"Hotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays."

"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room. The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"The hotel location is very strategic. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I really love the smell of the scent they use for tue entire hotel. I booked a king size bed and it was very pleasant and comfortable. Room is big with rain shower and bidet. The only problem is they lack other basic hotel room essentials like blower, soap, slippers, and electric kettle. Overall, I enjoyed my staycation and will definitely book this hotel again soon."

Coffee table for two is missing. toilet layout very poor. door does not open fully. desk lamp on desk missing. No considwration for senior guests."

"The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it. And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓 Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞 Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star. And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in. About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head. (Not recommended) Fix the bed people."
