"I appreciate that the hotel took note of my request for a room with a view. The breakfast spread is pretty good but the eel portion ran out too fast so we did not get to try it. This is common among jap hotels but we rarely get offered an early check in for free. This would make a difference as we took a red eye flight and was tired and would appreciate a room to freshen up."

"Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away. We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk. As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to. Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!"

"We stayed at Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—directly connected to Nagoya Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options all around, making it extremely convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya."

"Location is good, about 5-6 mins walk from Nagoya Station. Easier to walk even with big luggage. 7-11 connected to hotel. Had a slight miscommunication with hotel front desk. Told them I need store luggage overnight as I will stay overnight in another town, front desk said ok but when I checked out the lady said cannot if I do not have another reservation with them. Other than this slight miscommunication, all else is good."

"This hotel is where I’ve stayed for the second time in three days. On this visit, I discovered that they offer a variety of free health pillows for guests to use, and I really like the health pillow they provided—it made my sleep very comfortable. There are paid washing machines and dryers, a paid parking lot, and a hearty breakfast, making it very suitable for business trips or solo travelers. I’ll definitely come back to stay at this hotel again."

"The room has a spectacular view of the Nagoya skyline, with rooms located above 33 levels and above. Room service was immaculate and provided kids amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and pyjamas. Service staff were all friendly and always ready to help. Location wise, it's sheltered all the way from level 2 to subway, which is just 1 stop away from the busy Nagoya Station. For people who like a good morning workout, it's just a 15-minute walk to Nagoya. Along the way, you can grab Starbucks or McDonald's. The popular Komeda Coffee chain is also just a 5-minute stroll away. There is also a convenience shop like 7-11 within the same building as the hotel and a Drugstore Matsumoto for you to buy a wide assortment of skincare and makeup!"

"Location is perfect right next to Kanayama train station which is connected to train and subway network. The staff were polite and helpful. Just one issue during our stay: We booked a three-bedroom where a sofa bed was not fully flat. I slept for the first night feeling discomfort at low back. We called the hotel service desk and the lady staff was very helpful to add a layer of blanket underneath the mattress to help. While it’s not perfect but it still felt better for remaining few nights of sleep. Suggest the hotel to review this issue especially for guest staying for a few nights."

"A modern hotel in the middle of the dynamic sightseeing and shopping area of Sakae. 3 mins to Mirai TV tower. My room had a classy, boutique feel and the tower night view was pretty from the 12th floor window. Staff remembered to accommodate my room request, thank you! Free drinks for guests at the lounge cum breakfast space. The breakfast spread was amazingly extensive, featuring the specials of Nagoya from the ogura toast to the tsubake chicken wings and grilled eel rice. Worth getting the room with breakfast, or even topping up 14.000yen for. Come down early though, because the seating space is small and rather cramped, so you will need to wait and be assigned seats. Guests eating solo may have to sit at communal tables."

MMisafir KullanıcıBeware: Room 908 has broken AC! Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price. What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is my 1st experience staying at Via Inn. Location is good as it’s part of the JR group, though the construction at Nagoya station makes it harder to navigate even though it’s less than 8 mins walk. I am impressed with the service and the room. The room is comfortable with nice pillow and all the light buttons conveniently located. I also like the idea that they managed to arrange the bed in a different direction so the room has more space to move around even though if is a small room. Amenties are easily available at help desk. There is also reasonably priced laundry services. Service is good at front desk and I had a good evening of rest. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay. Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

NNick GensitskiiOverall cleanliness, wifi speed, etc. are the best There are many people snoring loudly through the 32db 3M earplug, so those who are sensitive to noise will have a hard time. The ear plugs given at the counter are not very good, so I recommend bringing your own. It would also be good to have noise-canceling headsets.

MMisafir KullanıcıIt is a business hotel. I find it a bit expensive to pay more than 10,000 yen for it but couldn’t help taking it into consideration that it was on weekends. There is complimentary breakfast which is pretty nice and the subway station is within walking distance.

MMisafir KullanıcıService 3/5: Standard service as expected from a hotel. Nothing that stands out but nothing to fault either. Room 3/5: Had a normal room with 1 double bed and a larger room with 2 beds. The size of the larger room with 2 beds was equivalent to 2 of the nornal rooms. Beds are a double bed so the size was good. The beds for the room with 2 beds were softer and had more padding then the normal single bed room which were hard. The primary issue I had is that there was no A/C and only heating when I was staying here. I booked a smoking room and there was the scent of smoke as expected for the single bed room. The room with 2 beds had no smoke smell even though it was a smoking room. Facilities 4/5: There are coin laundry machines and a water station to refill your water bottle which is nice. Location 5/5: The location is extremely convienient as it is extremely close to the main strain station. Which makes it a good stay if you are having a short 1-2 day stay in Nagoya before using the train. There are also malls nearby and even a Muji a few floors lower. Overall 3.75/5 Overall would stay again just for the convinient location

MMisafir KullanıcıLocation wise it’s around 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Wouldn’t say far but definitely not near either. Rating I would give is 3.8/5. Not exactly at the most bustling district but there’s this main shopping district - Osu which is within walkable distance! Do head to take a look! Else everything is definitely satisfactory. I love the breakfast buffet (served 6am to 9am) everyday. Selection of proteins is not bad. Free flow eggs… The menu differs slightly everyday. Hot bath from 630am - 4:00pm and at evenings till the midnight. Feels great! (Didn’t take pics due other users’ privacy) It’s empty and there’s no one else whenever I went, so it feels exactly like a private space to relax. Housekeepers are super friendly too. Toiletries are placed at the public areas in front of the receptionist. Do remember to take before you set into the hotel! Makes up good experience in japan. Recommend hehe ~ ロケーション的には、最寄りの地下鉄まで徒歩約 8 分です。遠いとは言えませんが、近いわけでもありません。評価は 3.8/5 です。最も賑やかな地区ではありませんが、歩いて行ける距離に大須という主要なショッピング街があります。ぜひ行ってみてください。 その他はすべて間違いなく満足です。私は毎日の朝食ビュッフェ (午前 6 時から午前 9 時まで) が大好きです。タンパク質の品揃えも悪くありません。卵のフリーフロー... メニューは毎日少しずつ異なります。 午前 6 時 30 分から午後 4 時まで、夕方から深夜まで温浴を楽しめます。最高です! LLYvonneKonum Nagoya istasyonuna yaklaşık 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Oda oldukça küçük ve biraz sıkışık, ancak sabah 6.30'dan 9.30'a kadar ücretsiz kahvaltı sunmaları iyi. Kahvaltı seçimi çok fazla değil ve kaldığım 2 gün boyunca aynı.
