"The hotel is located in a great shopping area, and there’s a Blue Bottle Coffee on the first floor—perfect for a morning boost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a room for three people, and the size was comfortable enough for two 28” suitcases. The air-conditioning also allows you to adjust the temperature easily."

"Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae was a solid choice for our first hotel in Japan. The room was compact, as expected in Japan, but thoughtfully designed and well laid out, making it comfortable rather than cramped. The bed was comfortable with clean, fresh linens; however, there was only one pillow per person, and it was quite thin. The toilet bowl was also slightly smaller than what some travellers might be used to. The overall design felt modern and calming, and we appreciated the small round table with two stools, which was handy for a quick meal or planning the day. The work area was practical and well organised, with essentials such as a kettle, hairdryer, and a small fridge neatly tucked away. The bathroom, while compact, was spotless and had good water pressure. Overall, Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae offered a clean, efficient, and comfortable stay—an excellent base for exploring Nagoya without unnecessary frills."

"売り物の屋上階の風呂は良いが、浴室更衣室にある衣類ロッカーのカギの開閉がむずかしく、私を含めて３割の入浴者がトラブっていた。 具体的には、脱衣ロッカーをカギでcloseする際に、鍵穴下についている小さなボタンを押す必要があり、多くの人たちは気が付かずここで鍵を閉められず トラブっていた。　何で鍵を閉めるのに、鍵穴の下に小さくついたボタンを押す必要があるのか理解に苦しむ。 更に入浴が終わってカギを開ける際もなかなか開けられず、何で風呂の脱衣室のロッカーごときで、このような不要なセキュリティーで延々とトラブるのか 理解できない。　最終的に、解決策は鍵をかけないでロッカーを利用することであった。　ホテルの責任者はこのようなトラブルの実情をご存じなのだろうか。 おそらく合理化IT化にきゅうきゅうとして現場を見ていないと推察する。お客様第一のコンセプトとはこのような風呂場のロッカーキーでも現場を見て歩く 事である。　本件はAPA名古屋丸の内の責任者の方は気にしないと推察するので 元谷 芙美子 氏に別途メールしておきます。"

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay. Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful in coordinating of luggage transfer to another hotel in another prefecture. Room was very clean and tidy, adequately sized for couples. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was a bonus. They also had their own bathhouse in the hotel. Pleasant experience staying with them in Nagoya.

Location - The hotel is perfectly situated right above a shopping mall and close to train stations. You can access everything you need just by taking the elevator down! - It offers easy travel to nearby attractions such as Gero's oden and Shirakawa-go, making it a great base for exploring the countryside. Amenities - The staff is incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to luggage storage before and after your stay. - The views from the hotel are spectacular, particularly from the higher floors. Overall Experience - I loved the convenience of being in the city center and, despite the hustle and bustle below, enjoying a peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel. - I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nagoya! The stunning views, convenient location, and excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

MMisafir KullanıcıIt’s about a 17‑minute walk from the JR station, so it can be a bit tough if you’re carrying large luggage. The hotel has a stylish, modern look, and the breakfast is great. You can choose from four options, and they can adjust ingredients a bit for guests with allergies. There are quite a few visitors from Hong Kong and Taiwan, and most of the staff can speak Chinese. However, I wouldn’t recommend speaking Chinese to them; the service tends to be better when you use English, like the Western guests do.

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away. We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk. As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to. Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!

However, there are significant areas that need improvement. The room cleanliness was disappointing, with noticeable amounts of hair left on the toilet walls, which suggests inadequate cleaning protocols. Additionally, communication with staff proved to be quite difficult, creating frustration when trying to address concerns or ask for assistance.

The location is excellent—close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Nagoya. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing smooth check-in and helpful assistance whenever needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it tidy every day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money and highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

RR4TEDRIt’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

VVinnie_OngRoom price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.
