Mr Bean Holiday Semporna'daki konaklamamızdan gerçekten keyif aldık. Şehir merkezine yaklaşık 10-15 dakika uzaklıkta, ancak çok daha güzel ve sakin bir konumda. Ulaşım kolay, Grab uygulamasıyla veya konaklama yerinin sağladığı ücretsiz servis aracıyla ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Restoran mükemmeldi ve vejetaryenler için yemekleri memnuniyetle uyarladılar, bu da gerçekten takdir ettiğimiz bir şeydi. Havuz çok güzeldi, tüm yer tertemizdi ve odamız çok büyüktü – iki çift kişilik yatak ve rahatlamak için bolca alan vardı. Personel harika ve ilgiliydi, hatta arabayla gelen misafirleri karşılamak için şemsiyelerle bile geldiler, bu çok düşünceli bir jestti. Tek olumsuz yanı, özellikle mülkün etrafında özgürce uçan birçok yabani kuş varken, kafeste tutulan bir kuş görmekti - bu kadar güzel bir doğal ortamda biraz yersiz hissettirdi. Ancak genel olarak, Semporna yakınlarında konfor, sessizlik ve harika hizmet istiyorsanız harika bir seçim.

Great place with a very good vibe. Rooms and outside places are very clean. The owner and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Although it has communal bathrooms, everything was very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend to chill at the balcony as it is the best place in town to hang out!

We booked 3 rooms for 2 families. It was a wonderful stay. They offer free shuttle service to the city centre and any jetty and back to the hotel. They also offer free drinking water bottles and washing machines for cleaning your clothes. Mr. Tony is a great manager, very energetic, and passionate at his job. He worked tirelessly throughout the day and helped us several times, especially during the buffet breakfast and dinner. We are vegans, so he helped in getting our food ready accordingly. We highly recommend the stay at this wonderful place nestled between lush greenry and a very peaceful environment.

Room is clean, neat, strong AC, good water pressure for shower ahaha. Hotel located in a local household area, about 3km-4km distance to the town. They do provide pick up service from the port to the hotel during our check in day as well as shuttle van service btw 6:30-8:30 evening.

總體來説還可以吧就是太吵 優點：房間設施很新，也很乾凈。Wifi很快 充電不用轉換插頭，有耳塞和電蚊片 缺點：樓下夜市很吵唱歌到11.30，不唱歌后又有很多狗叫了一夜… 沒有電梯（一共就2層）小哥會幫忙搬行李上樓但退房的時候就要自己搬下樓 早餐就emmm很難評如圖所示吧

Great staff. There‘s a 10 mins drive to the town center and they offer a free shuttle from the hotel to center. Really like the decorations. It looks like a paradise～ Would like to stay there again next time.

The receptionist is very friendly. The workers there are also very friendly. The room is clean. The toilet is also very clean. The water pressure is good. Will stay there again in the future.

我要給這次入住的馬來西亞水屋瘋狂打call！ 這家水屋簡直是寵物友好型旅行的天堂，能帶着我家毛孩子一起度假，讓整個旅程都變得更加完美。水屋的工作人員對寵物也非常友善，讓我們一入住就感受到了滿滿的温暖。 這裏的浮潛和釣魚體驗也超棒。海水清澈見底，穿上浮潛裝備，就能近距離觀賞到五彩斑斕的珊瑚和各種各樣的熱帶魚，彷彿置身於一個夢幻的海底世界。釣魚活動也很有趣，坐在水屋的陽台上或者乘船出海，拋下魚鈎，靜靜等待魚兒上鈎，那種收穫的喜悦難以言表。 水屋的設施也十分齊全，房間佈置得温馨舒適，從陽台望出去就是一望無際的大海，景色美不勝收。而且周邊的環境非常安靜，晚上伴着海浪聲入睡，別提有多愜意了。 總之，這次在馬來西亞水屋的度假體驗太棒了，既能享受與寵物相伴的時光，又能盡情享受浮潛和釣魚的樂趣，強烈推薦給所有想要帶着寵物一起出遊的朋友們！

Hotel Review Positive Points: 1. Air-conditioning was very effective and kept the room comfortable throughout the stay. 2. Great window view – beautiful sea and jetty scenery that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. (see my attached picture) 3. Excellent location – conveniently close to eateries and the jetty, making it easy to get around. 4. Reasonably priced in-house food – offers good value for money for guests who prefer to dine in. 5. Complimentary extra bottled water was provided upon request, which was appreciated. 6. Friendly and helpful staff across all departments – from housekeeping, café, and maintenance to the front desk. Everyone was courteous and attentive. 7. Special mention to the chef – a very kind and gentlemanly person. On our first day, we ordered 6 fried eggs for breakfast, assuming they were included. The chef initially didn’t inform us of the RM2 charge per egg and kindly did not charge us for them. When we later tried to order again, he politely informed us about the charge. We truly appreciated his honesty and kind gesture. 8. very nice grilled meat at the roof cafe (5th floor).The promo price is 5 sticks for rm9.9 . worth to eat! --- Areas for Improvement: 1. Limited breakfast buffet selection – mainly local dishes such as chicken, eggs, vegetables, rice, or noodles. While the food was tasty, there were no options like fresh milk, cereal, or egg station. Fruit choices were also limited to just bananas every day. 2. Window leakage during heavy rain – rainwater entered the room. However, the staff responded promptly and mopped the floor immediately. 3. No robe hooks in the bathroom – makes it inconvenient to hang clothes or towels. 4. Shortage of bath towels – clean towels were only available in the late afternoon after laundry was returned. 5. Extra blanket charge – an additional around rm50-60 was required if requesting one more blanket, which felt a bit expensive. 6. Low water pressure in the shower – the water flow was quite weak, making the shower experience less enjoyable. 7. Housekeeping quality needs improvement – there was sand in the room, and although we informed the staff, it was not cleaned properly even after the feedback. Extra Tip for Travellers: There’s no laundry shop in Semporna town, so do remember to bring enough clothes for your stay.

Hotel best. But hard to find parking in front of the hotel. Just need to change the price for breakfast cause in the trip apps is rm18 for under 12 years old but the front desk of the lepa restaurant said its rm25.
