"The hotel is located in a great shopping area, and there’s a Blue Bottle Coffee on the first floor—perfect for a morning boost. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a room for three people, and the size was comfortable enough for two 28” suitcases. The air-conditioning also allows you to adjust the temperature easily."

"It’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building"

MMisafir KullanıcıBeware: Room 908 has broken AC! Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price. What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

MMisafir KullanıcıConveniently located at Fushimi station, short walk away from Nagoya Intercity where the exit with elevator is located. Great for family with many large luggage. Limousine bus from airport is located right at the doorstep. Large family room with 4 beds (1+ meter). Kids love the lounge at Level 6 where they can have complimentary snacks and nice beverages. Nice Christmas decorations and vibe during the stay. Multiple convenience stores are located just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel.

My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay. Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

GGoofyruAmazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.

CChyarlesExcellent service, room was comfortable with superb view of the city but a wee bit noisy at night till the train service stopped, club lounge was a plus but it closed too early (9pm), breakfast was ok particularly loved the French toast and very very delicious gelato although strangely enough fried eggs weren’t available daily and fruit choices were meagre (orange, honeydew and pineapple). A pleasant stay overall.

AAnonim KullanıcıWe took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.
