Was there to attend a wedding reception which is walking distance from the hotel. Very nice and beautiful scenery of the golf courses surroundings. Have watched the sunset and sunrise during the day despite the weather. Breakfast served at Rooftop Cafe were excellent and importantly most of the staffs are friendly, helpful and always served with a smile. Even the security staffs and buggy drivers are friendly too. Great place for a quick getaway.

Staying at Mega Hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious with super single beds and very clean. Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip. Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂. Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Everything is cool. nothing to compliant. If have chance may go back for stay. Very appreciated to the staff at reception. They are friendly and helpful on my stay by giving much info on my request and inquiries. Good luck. Amigo Hotel.

Everything was good including the very commendable friendliness of the staff except : Disadvantages to consider : 1. Room had cockroach crept up on my son at the sofa the day we were leaving🤣 2. The toilets shld be tiled with anti slipping. Very slippery when wet. 3. Air conditioning temp looks centralised and can't be controlled. 4. Swimming pool / and its water is not that clean.

The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves.

Nice hotel. Opposite hotel is walking distance food court. Downstairs got Nanyang coffee. And waliking distance to Bintang Mall. And most important, with lift.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green .. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and just next to the shopping mall.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Arrived around mid-night, the room was ready. Easy to check in without hassled. Lift need access card to go up or down, even to lobby. The carpet along the corridor were cleaned but torn. The room with queen bed type, clean with nice scent. Not able to watch TV due to Internet connection. Breakfast was decent with limited local choices of cuisine. Parking lots at basement are available to hotel guest but closed during midnight. Overall experience, good stay with rate being paid.

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.
