mall itself is old so there aren’t many options other than food. Overall, I recommend this place 👍🏻"
