"Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!"

"I was glad to have chosen Nite & Day Laguna Hotel. Firstly, due to its location from the ferry terminal and mere walking distance, being arrived late afternoon. Secondly, its located nicely near the Taman Gurindam 12, a nice park for sunrise and sunset! The mosque is near as well. It's worth mentioning the helpful services by the hotel staff (especially Mas Tito!), the Aroma Laut Resto food is enjoyable. Keep it up and I would for sure stay here again in the near future. Bintan has become my favorite place to go now. By the way, I love the elevator design!"

"We booked the place following Instagram reel saying kids friendly, I would say it was okay but didn’t meet our expectations (as we regularly stay the residence and I paid 30＞ higher price here compared to to residence since we wanted to try something near ferry terminal and was highly rated on IG for kids. We booked 3 nights, 2 adults one 2 years baby. Experience Good: - kids club play room big and nice, offering indoor, outdoor and splash zone free - free dine in for kids with food that kids will actually eat - got 2 pools, adult and family (with child pool). Pool size is good - they printed the ferry ticket in advance so we didn’t have to queue while going back Bad: - rooms are not so kids friendly, small shower area, too many pillows every where - king size bed is actually doesn’t feel king size but rather queen size - we walk in to restaurant for dinner 2nd night got denied cause they had bbq event running, and never suggested to book in advance (they offered slot 8 pm for 6:20 walk in) with small kid along, I am not sure they understand kid doesn’t wait fr 8 pm and the didn’t even bother to offer kids meal to at least address the kid. We ended up eating on the side fries and in room dining which takes about 45 min to 1 hour - safari we were told 9 am but then actual time was 10 am pick so we ended up waiting 1 hour at the lobby - not sure if they understand kid doesn’t like to sit for 1 hour not doing anything and we rushed our breakfast for the timing - free juices for kids and breakfast buffet is not fresh juice unless you paid then got fresh juice - breakfast buffet ok ok, no teh tarik 😝 - breakfast very limited options for vegetarian - the shuttle dropped us at the emerald class lounge where we were economh means we had to walk with baby and luggage all the way - you can only access dining area of indigo subject to you book in advance - for beach you need buggy to go not you can just walk as and when you want I would say, okay but not something I like, but it’s nearer to ferry"

"Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big."

"After watching the rennovation from the golfcourse a few times, now we had the opportunity to stay at the new Movenpick resort Bintan in their soft-launch period. Although they still need to do some work, we absolutely enjoyed our stay in combination with the golfcourse. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant is very good, we tried the local food. Probably they will increase the number of dishes when fully opened. Breakfast very good: mix of buffet and a la cart. Local and international. Fresh juices. Little problems , part of opening a new hotel,  were tackled immediately.  Overall a great golf / relax experience. We will come back soon. Also need to try the Japanese restaurant."

"Went during sch holidays,hotel was clean and new furnishings, we liked the environment which was chill an We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and amenities was Secntia brand which was nice. The check-in snd check out process was seamless, service staff was great throughout as they were always greeted us with a smile, very friendly and helpful (shoutout to willy, ilman,tommy, adel & many more). We loved the hotel's pool area, and the breakfast buffet could have more live stations and variety. The location was near Plaza Lagoi & i would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings."

"As a group of four friends, this trip was all about relaxation and taking a quick break from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. It was the perfect getaway to unwind and just chill. We spent most of our time inside the villa, especially since we had our own private pool, which we absolutely adored. The vibe was amazing, and we loved how we could enjoy our own little party space. The facilities and amenities are beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. However, there are a few areas that could use some maintenance. The shower head was loosely hanging, the toilet tissue holder needs tightening, and the curtains had noticeable black stains. A little upkeep would definitely enhance the overall experience. Service-wise, the staff were very hospitable and always ready to assist. The WhatsApp service was also a big help since there are no in-room telephones, it made communicating our requests much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a fun and relaxing two-night getaway, and we appreciated having a cozy and private space to spend time together"

"Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping."

"This hotel is new and I had booked it as part of work trip and impressed with stay. King size bed is good for couples and toilets are clean. Cost is extremely reasonable and nearby to many shops and eateries. Food in the hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and taste and presentation is good. Take note that there is no fridge in the room and may be requested at a fee. Overall, a great place to stay even for families and it's central location to everything is a definite plus, along with a quiet surrounding."
