"I had booked the room facing the mountain view but it was not given. I was not aware that it was wrong as I checked in late at night and also as a tourist, I would not know the facing. I had to ask for a change the following day. The room can only be released at the end of the day. Should not I get a refund? Why was the room not reserved? As the hotel is away from the town, the hotel should consider providing free city and airport shuttles. Hotel is nice to provide free beverages and the vinegar drink is quite refreshing. We quite enjoyed the takeaway Cantonese porridge when breakfast food was not available on our last day."

"Cet hôtel est parfait et je le recommande beaucoup. La chambre est très agréable, très claire, avec une belle vue sur la mer et le pont allant à la petite Kinmen. Le grand lit est très confortable. La salle de bain a une fenêtre.Tout est très propre. L'hôtel est très calme. Juste en face de l'hôtel il y a l'arrêt de bus menant à la ville principale. C'est donc très pratique. Le bord de mer et la plage sont proches. La propriétaire de l'hôtel est charmante et très serviable. Elle fait tout pour faire plaisir à ses clients. Elle a réservé pour moi une excursion organisée. Cet hôtel est donc un excellent choix."

"Kivala hostel is great. It's really clean, all the instructions given by the owner through Line are very clear. On top of that, you will live the experience of staying in a Kinmen traditional house. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Kinmen hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.
"I really enjoyed my stay in this minsu, the host was great and helpful. Helped to reserve our ferry tickets in advance, picked us up at the kinmen ferry terminal and offered to send us there on our return trip. Gave us lots of recommendations. The traditional house was great, like the ambience, very clean compact (being an old house) but has everything like washer, water dispenser, even a vinyl player with old nostalgic songs!"

MMisafir KullanıcıNot only was it such a unique experience to stay in a Minnan / fujian traditional house, the house is beautifully restored and wonderfully updated to suit modern comforts. The Chen family was also so kind and genuine, we immediately felt welcomed the moment we stepped in! Everything a traveller could need was thought of and as a result our stay was super comfortable, I really appreciate all of the small thoughtful touches, and also being able to try all the local delicacies for breakfast! I would have to say it was simply one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in. Thank you so much for making our stay in Kinmen so memorable, I will tell everyone to visit! and I will definitely stay here next time we visit. Highly recommended! ^^

MMisafir KullanıcıThanks to the receptionist who came to pick me up at the port, although it seemed they had only provided shuttle service between the airport and the hostel before. The room was really clean and cozy, and a variety of biscuits, tea bags, and coffee were provided for free in the lobby. such a really warm and lovely place, and the service impressed me a lot. It's just a bit inconvenient about its location, it would be better if rent a car or scooter after checking in.

__WeChat287996****房東就早早在碼頭等待接我們，到了房間比想象中的好還要，很乾凈也沒有異味！ 設施：咖啡機、麪包機等基本設施都有，房東也很貼心準備麪包、飲料供應（超多口味可以選擇👀） 環境：本身下雨天蚊蟲就比較多，紗窗大門關上的話看着下雨的庭院喝茶真的很悠哉！ 衞生：古厝被維護的很好，定期維護殺蟲啥的 返程我們還在金寧購物，房東也很貼心幫我們從民宿拿行李接送我們去碼頭🥲 下次來金門玩的話還是會選擇他們家😆

小小民1號此次透過金門安排小三通至廈門遊玩，金門安排3 天2 夜，住宿於金門十美渡假村，設備及服務皆很 好（3 人房有2 房1 廳1 衛1 廚），另外值的特別讚許的是早餐用餐時，餐廳之廚師及服務人員皆有詳細的説明及餐點應如何加熱處理可更提升食物美味，可說是想當用心再經營及服務客人（ 這就是金門在地人精神- 好客及遊客就是家人及好友一樣對待）- “讚”，唯一可惜的是渡假村的地點太偏僻（離金門市區，機場及水頭碼頭太遠），應該需有配套措施及服務改善- 如 免費接送機服務及優惠折扣出租汽機車折抵，以上是個人淺見，建議及感想，希望能對大家有所幫助，最後祝大家都能外出旅遊快樂平安順心

SStar FinderIts location, price and helpful staff were the plus points. Suitable for old tourists travelling in groups, but let down by families with out of control children, and some middle aged men who like to argue aloud in the early hours (beyond the resistance of my ear plugs anyway)! The breakfast was bland, and monotonous, the room furnishings old and not always working, and running out of provisions (i.e. hotel slippers albeit they are too small for US / European sizes).
