"Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car)."

"I believe this hotel is the biggest and most beautiful in the area. It is completely in accordance with the Tulou vibe, making it a great place for pictures. The room itself is quite big, with a nice view of the inside of the hotel. The staff was kind enough to confirm all the details one day prior our arrival. Hence, we were able to sort out the missing details and arrive and leave with no delays. I would definitely recommend this place if you are already going to this part of Tulou."

"So so, generally, not worth the price. No independent parking as in many Ramada, let alone independent building. Smoke smell left in my first room check, and suppose the carpet not suitable for allowing smoking. Otherwise pay attention to clean and check after previous checkout."

"This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too."

"來啦來啦，寫晚了點哈哈哈哈 跟男朋友一起住噠~ 停車很方便，位置也很好找，離中山路步行街很近，一路走過去有很多好吃的！！ 前台小哥服務態度很好~ 很熱情 房間是智能馬桶，很方便，衞生做的也很好，很乾凈舒適~ 這次趕時間衹住了一個晚上~ 下次還過來玩一定繼續住！！！"

"酒店位於永定王子土樓景區出入口，不到500年的環興樓整座土樓改造成一個約35間的民宿酒店。在保留了土樓原有的建築基礎上，儘可能展現現代民宿酒店必須具備的現代化設施。總體而言，房間乾淨整潔而且寬敞，空調製冷效果好，但隔音效果一般。部分設施細節有待改善，如投影的調整、龍頭的出水位置，馬桶應該更智能等。當然，由於住在土樓裏，晚上還可以看一場獨特的《客》表演。演出還不錯，畢竟景區內晚上娛樂活動太少。另外，雖然可以隨意進入王子景區，但土樓還需二次檢票。而900+一晚的酒店也不包含景區門票，所以性價比並不高。現在的土樓景區商業化太濃，似乎並不歡迎客人，而是歡迎金錢。熱情的笑容背後是讓你掏更多的錢來消費。整個景區物價上漲的厲害，再下去要變成另一個桂林了。"

"來土樓王玩，晚上選擇住在龍巖，亞朵門口是個大停車場，停車很方便。 整個酒店是集現代與詩意為一體。坐電梯時發現了健身房、餐廳、洗衣房的新名字，當時就覺得真有趣。到房間後，在床頭櫃上發現了一本詩集，為旅途中帶來了一絲慰藉。後來又在洗漱時發現了每個洗漱包都配有自己專屬的詩文，心裏不由得感歎酒店的用心都在細節當中👍 亞朵的服務貼心還體現在床頭有無線充電，7:00前離開酒店可以打包早餐，21:30-23:00餐廳提供免費的粥，退房時會詢問入住感受，這是我這一趟旅途中輾轉幾個城市第一次有詢問的，讓人覺得很貼心。 至於衞生、環境、服務、設施都沒得説，依舊在線。小朋友最喜歡的就是機器人送餐。下次有機會來龍巖還會選擇亞朵。"

"The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude"
