"I love the cleanliness and how they made everything white. The tiles used on the flooring (room, bathroom) are easy to clean using a rag when wet. I also enjoyed my lunch at Mandala Restaurant (offers mediterrenean food like Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Biryani and Filipino food) located on the ground floor. I also had a good refreshing drink in the morning at Highlands Coffee (24hours open) which is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Beside it is Lawson Convenience Store."

"We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉"

The hotel room and facilities are lacking a lot of basics but you get what you pay for. The price per night is cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

Bring your own toiletries, sleepers, hair dryer, etc. Also, no bottled water in the room but there is a water dispenser in the common area."

"Discovery Suites always hold a special place in my heart since my former company is located in the same building. We loved our 1st overnight stay before but, this one exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious, utilities were well provided but to top it all, they went the extra mile to prepare a sweet surprise for our daughter's birthday. I just requested for a message to be flashed on the TV or something but, they decorated the place and even prepared a sweet treat for her! She was overjoyed! Will definitely be back soon!"

"Although rooms with garage parking are actually available upon arrival, the online booking system shows that no parking is available. Because of this, guests are required to pay an additional parking fee when they get to the property. When you compute the total cost, it ends up being almost the same as the regular rate, making the online discount essentially meaningless. "I recommend this hotel if you want to be near SM Megamall. It is close to a main road, so if noise is a concern tell them in advanced.
This hotel was a breath of fresh air in large part to our torrid time in the previous hotel we booked.
This hotel has extremely helpful staff from the doormen & concierge, to the reception, the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet. They all deserve top marks.
The breakfast was consistently satisfactory, but didn't have bacon during my stay 🤪
Showers were the only complaint where the water temperature was hot and cold; yes it is notable enough for me to state it. I'm not sure if its a Philippines infrastructure problem.."

"I recently stayed at Hop Inn Hotel Ortigas and I’d say it was worth it!
The location is super convenient — walking distance to malls like SM Megamall and lots of food places, so I never had a hard time looking for where to eat or buy essentials.
The room itself was simple but clean. The bed was comfy, the aircon worked great, and the bathroom was neat with strong water pressure (big plus!). It doesn’t have fancy amenities like a gym or pool, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting that. The Wi-Fi was stable too, which helped me get some work done.
What I liked most was the staff — friendly, approachable, and very efficient during check-in and check-out. The guards at the entrance also made me feel secure.
Overall, if you just need a clean, safe, and affordable place to stay in Ortigas, Hop Inn is a solid choice. Not luxurious, but definitely practical and budget-friendly."

MMisafir KullanıcıIt has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast.

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

JJob De LunaStayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas recently. The location is really good—very strategic since it’s close to malls, offices, and transportation. Staff were also friendly and accommodating.
On the downside, the room felt a bit old. I noticed some stains on the curtain, and the refrigerator cabinet was already sira na. Could use a little update or maintenance.
Still, for the price and the convenience of the location, it’s a decent choice if you just need a practical place to stay in Ortigas.

LLilo the CatIt's our home away from home. We've spent most of our days here, and during our stay, it has been a wonderful experience! They provided us with the things we needed, as well as better accommodation options, which was great. The staff are also one of the friendliest people we've seen—including Lyndon, the stuffed bear that greets you as you enter the hotel. Overall, the Lindon Suites is a wonderful place to stay as it provides great accommodations and is filled with good people.

DDetermineMy room selection was very spacious and it was great to see that I had a huge refrigerator and an entire kitchen area to myself, giving me the choice to cook for myself as all the necessary utensils were provided; this was similar to an Airbnb offer.
The swimming pool area was quiet and beautiful, I had it all to myself.
However, my problem was that customer service at the front desk offered poor service and had a nonchalant behavior ie my flight was late afternoon & I asked if I could stay for an extra 2hrs because check out was at 12pm and I didn't mind paying the fee based on a time basis but then she stated that I have to pay a full half day fee which is 12hrs fee which was ridiculous so I declined.
Went down to the lobby and waited there for the 2hrs after which I asked if I could use the restroom then I was told it was out of use.
Can you imagine that after spending so many days and money at the hotel but was refused to their restroom upon leaving.

OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
