"Close to the train station. Can't be seen on the main road. There is an archway that has the hotel name on it. Staff were nice and friendly. Helped us order dinner using an app. However didn't have any info about buses to the tulous area. Nothing much around the hotel.
Very clean and room was spacious. Wifi was spotty. Can do laundry here for free. No dryer."

"Ah Wen and his wife and family made me feel very welcome in his tulou. He recommended a tour guide who took me to visit the important tulous, which is necessary because they are far apart. Food wise it was delicious and Ah Wen (or Stephen) tailored a one person set for me consisting of a variety of Hakka dishes in a small size. I'm very happy to have stayed here."

"酒店位置距離中山路很近，停車場停車位較多但擁擠，停車場出場禁左需注意。
房間裝修屬於傳統風格，長時間使用已有缺陷。洗手盆底部滲水，滴漏一地都是，打掃衞生的人員居然沒有關注沒有上報，還需要住店人自己來報。
房間內帶有一台電腦，但是我自帶了一台，發現無線網絡有偶爾斷連的情況，看見桌上有一根網絡線，插上發現無反應，等到要退房時發現，網線另一頭居然是連在房間自帶的電腦上的，你這根線存在的意義呢？
房間內能聽到頻繁不持續的嗡嗡聲，不知道是哪個設備產生的噪音。衞生間排氣扇聽不見聲音，不確定是否正常運轉，但是衞生間氣味需要很久才能排散。
房間內電源插座位置比較奇特，一側牀頭櫃的插座位置位於牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃挪出來才可以用到。沙發區域的插座在沙發後面，需要把沙發換個位置才能用到。電視劇懸臂給人一種不牢靠的感覺（因為背板四個螺絲扣衹用到兩個）
入住當天開車進場，門口迎賓人員在地面停車場四處晃蕩，不知道在做什麼，就是沒有引導，我開車到側面發現沒位置，在拐角倒車轉回了相當長一些時間，迎賓人員也毫無反應。開車停到他旁邊，開窗問詢，他居然也沒有第一時間注意力集中，相對於晚上的迎賓人員根本是兩種水平，是因為晚上有宴席嗎？前台服務很熱情。電梯在1樓和房間樓層抵達時沒有提示音，等待電梯到來時如果沒有關注，常錯過電梯，比較麻煩。"

"Excellent hôtel! Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou."

"Location is opposite Prince of Tulou. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Special thanks to staff Qiao Lin; she was really hospitable, polite and very helpful in getting me transport as DiDi is not readily available in this area. I was even given a choice to switch rooms to the inner courtyard which is quieter. Hotel breakfast was simple but sufficient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting this Tulou cluster."

"We were amazed with the whole ecstatic and vibe of the whole tulou. Staying in one has always been a wish and having done that with a place with great environment and staffs, made it even better. The show in the evening was also entertaining. My only call out was, if you are there with kids, you might want to be ready to move around during the show as some spectators will smoke. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for me. Will recommend this place to anyone."

Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice
There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel
However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.

MMisafir KullanıcıBeautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

LljpcEnjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

CChayueA strategically located hotel which is within walking distance of distance to many interesting places. Food is easily accessible and yummy. Night scenery is great with multi coloured lighting. Nice to walk around and enjoyed watching people dancing in the open spaces. Local herbs are also available if u are interested in local Chinese herbs for brewing tea and herbal soups.
During the day it is nice to walk around early in the nearby walking streets where u can find interesting architecture of the olden days. Well kept but can do with more explanation about the history and info about the local culture and customs. Great place for taking instagram photos.

Nnikee為了這次土樓之旅，研究了龍巖地區幾十家土樓裏的民宿。我可以負責任地説，這是唯一一家位於土樓文保單位內部，而且提供室內衞生間和浴室的服務。房間木窗木門，保持了土樓的原始風貌，熱水流量很大，非常驚喜！我們晚上才到，老闆很熱情地邀請我們參觀隔壁承啟樓的夜景，免收門票。房間沒有空調，蚊蟲也較多，但這正是客家先民的居住環境，既然要體驗原汁原味的生活，那就好好享受這種擁抱大自然的感覺吧！

AAshinnoIf you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the hotel located near the train station. The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the train station.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

SSarah PotterThe hotel was perfectly located across the road from the Prince Tolou and just a short walk to the evening bon fire show. I loved the country feel about this location!
The owner helped arrange a driver for me to collect me from the train, drive me to a number of locations, and return me to the train station the next day. She arranged tickets to the bon fire show, took me there on the back of her bike and offered to pick me up (I chose to walk throigh the little dark streets because it was a lovely evening). She invited me to sit and drink tea with her and her friends, and made me feel like part of the family. As a westerner, the bed was a little hard for me, but i was very comfortable in my room. A must see area of China!
