"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to try skiing or snowboarding and just have a relaxing getaway. I liked the location, it was not right next to the slopes so it was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel provided the transfer to the slopes or helped getting the taxi (it’s about 15 mins drive). The hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Anna who was very kind and helped with everything I needed!"

"I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好，工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时，刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善，并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号，他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题，都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜，有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里，其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。酒店早餐选择丰富，中西式都有，如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题，但我遇到的那些工作人员，都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说，体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务，得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。"

"25年9月新開業的，硬件設施不錯，沒有裝修味，床鋪也不錯，睡的很香。不過管理團隊經驗應該較少，明顯新手。比如門口在修路，可以考慮大廳裏鋪個毯子落塵，避免把泥水帶進室內，也省得前台老拖地。保潔和施工團隊，在客人入住的情況下，不敲門就刷自己卡進屋（搬椅子），明顯也是錯誤的，需要提醒。 5分鼓勵，隨着高鐵站的開通，祝此地越來越好吧。"

"I enjoyed my stay here in this ski resort. The service is superb and we have a dedicated butler who recommended us good food and nice activities. There are plenty of things to do here - ski, snow mobile, hot spring, water park etc. The ski slope is just a minutes walk from the hotel. The negative part is that though we were provided a smoke-free room, we can still smell cigarette smoke at the corridor, and sometimes in the room."

"Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together"

The Holiday Inn Express CHANGBAISHAN by IHG is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Fusong. Changbaishanxi Railway Station is located approximately 18km away while Baishan Changbaishan Airport is 19km away. This hotel is located near many of Fusong's attractions including Hanna Shan Hot Spring, Northeast Off-Road Vehicle Snowmobile Crossing and Changbai Mountain Wanda Fukurun Lake Snow Park. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"So if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick. Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner) The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that. In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that. The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too. The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot. There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road. I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk. And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much. I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice "

"Good location of this hotel. Walking distance to the Changbaishan West Scenic Area ticket checking point and very near to where shuttle buses stop and the large supermarket. Everything was clean and in working condition. Friendly staff. The breakfast was hearty and delicious (we could choose between noodles or wonton). And last but not least - good coffee!"

__WeChat273162****這是一家新開的酒店，整體比較適合親子，房間很寬敞，還有一個上下鋪，適合多娃家庭。酒店還細心的準備了五昧子水，小童樂園有很多動植物標本兒子超級喜歡！前台的小尹同學又和氣又熱情，對客人的需求超級耐心！酒店贈送的權益很多都沒有玩完，從林穿越是孩子最喜歡的。去看完長白山天池，下來再泡個温泉，真是美好人生❤️❤️

JJohngoIt is located in a quiet area a bit away from the West Slope tourist district, and since it was built recently, the facilities are very clean. There are about 10 rooms, and the owner runs everything personally. They are very friendly and treat guests with great care, providing detailed transportation information about nearby tourist attractions and offering pick-up and drop-off services when moving around. I had a wonderful stay here, and if I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

CChaddyD41I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!
