I went here after arriving from the airport. The location is in the opposite direction of the cbd, but is located in a scenic area. The highlights of the farmstay includes fresh farm grown ingredients in their food, even the bottled spring water is produced directly opposite the hotel. The air quality is very good and you can temporarily cosplay as a farmer as an activity. The hotel amenities are very modern and comfortable like most 5 star hotels. It is also very convenient to call a DiDi or taxi despite the location. The hotel staff are very friendly and assisted us by shuttling us to places - especially the hotel manager who was very enjoyable to talk to and recommended itinerary options. There are also 3 alpacas which can feed carrots. There is a local restaurant within walking distance that has slaughter-to-order chicken, fish and goose.

Bu, sakin bir bölgede, kendine ait otoparkı ve asansörü olan çok hoş bir otel. Resepsiyon görevlisi çok güler yüzlü ve misafirperverdi. Oda sessiz ve hoştu, yatak rahattı ve böylece rahat bir gece uykusu çekebildik. Personelin sıcak hizmeti çok misafirperverdi. Şefin taze hazırladığı yemeklerle zenginleştirilmiş kahvaltı büfesi vardı. Harika bir deneyimdi ve tekrar gelirim.

Bu otelin bir aile ve çocuklar için bu kadar mükemmel olacağını tahmin edemezdim. 2 ve 4 yaşında iki çocuğum var. Odaların durumu mükemmeldi, temizdi ve ferahtı. Hava iyi değildi ama bu yerin tadını çıkarmak için sorun değildi çünkü normal yüzme havuzları gibi değil, mağara havuzları gibi kapalı havuzları vardı 😝 Mağaranın tavanında doğadaki gibi delikler vardı, bu da iç mekan atmosferinin yapay mağarayı havalandırmasını sağlıyor. Ayrıca iki farklı çocuk odası var. Bunlar ebeveynlerin çocuklarını gözlemlemesi için kolay ve rahat. Dahası, bir sürü fotoğraf noktası var 😍 Son olarak, çıkış yaptığımızda otelin çocuklara yönelik sanat ve el sanatları ve yemek pişirme dersleri sunduğunu gördük. Başından sonuna kadar keyif aldık. Our recent family trip to Skov River Resort near Guangzhou was an absolute delight! Just a comfortable 1.5-hour car ride from the airport, this destination offers a truly unique and immersive experience. Our stay was excellent value, including entrance to their massive water theme park and delicious breakfast for two adults and one child, with our toddler enjoying free admission! We loved the resort's authentic localized vibe—it was refreshing not seeing many Western, Singaporean, or Malaysian tourists, offering a genuine cultural immersion. The environment is superb; both the resort pool and water theme park consistently have ample lifeguards on duty, ensuring safety. A subtle mist along the poolside created a wonderfully mystical ambiance. The water theme park is incredible! It features diverse herbal hot springs, perfect for soaking. Kids will love the dedicated area for catching fish and feeding animals. While standard water slides offer thrills, the standout was their unique ”roller coaster” slide spanning several buildings. A huge bonus: the indoor water theme park playground uses warm water, ideal for those who, like me, dislike the cold! The sheer size of the resort provides endless activities. Beyond the water parks, a huge lake offers kayaking, boat rides, and even chopper rides for aerial views. There's also a stunning man-made beach that perfectly simulates a Maldives vibe with fine sand, clear water, and coconut trees. Entertainment is a highlight! Daily performances feature DJs and dancers at the water fountain. The human water jet performance is truly captivating and something we'd never seen before in Singapore! Evenings are spectacular with a combined light and firework show. Choosing a room was fun with so many thematic options, almost all featuring a hot spring tub. We adored our forest theme room with a loft, slide, and a balcony boasting its own hot spring tub. Dining was excellent; we highly recommend the resort's Chinese restaurant over the Western buffet. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious, especially their fried rice! Despite its rural location, nestled among villages, the staff's service was outstanding. When we struggled to find a 6-seater car to the city, they commendably used their contacts to charter two 4-seater cars for us and our luggage. This personalized assistance truly made our departure seamless. Skov River Resort offers an unforgettable blend of adventure, relaxation, and authentic charm. We highly recommend it for a truly remarkable family getaway!

Host was super helpful and friendly. Helped us carry luggage to the room, advised us on the different areas to eat locally. Our son loved the slide in the room, we all enjoyed the large projector screen. Beds were comfy. Location is convenient, 15 minutes to Guangzhou South station and 10-15 to the Chimelong water and safari parks.

This has honestly been the best getaway from the bustling city in a long while. Ji Yun Yao is exactly what we wanted, a light luxury hotel nested in the middle of the mountains, away from the the crowds and the traffic. - Location: there’s about 12 mins of a drive before arriving to the hotel, where you need to navigate through the narrow one lane road with at lease 2-3 steep turns. You’ll need to contact the receptionist beforehand to make sure no car is coming down before you make your way up. It can be a bother to some, but I think it was worthwhile once we were up there, especially because it means there were no day trippers visiting to take photos and leave. - Facility: there are 31 rooms in total, each with great privacy. The room we stayed in was quite new. We loved the spacious design, and our own private hot spring tube. The common areas are super well designed, and really blended the arquitectura and the landscape really well. - Service: we really enjoyed the service we received. All staff was kind and polite. Most of them greeted us appropriated just like they would in a five star hotel. The attention to detail was very heartwarming, especially one of the restaurant waiter who remembered our coffee order from the previous day and the baby food order, before we even asked it. It would be nice if they had name tags so we can recognize their efforts. - Food: Breakfast and afternoon tea are complimentary from the hotel. You can choose from Western or Chinese breakfast each day. Lunch and Dinner are not included in your stay. There is only one hotel restaurant that serves Chinese food. Waimai may or may not reach the hotel (we didn’t try). The hotel restaurant had pretty great food, so we dined there the two days we stayed there. -Activities: there’s a play room and playground for kids, which was well maintained. There’s also a small river/lake which you can walk around. We really enjoyed sitting by the water in one of the platforms and take in the scenery and the quietness. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a break from the noise, and anyone who would enjoy a quiet retreat in the mountains.

A wonderful place to relax. It is convenient that the children's and adult pools are connected. On the first floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious meal. Very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Opposite the hotel there is a small water park (you buy a ticket yourself).

這家酒店是距離新塘高鐵站/城軌站/地鐵站最近的一家酒店。 酒店客房挺多，佈局像八卦陣，電梯出來找房間，要繞很遠。 客房面積挺大，劃分了好幾個區域，床是一個區域，圍爐煮茶一個區域，洗浴間一個區域，洗浴間浴缸在外面，沖涼房和廁所是單獨分開的。浴缸旁邊的晾衣架雖然實用，但是影響房間整體美感。 這個房型寫的是180度全景浴缸，雖然客房有三個窗户，視野可以做到270度，但是，窗户都不大，再加上樓層不夠高，實際體驗沒有想象中的好，沒有什麼全景浴缸的高大上，客房裡倒是可以看到新塘高鐵站。 沒有定早餐，不知道早餐如何。 這個價位，整體還是挺滿意的。
