"Was here for a company retreat. Location is really far from anything else, but I kinda like it this way. Its a double storey room, with a living area and a private pool on the first floor and the bedroom on the second. Bathroom area is huge, there is some smell at the shower area, think its the drainage issue, and the sick is a lottle rusty. But the wonderful and friendly staff of the resort make all these small imperfection, perfect! Good job to the team! Oh, i was surprise by the breakfast spread 😃 quite a good spread of local and western choices that i kinda overeat 🤣. And credit to the chef too! I had lunch and dinner at Azura, food taste good! Recommend for family and friends gatherings."

"Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM.
The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping."

"After watching the rennovation from the golfcourse a few times, now we had the opportunity to stay at the new Movenpick resort Bintan in their soft-launch period.
Although they still need to do some work, we absolutely enjoyed our stay in combination with the golfcourse.
The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant is very good, we tried the local food.
Probably they will increase the number of dishes when fully opened.
Breakfast very good: mix of buffet and a la cart. Local and international. Fresh juices.
Little problems , part of opening a new hotel, were tackled immediately.
Overall a great golf / relax experience.
We will come back soon. Also need to try the Japanese restaurant."

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe resort arranged free shuttle for pick up from Bintan Ferry Terminal for a nearly 80 minutes drive with bottled waters and cookies served. Quite thoughtful!
We stayed at two Garden terrace inter-connected rooms with a family of four. The rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. The resort provides 2 bicycles per room for mobility within the resort, which is a well landscaped expanse. Thoroughly enjoyed our bicycle rides. We also used the buggy rides for getting around the resort, which was quicker and more easier.
The staff were courteous and warm. Few to name are
1. Kiki from the Earth Basket who engaged enthusiastically with us to show us around the fish ponds, rabbits and the various plants.
2. Kay and Ganjar from the The Dining Room (main restaurant which serves diverse cuisine) are warm and welcoming.
3. Intan from Rika Rika (Indonesian cuisine) is full of smiles and agile to serve customised order.
Weather was just perfect and overall we had a pleasant, refreshing stay.
Few areas the resort should focus on - the staff at The Dining Room were understaffed and found to be tired/ sweating. We found the Food variety and quality at the Christmas Eve Dinner disappointing for the price charged. The Indonesian cuisine at Rica Rica was more tastier though less in variety.
We enjoyed the Stargazing, leisurely walks at the beach, bicycling, though we missed the water sports due to monsoons.
Overall, we do plan to visit this resort sometime again for sure.

Kkinkynymphİt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıSecond Time at the Bamboo Camp and it is still very impressive how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

AArielle LiuI love the resort, the staffs, the breakfast and everything. We actually booked with other family friends for SG National Day getaway, but our kids were sick so we had to cancel our trip. We are glad that we booked again and our entire stay was marvellous, definitely recommend staying there. The tent rooms are spacious and the outdoor shower room was a whole new experience for us(It was really fun for my kids). The resort pool was super photogenic, we took quite some pictures there. I have to say a big thank you to the breakfast team, Ms Nazwan, Ms Naiya, Nelu and Ms Devi!!! They were amazing at entertaining kids especially Ms Devi and team surprised my toddler with a birthday cake(that’s why we had this impromptu trip to Bintan). Another thank you for Mr Ham who’s in charge of the kids entertainment. My elder girl had the chance to play (sry I forgot the instrument name) the music instrument, and Mr Ham was patiently guiding my girl how to play, she nailed it on the spot. (Proud mama🤭) after talking to Mr Ham, I’m very impressed with his thoughts to extend the kids entertainment activities in the resort, so that parents can get off ours hands for some personal relaxed time. Kudos to the staffs in Natra Bintan resort. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Mm&m&mThe villa (especially the bathroom!!) was clean and above our expectation! Everything was working fine, and we were very well covered throughout the trip! We communicated with the very friendly and helpful staff through their WhatsApp to request for buggy ride, extra towel, housekeeping, whatever you want, and they responded very fast.
Legenda Cafe provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had our breakfast there, and for weekdays breakfast, they do semi buffet where there is a small spread of food, and you can also order dishes from the menu. On weekends, they do full buffet breakfast. Food is good, mostly local food which is awesome.
We did not see any minimarts within the resort, but the resort does provide transport to travel around Bintan. For instance, RP100k for two-way transport to Lagoi Bay.
Private beach is only a few steps away from the cafe, and also walkable from our villa. Sand is super clean and very well maintained!
Just note that since we are in nature, there are bound to be bugs / insects, so bring mosquito patches / sprays.
We will definitely come back here again next time with family!!

MMisafir KullanıcıIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

PPratibha AshwinWe stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

JJeslyn WoonThe pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways
