Park Yeri Olan Prag Otelleri

Bu otelde iki gece kaldık. İlk gece kaldığımız odanın engelliler için ayrılmış olduğu düşünülüyordu ancak otel personeli bize önceden bilgi vermedi. Bu oda ihtiyaç sahibi insanlar için tasarlandığından banyo küvetinde cam yoktur ve sadece duş perdesi bulunmaktadır. Ancak duş alırken duş suyu küvetin içinden bariyersiz olarak akmaktadır. tesisler, banyo zemininin her yerinde su var. Gece çok geç check-in yaptığımız için bunu Trip.com müşteri hizmetlerine bildirmek zorunda kaldık. Ertesi sabah personele danışmak için resepsiyona gittiğimizde çok soğuktular ve hemen özür dilemediler. Bize ilk gece otelin dolu olduğunu söyledik. Ancak bu otel şehirden uzakta ve karşıdaki arenada gösteri yok, neden tüm otelin bizim için başka bir oda ayarlayamadığını anlamıyorum. Sonunda ön büro bize ikinci gece için normal bir çift kişilik oda ayarladı. Aslında otelin tasarımı modaya uygun, bar ve restoran ortamı da çok iyi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri oldukça zengin. Akşam yemekleri sınırlı ama lezzeti iyi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğini de kapsayan, konumu pek uygun olmayan bu oteli tercih ettik. Yıllardır otel sahibi olarak bu Marriott oteli deneyimimiz bizi çok hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bonvoy üyeleri gelecekte otel rezervasyonu yaparken Marriott otelinde kalmaları gerekip gerekmediğini yeniden değerlendirecek. 

We are just back from the Angelis hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. The room had air conditioning which was excellent as the weather was extremely hot. Plenty of things to do around and of course plenty of nice pubs just behind the corner.

Great welcoming hotel, awesome location, great breakfast with a large selection every morning! The hotel is in good condition, all equipment in the room works without interruption. Thank you ;)

Grand Tower Prague Hotel'deki konaklamam harikaydı. Otel, şehir merkezine ve önemli turistik yerlere yakın, metro ve tramvayla kolayca ulaşılabilen mükemmel bir konuma sahip. Odalar ferah ve temizdi ve özellikle üst katlar Prag'ın nefes kesici panoramik manzaralarını sunan mükemmel manzaralara sahipti. Kahvaltı seçenekleri çeşitli ve lezzetliydi; personel güler yüzlü, profesyonel ve giriş ve çıkış işlemlerinde çok etkiliydi. Spor salonu ve sauna olanakları da çok kullanışlıydı ve seyahatim boyunca dinlenmek için mükemmeldi. Genel olarak, fiyatına göre mükemmel bir değer sunuyordu ve bir dahaki sefere Prag'a gittiğimde kesinlikle burada kalmayı tercih ederim!

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

This hotel's location is its strongest point - its a single tram ride to the Old town or the main train station. It does go down-hill from this point on. The weakest point of this hotel is the staff. The receptionist (fair hair, glasses, on duty afternoon 25/09/25 and morning 26/09/25) was positively rude, and it marred the whole experience of the stay in this hotel. When I enquired about the breakfast options (continental vs. cooked) the reply I got was: 'explain the difference'. When I asked about the tram number to the Old town's main square, the reply was ' you have to read the signs on the tram stop'. When I asked to put the suitcase in the storeroom, a very stern (if not aggressive): 'you bring me the key back immediately' was hurled at me... During the 24 hour stay, there wasn't a single person (reception/catering/housekeeping staff) who smiled and/or made you feel welcome. Similar feedbacks have been posted previously, and obviously nothing nothing has changed, so please be prepared for the similar treatment. The breakfast experience was awful. The photos are misleading, the drawing posters are no longer on the wall and the room feels cold and unwelcoming. At 9 AM finding a free table was a challenge, and I witnessed people sharing large tables put together, instead of single tables being provided. You get your drinks from one room and food from the other - in the meantime, someone else has taken your table. The plates provided were a joke, dessert plates of 10 cm in size, so as to make people get up and refill from buffet! Scramble egg tray (just about the only edible food) was empty at the peak time (9 AM). This situation could've been easily avoided with a bit of communication between the reception and the kitchen, in terms of guest numbers. WIFI was just about adequate. Overall, really unpleasant experience and they will not be getting my custom again. Advice: pay few Euros more and book elsewhere!

房間特別乾淨衞生，設施齊全，房間大小合適，酒店環境非常好，門口有噴泉，不遠處的小公園還有很多櫻桃樹滿樹的果子，無人看管，裏面有酒吧，桌球廳，游泳池，餐廳等，停車場也相當好。交通需要步行幾百米到大路上就有電車，公交。
