The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

We stayed 2 nights in the Horizon Club room. Excellent customer service, attentive to guests needs, quality toiletry items, comfortable room, enjoyable club lounge experience with tasty food, options, drinks, and friendly staff. Good fitness centre. Nice big garden with extensive pool.

while it is worth noting that the hotel location is near to grand indonesia & plaza indonesia, I am a bit dissatisfied to the fact I waited 1.5hrs to get my room. I arrived around 4pm++ (keep in mind the supposed check in time is at 3pm), I only got my room at around 5.30pm after complaining. The room was not ready at the time and my family (with elderly) has already been so tired waiting. All in all, I wish they can at least improve this part but a thumbs up for a good hospitality.

Came for concert at the Casablanca hall and this is around 5mins walk to location. Got upgraded room and it is very spacious and clean but unfortunately this room tupe doesn't have a bathtub. Breakfast variety is worth the add on.

Stayed this hotel due to full house at Harris. Location wise not so good as nothing much nearby. During my stay, the hotel was packed with students and children and the noise level is so much high even past midnight. Room sound proofing was almost 0. Will not stay again unless no other choice.

Booked this hotel as it’s near the concert venue and we did not want to get stuck in traffic jam. About 3km walk from Jakarta eprix circuit, there’s fast food chain nearby. Hotel is abit dated , room is spacious and towel seems old. Staff are nice and breakfast was just alright. Good for a short stay if you are here for concert. need to pay entry fee to Ancol Eventho you are a guest of the hotel

Near plaza festival. Next to hospital. Location is ok near kuningan cbd and food choices quite good if you venture out a bit.

I came here for business visit, the location was great, near Grand Plaza, all tourist spot was walking distance only. But the price of this hotel does not match with what u get. It cost me around RM400++ which i can get more comfiest hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This hotel does not have proper lobby, no waiting lounge if i ordered grab, because u know, Jakarta was jammed all the time, so u need at least decent chair to wait. The room just a standard room only. U can hear your neighbour flush their toilet and chatting, and screaming , that’s why i said the room does not match the price. U can add little money more and stay at another comfy hotel nearby.

Jakarta'nın merkezinde bir yerde yer aldığı için etrafta dolaşmak yeterince kolay. Oda büyük, bu harika ve personel de gerçekten nazik ve yardımsever. Ne yazık ki, oradaki ilk gecemde bir sivrisinek vardı ve son günümüzde su filtresinde su yoktu. Genel olarak, kalmak için gerçekten güzel bir yer.
